No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Výhody: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Nevýhody: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Nevýhody: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

Beware if traveling with family."

Nevýhody: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Nevýhody: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Výhody: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

When I was told that my carry on luggage exceeded the allowed weight I argued that my luggage was weighed in Cairo and that it was less than the 12 Kg allowed weight. The Air France attendant then waved with annoyance to speak with her supervisor. When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."

Nevýhody: "I was charged for my carry on that they then forced me to check. Then one of the stewards on the second leg was an outright nasty woman regarding masks. I had my mask over nose and mouth. But apparently not enough and then she was loudly talking to the other flight attendants about it. One told me “I was perfectly fine.”"
Nevýhody: "The seats are so squashed in in economy it was really hard to get comfortable. The inflight entertaining on the screens was rubbish. The app didn’t work with the movies. Some of he crew were lovely, and some were just ok."

I had to go back four rows and really shove my bag into a bin--and my bag isn't ovesized. After leaving the gate, we sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes because there was some kind of incident in the back of the plane. Some of the crew headed to the back of the plane wearing latex gloves and later a passenger went into a lavatory to change his pants. I think someone threw up on the poor guy. What I didn't like was no one telling us why we weren't taking off, and no apology when we did! Later in the flight, I was asleep when the crew went up the aisle with a food cart and pinched my foot!"
Nevýhody: "My booking confirmation told me we were on Lufthansa flight #7644 so naturally we went to the Lufthansa terminal at the airport. We waited in line to check in and were then redirected to a different terminal because we were actually flying United. How did that happen and why wasn't it explained ahead of time? The seat was too small for an international flight and the entertainment was unwatchable because there was a constant screeching sound in the headphones, a problem with the jack."

Nevýhody: "Crew member working at the gate told the lady next to me "get in line if you'd like to complain" regarding the continuous delays. Crew member let us know that united was aware of our delay ed take of 4:05 rather than 1:00pm several hours before yet, We were only informed through notifications in increments of 30 minutes. be transparent with your customers, the delay would have been much less frustrating had we known. Instead notifications every 30mins were teasing us that we're about to leave but it's clear united had not intention of taking off. Also crew member on board serving beverages "I need your money" is an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate way to ask for a card."

Výhody: "United is very reputable airline with great pilots and safety record. Prior to leaving for Mexico, the plane was examined amd found a 'mechanical issue'. All of the passengers were immediately switched to a different airplane. The safety of the airline and the pocedures used to ensure the craft was 100% was very comforting."
Nevýhody: "I was bothered by the fee to check in 1 bag and the lack of food and ebtertainment upon the return flight from Mexico to Los Angeles. During the entire 4 hour flight, passengers were offered a bag of chips and nothing else, not even for purchase. Thus particular plane didn't have any screen for entertainment. I was most bothered by the baggage fee of $50 ($25 each way ) because the ticket price doesnt reflect an airline that charges for necessary things."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed 2 hours. Our priority tagged bags were not given priority and came out later."
Nevýhody: "How they canceled one of my flights just as I landed at my layover for that flight when I look back at Boston they had a direct flight ready for my destination. Very poor management I was stuck in Chicago with no money or food for hours then after they start boarding for my new flight they tell me that I may not be able to get on even with ticket in hand. It was a joke and very stressful"
Nevýhody: "The plane was changed to a much smaller plane with no notice. A quarter of the passengers ended up getting bumped off the flight. The gate agents made no announcements or updated passengers on the situation. People's seat numbers on their boarding passes on the app just disappeared. I had booked my flight months in advance to get back at a certain time. I ended up getting back 5 hours later than I had planned and had to wait on stand by for 4 flights before finally getting on one. Overall a bad experience."
Nevýhody: "Well the flight was turbulent and seats were crammed to the point of feeling like sardines. Then when I got to my destination my brand new set of luggage was broken!!! Not happy!!"
Výhody: "nothing totally a rip off"
Nevýhody: "I paid 125 for my hockey bag. Flight was delayed but no email or anything. Changing my flight was miserable staff so rude and people on phones can barely speak"
Výhody: "Forced me to check my bag and now it's broken"
Výhody: "Everything went well with United at LAX. Baggage check-in and boarding were very easy. Interesting and fun entertainment options made the flight go extremely fast. Crew was very polite and accommodating."
Nevýhody: "Leg room seems to be getting smaller and smaller in economy class; could barely move in my window seat."
Výhody: "First class seats were ok, economy were tolerable"
Nevýhody: "Delayed 1hr45m from CUN to CHI 1hr was on the tarmac (really?). Had last seats that don't recline. On the way down we were first class and the processed chicken with rice was bad, also delayed an hour from ORD to MEX. TV did not work in economy, none in first. No power outlets in either flight. Maybe I'm done with united?"

Nevýhody: "The lady at check in couldn't give me and my boyfriend seats next to each other, but thankfully there was a very nice lady who agreed to exchange seats in the plane."
Nevýhody: "Seats are not comfortable and no leg room"

Nevýhody: "They only had enough to food for the front of the plane , me and everyone in back was left hungry, I have never been so disrespected"
Výhody: "Staff was friendly"
Nevýhody: "Delayed for 2 hrs after my 4 hr layover"
Nevýhody: "This flight was also delayed and changed departure time three times. This was the worst flight ever."
Nevýhody: "Delays! Numerous delays! No assistance to help with changing missed connections or getting a hotel while stuck in Chicago."
Výhody: "The flights were all on time, we had no problem getting through TSA, despite the fact that the airport tonight open until 4 AM for our 530 departure from Lafayette, Louisiana . United agents were there to get us through quickly at 4:15 AM. Because we were being met in Managua at noon and moving in with families that afternoon, there was a little margin for error."
Nevýhody: "There was nothing not to like."
Nevýhody: "Flight was canceled and announced at midnight"
Výhody: "Arrived early"
Výhody: "Great free movies in first class."
Nevýhody: "The first class crew was not very warm or welcoming. The outgoing flight from IAD set the bar high -- they could've spent less time gossiping and more time remembering my drink order."
Výhody: "We didn't crash"
Nevýhody: "Pretty much everything else."
