When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Nevýhody: "I travel internationally regularly on business. Lot Airlines was hands down the worst airline I have ever flown with. They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."
Výhody: "I could say LOT did a lot of during last years to be better. BUT, EVERY TIME I FLY , FLIGHT IS DELAYED. I called my wife to tell I be later, she told - LOT delayed ? it is normal for them. DEAR BOSS OF LOT - WHY YOU NOT CARE MY TIME & SCHEDULE ? You like my $ but do not like me !"

Výhody: "I love flying on the Embraer jets. Very comfortable. Flight was punctual, crew were friendly and helpful. Cabin had a good atmosphere. Warsaw Airport is a great airport to transit through."
Nevýhody: "The meal service is a bit inconvenient. First round, they sell food. Second round, they give out complementary drinks (tea, coffee, water, no juice or soft drink). Third round, they give out a complimentary snack. It takes ages (more than half way through the flight) for free snack to come around! I would rather eat my bar before getting my drink. If you could reverse the order I think it would work better. That is, give out the free snack, then the free drink, and then lastly sell drinks and snacks to those still hungry."

Nevýhody: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Nevýhody: "airBaltic has a terrible luggage policy for musicians. They make you pay extra if you want to bring a musical instrument on board, even a violin which fits easily into the overhead bin. It is honestly discriminatory. Will not be flying with them again."

Nevýhody: "Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

At check in we were told I had not done this and we had to go pay at another desk in the airport and come back to the check in line, 40 euros each. I showed the agent my paperwork that showed one bag each--it was not explicit on the paper whether this was the allowance or what I had paid--and she shrugged and said "Bad information. You have to pay now and you can take it up with the airline later." This will be a pain in the neck."

Nevýhody: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."
Nevýhody: "We were told upon check in that there was a charge to check in. I have never heard of such rubbish in 43 years of air travel. We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!"

Nevýhody: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."
Nevýhody: "This is an airline that has perfected the art of nickle-and-diming customers. One example: I asked for a glass of water. The smug flight attendant told me, “We only sell bottled water,” with a look that dared me to complain."
Nevýhody: "We had to pay for 3 pieces of luggage, including my hand luggage. It came to about $150 dollars. When i booked the flight, it did not indicate anything about this extra change so be ware of this. The flight itself was quite inexpensive."

Nevýhody: "the customer service rep stopped only me, the only black man travelling from riga to russia and was scrutinizing my passport for some long agonizing minutes. My russian visa is in the passport and updated and quite visible to see on the third page of my passport and being from Grenada I am able to travel to latvia visa free for up to 90 days. I stood there whilst others walked past me and went to the aircraft. that sucked. may 09 2017 at around 9 am."
