Delay flight....:(

The one thing I must say is that the flight wasn't full at all, and in this case, I'm really unsure why they wouldn't sit people farther from each other.

Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."
Výhody: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

there was a delay for over 3 hours due to fog this is toatly acceptable, beacause of flight safety but since the fog was not unknown why we were boarded and than had to wait on plane without option to go back to the terminal the boarding was on foot so there was cnot supposed to be a big problem to get back and than reboard

I have hearing device and I didn’t hear the call. I paid extra priority and for extra baggage and I want my money back!! Thank you

Nevýhody: "Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

After we finished our check in and sent the luggage we went to the gate. There they realized that some of the printed bourding passes are not o k. The attendant in the counter did not checked it and sent us to the gate. We had to go back to the counter but the flight was closed already. We called the staff and after all we had to pay 100 euro to the counter to print the correct bourding passes and then to rush to the aircraft. If Ryan air put enough staff in the counters it wouldn’t happen. We almost miss the flight and it caused us a big inconvenous."

Check in process approved our luggage for hand cary as we paid for it in advance. In the gate they suddenly decided the luggage was 1 cm larger then agreed, refused to bring a measurement tape and charged us 50 Euro in addition to send the luggae in the plane rather than hand carry. Need less to say that in the flight to Rome our luggage was approved for hand carry so clearly Rome staff were into making money.. Planes were late to take off and 1 hour late to land (that from a total of a 3 hour flight ) although not announced . In summary ground staff experience was awaful and made us decide to not fly with Ryanair air again"

They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

For example, the customer must check in online. if not done properly the cost is about 100 euro more, AND the online check in procedure is not working that well, you need to press buttons several times in order for it to work (and I have a good phone), and if you give up in the middle it will cost you. More on that we did a mistake and did not purchase luggage for the way back, when we went to the desk to buy it (after standing more than 2 hours in the check in), we were told to pay 40 euros, where the price is 23 if paid online. we asked to talk to a manager and get the regular price for the suitcase, the cashier said "no problem i can call him, but then you will miss the flight..." and in the meantime there were still lots of people in the check in line... The service is very slow and not pleasant, and the crew always give you the feeling you are not ok. I understand the price is low and this is a lo cost flight, but this should not happen no matter what is the price."

Not only on the way forward they forbidded only flights from Israel (!) to bring any hand luggage at all without purchasing the priority boarding, and people were allowed with a small hand bag only (since the priority tickets finished) , but on the way backwards, after the entire airplane bought the priority ticket, the crew of ryanair acted in such a discriminating way and banned people that exceeded the bag check with less than 2 cm! It seems like the crew were determined to collect at many 50euro fines as possible from the passenger because they insisted very impolitly and brutally to measure each luggage from all possible sides, and even the luggage that fitted, they found excuses to fail them. I've rarely experienced such humiliating vision, especially due to the fact that everyone were forced to purchase the extra priority boarding and you'd expect the company to try and keep the customers, not drive them away. I can just say that with all the fines and extra payments requested by them, the total price of the flight was 100euro more expensive than the price of El AL or alitalia, same timing and with a meal and big suitcase included. All this, without mentioning the bad attitude of the crew and the extreme uncomfortability of the chairs (also purchased, obviously). To summarize, this was a very bad choice, with I will not repeat again."

She scrutinized and had every single person on line put their bag to be measured. She even did that with small back packs!!! Unfortunately for HER nobody had to pay extra for luggage!!! It is really the attitude. i paid a lot of money for my flight as much as a regular fligh neary $400 and yet I was still NOT allowed to take luggage. Its ridiculous!!! Had I booked with a regular airline, I would have paid similar fees and have a bag to put on the plane . Its time that Ryan air stop taking advantage of people and allow some luggage just like everyone else does. It doesn't have to be 50 lb but it can be a few pounds!!!"

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.

