And since I didn't realize it, I didn't purchase it online, which doubled the price at the airport :-( also, and this is not the fault of the airline, the security line is ridiculously slow because at least 50% of the passengers get shunted to a single line because the screener saw something odd."

Then there was a dinner- not bad at all-, a snack later on, and breakfast too, all included. Headphones if you needed them ( lifesaver there as I had temporary misplaced mine), a blanket, and a pillow. The crew was really polite, and there was never more than one person in line for the bathroom."

That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."

Nevýhody: "They wanted to charge us for two small carry one weighing 12.5 kilos each since we had not maked on purchase time that we had luggage to check in. Some $ 75 each. I do not remember online purchase page having any section to make down the luggage at the time of purchase. On the flight we were in hot plane for 1/2 hour with no air conditioning dehydrated only to find out that our dring water allowance was 2/3 of a small plastics cup. Yes, believe it. It is the truth. They will refil hot tea once or twice but no cold water. One much purchase if they like which was not so cheap. Attendant said they have limited cold drinking water allowance on board for reason. I am thinking , I guess , it would have made the plane weighed too much. Stingy airline like the others in Europe such as AirBerlin. I get the feeling that Americans are at this disadvantage and not swedes since we saw many other passengers carying carryon the same size as us."

I did not get what was sold to me."

Nevýhody: "While flying from Oslo to Reykjavik for a backpacking trip, my backpack (with my tent, cooking equipment, clothes, and food in it) was lost. As a result, I was forced to spend several nights in Reykjavik waiting for my backpack to arrive. Norwegian Air had horrible customer service when I called to inquire about my bag. They did not coordinate well and were slow to track down our bags. After they did find our bags and rerouted them to Reykjavik, they missed their flight AGAIN! What is more, they refused to guarantee any compensation. Hence, I had to pay for clothes, food, and lodging without assurance of reimbursement. I will never fly Norwegian Air again."

They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Totally unprofessional."

Norwegian doesn't have a designated window or kiosk so I wasn't able to get any help on the matter."

Nevýhody: "My young daughter was denied a ticketed seat on an 11:30 Norwegian air flight to Oslo, being told that her 10:33 arrival at the gate -- due to multiple protracted delays on earlier connecting flights to get her to the gate -- made her "too late" and the computers would not permit the gate agent to get her on board no matter how much extra she was willing to pay. She was simply told to get the next flight 24 hours later, killing 15% of her vacation. The gate agent said to my hysterical child that she was so sorry for the hours lost in prior connecting flight delays and recognized the plane my daughter was to be on was still one hour from pushback from the gate, but she couldn't overcome the computers having closed out the flight at precisely 60 minutes before scheduled departure so there was nothing a human could do. This is the epitome of machines gone crazy!!"

Nevýhody: "Flight attendants did not offer water even once. When asked them to bring some told me to get it myself. Sits were super uncomfortable, had to pay for blankets, no snacks were offered. Flight was late by more than an hour both ways. Had to pay for 1 bag and the weight limit is much lower than in other airlines. Also airport is one of the most inconvenient ones. To transfer you have to pick up and drop off your bags. Along with the customs and passport control you would have to wait in 6 lines to transfer within airport. Staff is not helful and is indifferent. Direction signs are small and hard to find."
Nevýhody: "Flight left from Budapest 2 hours BEFORE the time we booked the flight for - didn't get any notification, nothing!! Airline confirmed it was their fault,but my m missed her connecting flight and we still don't know how to get a refund for that... This is totally unheard of and unacceptable."

Eventually we were moved to other seats, but that was horrible. No food. No Entertainment. Crew was Hebrew speaking but talked to the passangers only in English (bad one, I must add)."

Nevýhody: "1. From Tel-Aviv: to Prague, the flight was delayed by 2h 2. Prague to Tel-Aviv; flight was delayed by 3h with 10 days notice. Then, was additional delayed after checking. Thus, instead of 11:55 (initial time when we bought the tickets.) we flew at 4:00 AM. 3. My husbands flight was canceled without any notice. We got to checking, I was on the system but my husbands ticket was canceled. My husband had a confirmed E-ticket. It was already 1 in the morning... we were shocked... Nobody was there to help. He was sent to another office in the airport to talk to someone that did not a represent the airline. The only flight that could be arrange was via Moscow. My husband arrive to Tel-Aviv 12h later. No compensation was offered, no hotel, food. My husband his a specialist-physician. 20 patients waiting for over 3 months to see him had to be cancelled. He arrived exhausted and upset and could not work even the next day. I would to point out that the travel agent did not get any notice of the cancellation and did ask for it. 4. I was very cold but could not get a blanket from the flight attendant. 7. On overall, very bad experience that will not be repeated. I will never fly with this company again."

Nevýhody: "Departure delayed by THREE HOURS due to too late arrival of the plane from previous fligh. This can happen. However TOTAL LACK OF INFORMATION AT THE AIRPORT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The flight was scheduled for 10:20 and this information was still at the information board even at 11:00 while the information about the status including a new departure slot was definitely known to the airport as well all SmartWings officials by that time!!! Flight was ok but the landing was not. The first attempt was not successful so the plane took off again when almost touching the runway and the second attempt landing was pretty hard. Explanation given for the failed first attempt was most likely only a bad excuse (insufficient distance from previous landing plane). Later I found out the flight captain (Mr. Vojta) was also the instructor for new SmartWings pilots so presume a new pilot was learning to land which as a passenger I don't appreciate to be subjected to."

Result: I was supposed to arrive at the hostel 22h quietly but arrived 4am in the morning. Company Explanation: plane in Madrid. Did they not know that people had bought the ticket and waited in Prague? Where is their responsibility? 110 kc not account for it"

Nevýhody: "My flight ( Prague to London) was delayed for 1 hour. My previous flight ( London to Prague) was delayed for 40 min. I was speaking with other passengers, almost everybody was reffering to the numerous delays by SmartWings ( for 40 min to 7 hours). No warning or information about this delay was given in advance. We were waiting in the gates for 1.30 hours, instead of sitting in the lounge."

I have flown so many places and have never been asked such a thing and especially in such a rude way! Also, I did not like that we were not given a beverage on the flight. It was not a cheap flight and the fact that we were not even offered water is rude. I don't think I will fly smart wings again."
