Staff is excellent. Friendly and helpful. Food was quite good. Boarding process is smooth and quick, and our flight was timely.

Nevýhody: "Boarding they kept me and couple othee guys like seeiously 5 staff people at the gate doing nothing and you ask anyone please help i want to tag my stroller so i can board ans go on boarding line, no response only one peeson will work. the rest of the four are completely useless, i eventually told my wife to board with our daughter so they have the time to sit and prepare food etc and pull things they will need durimg flight Andi waited on this last staff person at the gate until she gave me the tag to the stroller and boarded later First meal they said either fish or beaf meat balls, i like both and no problem, but the crew said no fish anymore so you you will take beaf, OK Luckily neither my wife or daughter ate it Because after I ate it, 3-4 hrs later, I had the worst stomach pain ever and was in pain the rest of the flight and the remaining of the day after we landed FYI I ate just crackers and like all bread sandwiches all morning and was completely fine- just the beaf meat balls either not cocked or remains of non good beaf and other things- horrible food"

Nevýhody: "You need to buy a visa if you want to enter the country and they only accept USD, Euros or GBP. The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

All the calls go to the call center that has no idea about how to track a bag. There are no managers to help and the customer service stinks"
Výhody: "It was my first time flying with Turkish airlines. I was surprised that economy class was treated like first class in other airlines. I felt like a queen! The food was just unbelievably good (usually I'm not excited about food on planes). I can't imagine what experience you get in actual first class then. Great job! Please, never change it!"

Nevýhody: "This is our second experience of flights being cancelled via Turkish Airlines. Very disappointing customer care when flights get cancelled. Staff totally unprepared and untrained for such situations. We waited around for 6 hours before finding out on our own, that the flight was cancelled. The notice was not shown on the board. In all waited around at the airport for more than 10 hours before we were finally carted off to a small hotel near by at 1230am in the morning. Very little to no information given throughout the whole process, stranded with parched throats, no luggage, clean clothes or toothbrush."

Wrong contact phone number at initial report and was not addressed despite report and upload. Also a representative emailed that luggage was erroneously recorded as "delivered" which is not true. I still don't have my luggage after 14 days. No further responses despite extensive documentation and receipts. This is bad!!!"

These may seem like small things to you but it made me feel at home for the first time in over a year and I want you guys to know I truly appreciated it. In addition to that, the flight was actually affordable and I was able to make it to New York to surprise my mom for her 60th birthday. Job well done! Thanks again and best of luck! Výhody: "The Lufstansa flight we ended up boarding to San Francisco for a connector to Las Vegas was a pretty good flight. The entertainment and food choices were excellent. As a matter of fact I ended up declining the last meal served because I was still full from the first meal and snack. The crew was friendly and professional. I really liked the bathroom waiting area on the lower deck, which was great place to stretch out and do a few exercises on a long flight."
Nevýhody: "To begin with I should mention I am 6'1" and stocky, so the economy seat was a bit tight; my knees were against the back of the seat in front of me. The previous flight coming to Europe had more room between the seats. The biggest problem by far was that the Eurowings flight was delayed by 8 hours! The Lufstansa customer service at first handed us a sheet of paper with contact information for Eurowings, Once she found out that we booked the original flight through Air Canada, she was able to help us get another flight. The flight was routed through San Francisco, with a transfer to a United flight to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the United flight has 'technical' issues that delayed it another three and a half hours! So, rather than getting home to Las Vegas at 4 p.m. on Thursday, we ended up getting home at 4 a.m. on Friday morning. We never were told why the original flight was delayed 8 hours!"

They notified me via an email in German (I don't even speak German, and I made my reservation on the English site, so I would think they would send me notifications in English as well.) I missed my connection in Dusseldorf because of the delay, but was able to rebook for free at the ticket counter and they gave me a €10 voucher for dinner as well."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed. Then, after flying to Berlin, the staff said we couldn't land there because of weather. They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."

The passengers who paid extra for snacks with the ticket were served first and even after I said my ears were hurting and I needed something sweet to chew on (I was going to buy something to eat anyway) I wasn't served till roughly 75 minutes into the flight. The crew was inconsiderate towards passengers who bought economy seats and was focusing only on passengers who paid extra for seats and snacks. If that's the case then they should stop serving other customers anyway and tell us beforehand so that we can arrange our own food/drinks from the airport lounge"

This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

He made us both check in our bags and pay. Every though they fit in the bag size checker thing. Super pissed off the rest of the flight. Hate that worker"

Nevýhody: "I've flown with EasyJet before and they had no problem with me taking my carry on sized suitcase as well as my very small backpack onto the plane, like every single airline I've flown with in my three and a half months of solid traveling. However, I was told today, no personal item was allowed. Not even a purse. I was then asked to stay outside the gate and try to fit my backpack an its contents into my suitcase. This was not possible, and not only was I charged over $70 to check my carry on bag, the man at the gate so so rude, he didn't seen to even want to take my money. He ignored me while I tried to figure out what I could do. Very disappointing, and what a low way to rip of your customers."

Výhody: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."
Nevýhody: "The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :("

Nevýhody: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."
Nevýhody: "Miserable experience. This was flight was diverted to Kuwait due to weather. We were told we would be taking off a few hours later. Then we were told that we would be given a hotel room for the night in Kuwait. In the end, we all just waited around in the Kuwait airport for hours without any assistance from any airline representatives. I wound up having to book another flight, as the Pegasus delay was 13 hours (even though other flights were departing to Bahrain much earlier)."

In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"
