There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program."
Výhody: "I had a seat in the front row of the economy section so I had a lot of leg room. They kept the toilets maintained (cleanliness, supplies) throughout the flight."

The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

Once we landed Moscow for our connecting flight we had 3 hours at the airport, on my boarding ticket the gate was 26, i came for the boarding to gate 26 but no one was there!!!! so i startes to asked people around where is the gate and since they dond know any English they are lying!!! some told me gate 33 some told me 28 and some told me a different terminal! this airport is huge! the the people that work there are not nice, very rood and angry and English it's not a language they will understand. Therfore, i missed my flight, running around trying to search my gate they changed on the last minute, in the end someone told me it was on gate 22! but they slready took off. SO i went to the operation office to get a new ticket- I met the most repulsive man which should provide a good customer service. He told me that was my mistake for not taking care to check why no one was at the gate/// WHAT?! Just mentioned it wasnt just me missing the flight, they were another 5 people with me and another 5 from other flights! the next flight was 13 hours later. he said maybe he can get free ticket for me, but he's not sure. I laughed and said not only I'm not supposed to pay for the flight, you should compensate me! So he took the ticket he gave me, smiling, and said "if you don't want it, it's OK' don't take it, bye bye" I WAS FURIOUS!!! I took the damn ticket, waited 13 hours to my next flight (which BTW the gate was also changed) and came home. I was alone traveller, came from Thailand after 10 hours flight, and went all this nightmare ALONE (i'm a women)! WILL NEVER FLY WITH AEROFLOT, will never do a connecting fight in Moscow and most probably will never visit this country full with cold and angry people!!!! FYI- will post this in every flight web!"

Nevýhody: "The check in personnel was not that helpful and were very slow to check in everyone to their corresponding flights, and since kiosks were not available for aeroflot the experience was unavoidable. The plane economy class is really as uncomfortable as it gets for a transatlantic flight. There were no beer options for the flight (nor vodka which is weird), and flight attendants weren't that happy to talk to you in English. 5 hours wait at Moscow are the worst, if you're thinking on saving some dollars on a transatlantic flight this is not worth it."

Something tells me that the bumpkins that were in the exit rows probably didn't pay extra... Informed Anastasia the hostess twice the obese guy on my right was literally sitting on me and she did nothing to assist with my comfort--why do they say to tell them and they'll do all they can when they don't? For most of the flight my arm was crushed by Igor's (that was his name, really!) obese arm and fat pannus. It was awful and though there were seats just ahead of me, i was refused. I said "so I just have him sit on me and be uncomfortable" she responds "uhh yes". Thanks Anastasia, you're a keeper (of uselessness). Ektarina was a clueless hoot too. She served the Russians to my left and right first and me last (I was in the middle seat), how do you just go from the window guy to the aisle guy then the guy in the middle? I've NEVER seen that ever. She's like "what would you like?" I'm like "what do you have?" She responds "you don't have menu? Uhh..." No genius, you nimwit, you didn't give me one, had you i wouldn't be asking. She came back and asked in russian something about drinks, I said "what?" And she looked at me then turned away. Are you serious? What a rude twit. An Olga comes by at the end, speaks to the two russian guys on either side of me with a smile, says nothing to me, and walks off. Wtf? I think she was asking if they were happy with the service, no wonder she avoided me. The food was horrendous. The worst plane food since 1989. Think of the most disgusting russian dishes and turn it into plane food from the 80s and voila, cuisine a la Chernobyl. I mean how does any carrier manage to serve 80s quality food?! Then they take forever to get the trays so you're stuck looking at the disgusting slop still in your kennel area. Air circulation system is non existent, you don't have any individual vents and they kept the plane a roasting temperature with me being even more hot thanks to the guy sitting on my right arm. No wonder there's an odor of armpit, beet, and onions. I had the honor of leaving my ethnic goat scent to the BO stew. Circa 2001, I Flew to India with them, got stuck in Moscow for 3/4 day with no hotel space, the worst cafeteria meal, & a bunch of grumpy employees who didn't care. It was cool in that this-is-what-the-ussr-must-have-been-like way. The plane I swear was a former army plane and cigarette smoke emanated from the cockpit. I vowed that my family nor I would ever fly them again, I stuck to that until this flight only to learn vows should not be broken. I'm a frequent traveler and have been on the poorest countries national airlines and without hesitation Aeroflot is the absolute worst."

And everyone got a pillow, a blanket, slippers and a sleep mask. Lovely!"
Nevýhody: "Well, I wasn't too fond of having to sit on the runway at Dulles for three hours while the thunderstorms raged. But taking off wouldn't have been a viable option. :) Actually, it wasn't that long for the thunderstorms, but something very heavy fell on the top of the plane while we were waiting. Maybe a bowling ball? I was torn between wanting to get off the ground, and being terrified that they would take off without checking out whatever the heck that sound was. Apparently, they did check it out. We pulled over to a maintenance spot and sat there for a while before we took off. If there was anything I didn't like about the flight, it was that there was no announcement about what had happened and what they were doing about it. But I'm nosey."

LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."
Nevýhody: "My family and I traveled to Poland several times using LOT Airline. They lost our luggage not once or twice, but three times. Each time, we were without our luggage for nearly a day and half. We are no longer using this airline. Also, their TV monitors/remotes lack accessibility as they do not offer closed captioning features for the deaf/hard-of-hearing. Another strike."

Výhody: "Overall very good - no complaints. LOT is comparable with Lufthansa and KLM (the airlines I have most experience with) in terms of service and space. Boarding in Warsaw was chaotic - no announcements it just sort of started, I was in Zone 3 but there were only lines for Zones 1 and 2. The usual Central European pushing into the line. Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."