Nevýhody: "Security in PRG airport is done at the gate - after the duty free shops, so there's no way to go back. No toilet or water fountain at the gate area after security - only a vending machine is available and benches. You can bring liquids bought in the duty free shops only if you ask at the cashier to get it packed in a special bag. That's probably not the airlines fault, but it is something to note when departing from PRG. The check in process is also very slow, that is due to Israeli security questioning, the line gets all around the terminal."

Výhody: "the mail about the schedule Update prevents wasted time in the airport If you had sent an e-mail on the second delay we would have stay at the hotel and not falling asleep on the carpets in a cold, closed airport."
Nevýhody: "There was another delay after the timing update, it would be nice if you could update it again. A night out at a cold airport , all the shops closed is really unpleasant. In the plane there were not enough blankets for all three of us! and it was very cold all the flight. When we turned to the staff they told us they were sorry and the blankets run out ... They could not find us even one blanket we could share..."

Nevýhody: "3 hours delay Leaking AC Delay on arrival-waiting on ground for available spot in airport and finally being transferred via busse which took another 20 min. Very loud and annoying noise during flight (and I had my share of flights...)"
Nevýhody: "Food had to be specially requested and was not given automatically as customary. So I almost missed the meal."

Nevýhody: "We (me, one pregnant wife and two kids) had to wait 2:40h in line for check-in in spite we arrived 3 hours prior to departure to the airport. There was no way to do the check-in online. Security have asked everyone to open their suitcases before depositing them in the check-in. After check-in we had to run through the airport to the gate as check-in completed only 20 minutes before departure. Because of the line and the lack of online check-in we got lousy seats at the end of the plane. The flight itself was lousy as well. It was a night flight but there was light for most of the flight and noise due to the insistency on serving cold sandwiches. After landing we had to wait more than an hour to get the luggage. One of the worst flights ever!"

Výhody: "Efficient, quick check-in, quick boarding. This 50-minute flight will save you 4 hours of driving at least!"
Výhody: "The crew were very nice and helpful. The airplane was clean."
Nevýhody: "There's no entertainment in spite the flight duration was more than 4 hours. The food was cold sandwiches in stale buns. Boarding was not well organized and was done in busses. Flight was 15 minutes delayed."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed, and above all the luggage was not board on the plane. This was however said to us after the plane was boarded and on the way up!!! That is when we also heard we are landing in Rhodos on the way to Tel Aviv to refuel the plane because of a technical thing which they knew even before the flight. So the flight was few hours longer. The plane was old and with this "error" you get to pray you ll even reach your destination. . Food? No good on the flight, only water to drink. You can buy something from the free shop while flying!!! Afterwards we had to wait for our luggage for 6 days being told it is gonna be delivered to us every day. Unless you have nerves to spare and you wanna argue a lot, and I mean A LOT, do not fly with this company!"

Nevýhody: "We ordered the flight 3 months ago. A week before the flight, after all of our plans were booked, we received email about 2 hours delay! When we arrived to the airport, we discovered that the flight is operated by other company (Travel Service) and when we arrived to the boarding gate, we discovered that there is another delay because the airplane arrived late! Another 60 minutes delay, we landed around 23:00,and basically - it ruined the first days of our trip, since we made plans according to 19:30 landing !"

Nevýhody: "I got to the airport and I was stranded because there was no such flight please credit my account immediately. I also called several times before hand to confirm my flight and was sent emails with the same ticket information. And incredibly rude customer service. I also had to re-purchase a new ticket from another airlines, which I also believe in good faith you should pay, to make up for the incredible inconvenience you put me through."
Nevýhody: "Check up security was extremely bais...... and un human with way they did their security checks. Unacceptable and time consuming. My personal belongs that was suppose to come with my hand loggage they obligated me to go in my check in loggage. The danger to that is that third parties could touch my belongings or even break carting the bag to one side to another.."
Výhody: "aircon worked well, boarding was easy"
