As a result, I was forced to spend several nights in Reykjavik waiting for my backpack to arrive. Norwegian Air had horrible customer service when I called to inquire about my bag. They did not coordinate well and were slow to track down our bags. After they did find our bags and rerouted them to Reykjavik, they missed their flight AGAIN! What is more, they refused to guarantee any compensation. Hence, I had to pay for clothes, food, and lodging without assurance of reimbursement. I will never fly Norwegian Air again."

I said, no you must be mistaken, there is no way you can charge me for two trips just because your plane is making a stop! They insisted and rather than fight and get thrown out of the airport i am disputing with my credit card company, but it can't possibly be legal. $690.00 fees !"

The entertainment system was from the 80s, did not function, but I was able to see a blurry image on the screen that said "Malaysia Airlines." The crew were in Wamos uniforms so the connection to Norwegian was completely unclear. The armrest next to mine had fallen off and the life preserver in a row near me had fallen out of the seat. If the interior of the airplane was in such shocking condition, I had to only pray the engine was in better shape. Truly, I wondered if I was part of an elaborate punk the entire time. Flight was delayed on the runway for two hours and then getting to the gate for a half hour. And yet still no food."

This is a HUGE disservice to those who have allergies! Because of this...I will no longer fly with Norwegian!"

Even trying to get water was not easy. I paid £50 for a bag and this terrible service. We get to Oakland and there's nowhere to dock! We wait 40 mi ms just to get out. More problems at Immigration There's no other flights but it takes over 2 hours go get through. This plane does this flight 4 times a week. Get it sorted. Could have been great. Couldn't recommend this service"

They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight."
Nevýhody: "I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."

Nevýhody: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"

Nevýhody: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."

Nevýhody: "The boarding process was terrible, took a long time - few and not enough boarding and suitcases counters, which made people wait for a long time and even let others to pass them in line because their flight was earlier. due to this our flight was late by 45 minutes. the food was too expensive."

Nevýhody: "The airline does not have kiosk check-in. You are checked in automatically, and if you buy through a third party, your boarding pass is emailed to you. Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."
Nevýhody: "When I went to check in an hour before my flight, Wizz charged me and many other passengers an unexpected 40 euro fee. They claimed the fee was for checking in in person---and then they also claimed it was too late to check in online. There is no information in my flight confirmation from Flightnetwork.com, which i purchased on kayak, indiciating that such a fee would be charged. Many other passengers had the same experience."

Nevýhody: "Nothing! To learn that Wizz Air ‘allowed’ cabin size is so tiny was really shocking! With All the other budget airlines, easyJet, Monarch & even Ryanair my cabin would’ve been fine. This is the same hand luggage I’ve been using using for many years."

Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Private contractors from airport do all the check in process and departures."
