Prague to Warsaw and transfer was great - excellent boarding, no delays at airports. Horrible experience was in Toronto Pearson airport at arrival - brutal lines, terrible organization of additional PCR selective mandatory testing - very bad in Canada comparing to other international travels of mine. My wife and I did not get food. There was no chicken left and we can’t eat pork so we didn’t get food. Crew member didn’t ask ask first but left the pork in our table and after I asked him what it was told that was only pork left I asked him to take back. The only thing we can’t eat is pork and that was the only option. I was shocked for a long flight not to have enough food. Crew member never came back to let us that there is no other food available. After we asked and other crew member he checked and confirmed there is no other food. He offered to share his own meal with my wife and I but we refused but we appreciated that. I hope I never have an other experience like that. It wasn’t a good experience. :(

The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."

The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Nevýhody: "Chaotic flight that was delayed due to overbooking and the failure to deal with it in any competent way. An apparently overbooked flight led to a cascade of errors - there seemed to be a total breakdown in communication between the gate/services team and the ground crew, etc. as to where the extra passengers came from and what could be done with them. They even admitted to their being many misunderstandings among the LOT staff themselves as they struggled to rectify the situation. The worst outcome was that we got trapped in the bus, right outside the plane, for 30 minutes. They had sent us to board while back at the gate they were still arguing over who should actually be on the plane. During this time there was no sign of the cabin crew at all. After 10 minutes or so the driver left to go and have a chat with some of the ground ops team and we were left on our own as the windows steamed up and small children started to cry. The whole thing was an appalling exercise in miscommunication - both between staff themselves and between staff and passengers."

We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."

The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

Nevýhody: "In business class Although only 3 out of 9 seats had passengers, there is no room for my bag, the cabin craw asked me to put my bag in economy class. When I refused she then took her bag out of the place above my seat. That was very bad as this location is paid for part of the ticket & I shouldn’t be asked to use economy class storing place."

Výhody: "Dear, I made the booking through kayak fir Ethihad flight from Abudhabi to Riyadh and after the payment I surprised that which is been operated by Flynas. If I could know from the starting then I must buy Flynas which cost 1000 SR less than Ethihad. This is really cheating !!! And I can nit accept these kind of cheating. I I wanted to escalate this matter to compensate such cheating done by Kayak."

Nevýhody: "There is no way of knowing which fly Nas flight I was supposed to board. Etihad is not very good at informing the customers about partner airline check in process. I was running around the airport like a mad man trying to figure out my flight number and check in station. The airline lost my luggage and the claim process is vague. I was told I will be contacted with my claims number at the airport. Thus far I haven't heard anything from the airline. The number given goes straight to voice mail."
