One of the women at he gate who worked for Czech airlines was very rude to us and to other customers. To add insult to injury, when we boarded the plane we were told that we could not get a glass of water unless we paid for it because we were riding in the economy section. We have traveled around the world for the past 45 years and had never encountered an airline that did not even offer its customers complementary glasses of water. I felt that we had been taking advantage of at the gate. I had never been on any airline where they would not give a glass of water that was not paid for. I have never been on an airline with such little class. Some of my family members are planning to visit Prague in the spring. I will tell them and everyone else I know to avoid flying with your airline.We felt that we were robbed at the gate and taking advantage. We are thinking of hosting our daughter's wedding next praying in Prague. We are expecting 80 to 100 guests to come to that wedding. If our daughter decides to have her wedding in Prague, we will be telling all of those potential customers to fly air France or some American airline and to avoid the Czech airline. I found your airline and your service to be worthy of a zero"

Nevýhody: "About 15 minutes before boarding, a gate agent came over to us and asked to see our boarding passes. He then told us that we had booked Economy Lite, which apparently meant that we were only allowed a carry on bag and no personal item. He said we would have to pay $35 euro apiece to check our suitcases so we could carry our personal item on. We had booked regular economy class through Kayak, and nothing was said by either Kayak or Czech Airlines about Economy Lite or bag limits. We then went up to the gate to talk with an agent about the lack of notice and to request that they waive the fee. They refused and told us to take it up with Kayak. (I agree that Kayak is responsible for not making us aware of this.) We then asked what it would have cost us to check the bags in advance and they said 25 euro. We asked if they would agree to charge us that instead of 35 euro. They refused to do that, and then the gate agent told us it would be 40 euro, not 35. We told her that the previous agent told us it would be 35 euro. She said, "well he was wrong." No apology for the confusion, and just rude overall. To top it all off, she then charged us 1220 Czech Crowns per bag. We asked her why so much, and she said that was the same as 40 euro. We told her that wasn't correct, and she said it was. We then showed her the exchange calculation on our phone and that she had charged us 200 Crowns too much. She then said, "well it's 45 euros, then." We pointed out that 45 euros wouldn't even be that much. At that point she said "then you can just write Czech Airlines" and walked off. It's easily the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Completely unprofessional, rude, and downright dishonest. And like I said earlier, Kayak needs to be proactive and let people know these bag rules apply so they can either a) choose a different airline or b) save themselves some money and pay to check their bags in advance."

As if that wasn't enough then I have to fly a small aircraft from Prague to Madrid with extreme anxiety and scared because who knows if this plane goes down for whatever problem! If there is a problem with the plane you fix it before you board yor passengers not after you're already on the taxi run way and stop the flight! That is the airlines responsibility and they were completely and utterly careless!"

