Crew said, she will get back to me and I did not hear from her for another 10 mins, then there was repeat serve of drinks and I was asked if i needed any thing and asked the same drink, but then I was asked to wait. After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

Nevýhody: "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worst flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."

Also she was not served food at all when they served breakfast. We requested Hindu meal and I was served hindu meal and she was missed and when they served lunch she was told she has not requested prior to the flight and can only be served a regular meal, which she gladly accepted. Kid was not served any food again, so we gave her solid from our meal. When we requested some food for the baby she was given a banana baby food(Kid did not even eat it). Taste of the food was edible(Not great). Overall do not fly emirates with a kid"

To add to the anxiety, we noticed that none of the bassinet seats were allocated to parents with infants. There were at least 3 families with infants and lots of children due to school holidays. But we all had to make do with our cramped seats. Maybe Qantas can plan this better. It isn’t so difficult as they usually know how many infants are travelling, in advance."

These seats are often assigned to me and they are extremely uncomfortable. I booked a paid fare and did not claim points. My FF preferred seats are mid-plane, aisle. The screen had very poor contrast and it was like watching through cloth. To make it worse the entertainment system had very poor sound with long periods of frozen frames and staccato sound making it difficult to follow the plot. My wife's system (also FF) was the same. Not happy with the "special welcome" given to FF passengers!"

I get it's in a different location but the same company is telling me two different things that ended up costing $160. On top of that, when I finally arrived at IAH they didn't have my skateboards... so I paid $160 for them to lose my boards."

The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

Also in Boston the called all the family with children from business AND from economy to board first the we the Business we started to boarded after which was one hour after boarding time. That was REDICULOUS. Turkish Airline team was so slow and unprofessional unlike the team in Istanbul. But on the plane the service and food was excellent. Mervat Ali"

Nevýhody: "The arrival into Istanbul was marked by a major inconvenience unnecessary anxiety, extra expense and frustration. On deplaning from a flight from Barcelona, a Turkish Airlines employee was checking boarding cards the connectivity flight and directed people to the appropriate exits for domestic and international connection. We had a connection to JFK and tried to enter the exit for international connections. She insisted that we go to the domestic exit despite my telling her we had an international connection. This led to passport control which had never occurred to me anywhere in the world when making an international connection. Next problem - I was told I needed a visa! My travel partner did not need a visa and was already through passport immigration control. The officer did not speak English and pointed in the direction I needed to go to get a via. I told him I did not want or need a visa but that was it! I started to look for the visa application area and there was no staff or anyone to help. Finally I found 4 kiosks for e-visas - only one worked. 20 plus dollars later I had the visa and immigrated. We quickly reverse the process and went though security and passport control to get back inside the international terminal. It was nuts! The boarding in Istanbul was crowded and chaotic."

Got off the plane from the flight from Barcelona to Istanbul, to connect to New York and first thing this woman insists that me and my friend should go to exit and baggage claim instead of international transfers. My friend had to get a visa at check out and all the trouble of trying to get back into the gate simply because of a STUPID AIRPORT STAFF who doesn't know what they are doing. I have had trouble before with airport staff who doesn't know what they are doing or give wrong directions. That is why will avoid flying with them to Europe."

The entire row behind me had 1 adult & 2 children. 2 Hours into the flight, there were 4 children, no adults and the seats were used as a playpen. 7 hours of kicking, punching the screen, opening the window shutter during "sleeping time" as instructed by the crew. Wine was poured on my back, water splashed on the person next to me, children were climbing over my head... etc. No parents or flight attendants could help the situation. Boarding was a mess. 10-15 passengers surrounding me sat anywhere they wanted creating a delay to push back because everyone just sat with their family and disregarded the chaos it created for those individual travelers wanting to sit in "THEIR PROPER SEAT". This was the worst / never ending flying experience I've ever had. I will never fly Turkish Airlines again."
