Apparently there was no sync between the staff itself and everyone was trying to solve this problem in their own way. However the good part was that they were at least trying to solve the problem! Flight was delayed by about 30 mins due to this chaos."

I was sandwiched between two other travelers on a three-seater arrangement. Again, is it just on flights to Kenya or other African countries that passengers DO NOT receive the travel pouch?"

Nevýhody: "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worst flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."

Nevýhody: "My husband had his backpack and a carry on when we checked in at JFK. He was not allowed. From Dubai to Manila, we saw a lot of passengers who had two or more carry on’s. The floors at Dubai airport are dirty."

Nevýhody: "For this flight boarding was smooth as my previous flight was late and an Emirates employee ran us through security and to this flight on time. For the people reading this review who might think my kid would have been messy or cranky on the flight so we were treated this way, that was not the case, she not even cried once or made a mess. Same as my previous flight with crew, Crew were so late in responses, my wife actually walked to their place 2 times to get milk for the baby. Also she was not served food at all when they served breakfast. We requested Hindu meal and I was served hindu meal and she was missed and when they served lunch she was told she has not requested prior to the flight and can only be served a regular meal, which she gladly accepted. Kid was not served any food again, so we gave her solid from our meal. When we requested some food for the baby she was given a banana baby food(Kid did not even eat it). Taste of the food was edible(Not great). Overall do not fly emirates with a kid"
Nevýhody: "The seat was uncomfortable because it did not convert into a completely horizontal bed. The small incline meant that I could not get comfortable and could not sleep. The screens remain on even when passengers go to sleep, making it very bright in the cabin. It would be good if staff could walk through and turn them off manually."
Výhody: "My third time with Emirates. This time on an Airbus A380 from Prague to Dubai. Simply put, wow! Everything about this aircraft and flight was outstanding, from the aircraft itself, to the crew to the in flight service and the comfort of the seat,"

There were no further services offered after the tea and coffee service... 3 full hours before we landed! Also, the economy class seats are extremely cramped. When the person in front of me leaned their seat back, I couldn't eat my mael comfortably and the TV screen was 12 inches away from my face."

Overbooked flight. My wife and I got split up. I have a replaced disk in my neck (kids behind me constantly kickin my seat) made for a painful and unpleasant flight. (Staff did nothing to prevent this)

Movie choices are very limited, emirates choices were lot better

My TV screen was freezing, it was hard to navigate. Everything else was just excellent.

Nevýhody: "I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

To add to the anxiety, we noticed that none of the bassinet seats were allocated to parents with infants. There were at least 3 families with infants and lots of children due to school holidays. But we all had to make do with our cramped seats. Maybe Qantas can plan this better. It isn’t so difficult as they usually know how many infants are travelling, in advance."

Nevýhody: "I am a frequent flyer with QANTAS and a regular customer for many years. Why then do I get the worst seats on the aircraft (last row without reclining). These seats are often assigned to me and they are extremely uncomfortable. I booked a paid fare and did not claim points. My FF preferred seats are mid-plane, aisle. The screen had very poor contrast and it was like watching through cloth. To make it worse the entertainment system had very poor sound with long periods of frozen frames and staccato sound making it difficult to follow the plot. My wife's system (also FF) was the same. Not happy with the "special welcome" given to FF passengers!"

Výhody: "Staff were pleasant enough"
Nevýhody: "Boarded about 40 mins late (understandable but still a negative), entertainment system didn't work at all the entire flight for anyone except Business Class, and the food portion (dinner apparently) was miniscule. I was starving by the time I disembarked."
Nevýhody: "Not told that pretty much the only in flight entertainment required downloading the qantas app"

Výhody: "The in-flight crew were just fantastic. Couldn't fault the service. Nothing seemed to hard. Thanks to all!!"

Výhody: "Everything! In the past year, I have flown on 9 flights with Qantas between the US and Australia. Each and every every flight has been comfortable and enjoyable. The flight crew is always friendly and accommodating, the food is satisfactory and I've never experienced a delay. Keep up the wonderful service."

Výhody: "As usual, flight attendants were there when you needed them."
Nevýhody: "Chaos at the boarding gate. Business queue used by everyone. Boarding by section a joke. Everyone knows the gate staff aren't going to send them back so it's a free -for-all. Not sure about the cardboard meal box either - it's cheap and nasty. Meals were never a pleasure but now they are abominable."
Výhody: "I liked how you didnt have to upgrade your ticket to receive food or movies, it just comes standard."