He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

Nevýhody: "Nobody told that this is low cost flight !!! No food or even water during flight. Baggage limitation of 15 kg. No leg space at all. This information should be displayed during ticket reservation."
Výhody: "The crew was OK."
Nevýhody: "Don't let it fool you. SmartWings is a low-coster, although you pay a full price of the CZ Airlines. No food. A glass of water is 2EUR. No service whatsoever. The smallest legroom I ever had. The flight was delayed by an hour and a half with no explanation. And the best part - you're only allowed to check 15kgs of luggage, although you paid a full price for CZ airlines, which allows 23!"
Výhody: "Price point was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the people working here are excellent, but they're clearly fighting an uphill battle against the company's systems/tech"
Nevýhody: "*The online check in didn't work, so I wasn't sure if I actually had a flight until I got to the airport. *Upon arriving at the airport, the flight number had changed, which added to confusion. *Upon boarding aircraft, I realized I was assigned row 32... in a 25 row plane. I guess I was the first to realize this, as when I pointed it out to a flight attendant, she conferred briefly with a coworker and then they declared it was open seating. *The beverage service took so long that they never got to my row."
Nevýhody: "היה איחור גם בטיסה מתל אביב של חצי שעה לפחות, כי הצוות לא פתח את הכניסה למטוס בזמן, ואיחור של שעה וחצי בדרך חזרה. השירות היה נוראי, כיסאות לא נוחים, צוות לא באמת נחמד. מאוד לא מומלץ"
Výhody: "The flight was sopuuse to depertur in 23:50 and we take of after 1"
Výhody: "The flight crew was lovely."
Nevýhody: "Major delays, we stayed at the airport for 3 hours! Very annoying, and uncomfortable."
Nevýhody: "איחור של שעות ארוכות גם בהלוך וגם בחזור. יחס מזלזל ומחפיר. חברה לא רצינית ולא מקצועית. מטוסים ישנים ולא נוחים.דיילים קצרי רוח ולא נחמדים."
Nevýhody: "The crew was extremely rude - I was in an isle seat and overtime a crew member walked by they rammed into my arm and didn't even say sorry. They also tapped me hard when we were getting ready to land and said "Earphones out!" overall the crew was the worst I have ever had. Never will I fly with this airline again"
Nevýhody: "The boarding was really slow, there was no entertainment or any service during the flight."
Nevýhody: "we were supposed to take of at 4:50. the flight left the airport at 7:30"
Nevýhody: "They broke my €1000 baby stroller"
Nevýhody: "Both flights had a delay of about an hour to an hour and half."
Výhody: "Plane arrived on time."
Nevýhody: "Backup at security almost made us miss our flight. Too hectic."
Nevýhody: "Two hrs delay made us almost miss our connection. Had to run all the way through Prague airport, very very stressful experience"
Výhody: "Everyone on staff was really nice and efficient. They have really limited cabin luggage rules, but allow a free checked bag, so that's pretty great."
Nevýhody: "All food/beverage is for purchase, even water. The check in process was a bit lengthy too, maybe could be made more efficient."
Výhody: "The cabin crew was very professional and helpful. Food was slightly above average compared to nowadays low standards."
Nevýhody: "Departure delayed by THREE HOURS due to too late arrival of the plane from previous fligh. This can happen. However TOTAL LACK OF INFORMATION AT THE AIRPORT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The flight was scheduled for 10:20 and this information was still at the information board even at 11:00 while the information about the status including a new departure slot was definitely known to the airport as well all SmartWings officials by that time!!! Flight was ok but the landing was not. The first attempt was not successful so the plane took off again when almost touching the runway and the second attempt landing was pretty hard. Explanation given for the failed first attempt was most likely only a bad excuse (insufficient distance from previous landing plane). Later I found out the flight captain (Mr. Vojta) was also the instructor for new SmartWings pilots so presume a new pilot was learning to land which as a passenger I don't appreciate to be subjected to."
Výhody: "Absolutely nothing."
Nevýhody: "Original departure time: 20h Effective: 23h Because of this unbelieveble delay, I lost my bus to Piccadily and got stuck at the airport to get a train. Result: I was supposed to arrive at the hostel 22h quietly but arrived 4am in the morning. Company Explanation: plane in Madrid. Did they not know that people had bought the ticket and waited in Prague? Where is their responsibility? 110 kc not account for it"
Výhody: "The plane was clean and crew was polite."
Nevýhody: "My flight ( Prague to London) was delayed for 1 hour. My previous flight ( London to Prague) was delayed for 40 min. I was speaking with other passengers, almost everybody was reffering to the numerous delays by SmartWings ( for 40 min to 7 hours). No warning or information about this delay was given in advance. We were waiting in the gates for 1.30 hours, instead of sitting in the lounge."
Nevýhody: "Terrible experience. They do not allow to bring your own water to the airplane and they denied to give me a glass of water. Also they lost my baggage and returne it to me 4 days later."
Výhody: "Staff were nice and Great value for money."
Nevýhody: "Ran hours late with pasangers sitting outside boarding gate with no seating or information. ( or compensation)"
Nevýhody: "It took me 17 hours to get from Israel to Warsaw!!!"
