The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."
Nevýhody: "Boarding at Singapore airport was shocking, as we had to wait 6 hours for our flight. Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

Výhody: "Best economy experience I've ever had. The cabin crew is very attentive, constantly coming around with drinks and water refills. They also had decent light snacks in case you were hungry between meals. I also loved the chairback setup and the entertainment unit. If flying economy, Singapore will be my airline of choice."

I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

Someone met me at the end of my second flight to tell me I missed my connecting flight. With the adjusted flight Singapore gave me, there was no chance I would have made it. They did purchase a ticket for me on another airline to get to San Francisco in the end."

Nevýhody: "I had a family emergency and because I had used a mileage ticket (as opposed to a paid ticket) I was told that I needed to give them 72 hours notice. I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."

Delta has a new policy that these tickets are not allowed to have certain privileges that tickets purchased on their own site have. Unbeknown to us, one of these is the ability to select your seat. On the ride from CVG to FLL we were assigned seats in the back of the plane, but at least we were next to each other. On the way back, we were not assigned a seat at all. We arrived to the airport almost 4 hours before the flight and were still not assigned a seat and were told we would have to speak to the gate agent. Even we when spoke to the gate agent, they still did not have a seat. It was not until we had already started the boarding process that they called us up and told us that we were going to be sitting 5 rows apart, both in a middle seat."

Výhody: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

The only thing I liked was the team on the airplane were very professional and that I had space in my seat because no one was seating next to me. Everything else was terrible. The food was awful, the entertainment system did not work 90% of the time, I was not able to watch even one movie properly without it stopping and posing all the time. To say that I did not have a good experience in the airport during boarding because it was an organized and a pretty big mess. I will never fly with them again

Nevýhody: "Communication on which luggage carousel our luggage was going to be on. The screen said, carousel 11 when in actuality, it was carousel 10. Very confusing...and caused me a delay. That’s the only frustration in the entire trip so far."

Nevýhody: "Could not check in online or get seat reservations in advance (other flights for journey allowed us to choose seats when we booked flights). This meant we were sitting separately and groundstaff suggested we were on standby, which we definitely weren't! Very irritating and unnecessary."
Výhody: "The crew was great. Very friendly and provided excellent services. I was surprised that they serve food (a cheese sandwich) and drinks for a 40 mins flight. That would have never happened in the US"
Nevýhody: "We had to take a bus to get to the airplane from the terminal, which was no big deal. The bus driver was a little rough though."
Výhody: "Lufthansa is a friendly airline but was unable to help with our problem because I had booked through Kayak."
Nevýhody: "When I presented my passport at the counter to receive my boarding pass, I was told my passport needed to be over 3 months before expiration. It expires January 14, 2019. It is not written on the passport, nor mentioned during booking. I’ve been to Latvia four times previously and never heard this requirement. I cancelled the flight with Lufthansa who said I must call Kayak who gave me another number to call and that number then sent an email that said there was a $350 rebooking fee for each ticket, IF they decided I was eligible for rebooking. Yes, we got a great rate, but looks like wasted $ now. I will book directly with the airline in the future to ensure the ability to rebook."
Výhody: "Once again the crew was great and helped me find a place to stow my carry on since I was in the emergency row. The snack was also very tasty."

Nevýhody: "Seems like they want to nickel and dime you for everything now..."
Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."
Výhody: "We very much appreciated you the Lufthansa agent helped us after we missed our connecting flight to Toulouse due to German passport control. She was able to get us on a flight to Munich then on to Toulouse. We were able to get to Toulouse 4 hours after originally planned."
Nevýhody: "Though our flight arrived in Frankfurt on time (6am) we missed our connection to Toulouse (7:20am) because of the passport check in Frankfort. There were only two agents and they were working at a snail's pace. It was incredibly frustrating and if this happens often, those flights shouldn't be advertised as connecting."

Nevýhody: "Security at Frankfurt is terrible!!! They open every other bag despite scanning with X-Rays!! Took me 50 minutes to get through security and to my next gate."

Výhody: "Kayak had good e emails with updates and reminders. Lufthansa was a great suorline for its care of its passengers."
Výhody: "The app made it so easy. It is like your personal assistant with you telling you about your trip. No delays no major issues. I also liked the seats."

I felt fine, ate beef stew from Lufthansa, threw up for an hour until it and my dignity were gone, felt fine. Frozen bread bothers me. Coffee is good."
Výhody: "Loved the staff, very nice! The food options were good & I appreciated the veggie options. Desert could be optional since I never eat it. Oh & the beverage cart with all the options is the absolute BEST."
Nevýhody: "No noise barriers. I realize people will bring babies on flights, but after 11 straight hours (seriously, 11!) of screaming babies, the whole plane was tired & on edge."

Nevýhody: "The crew passed by me TWICE while serving food and I was not sleeping at that time. I had to go and ask for food myself. Also there was a delay about 40 minutes when taking off in CPH (CPH-EWR) because of a fuel-screen malfunction or smth. The pilot was very nice and kept us informed all the time. I still didn't make my connection flight due to the delay and SAS rebooked me which made my already long trip 8 hrs longer."
Výhody: "I liked the movie selection! I also like the spacious size of our seats! There was just the right amount of leg room for the time of the flight. Also, the meals were served in a timely manner!"
Nevýhody: "The breakfast entree was salty and a beverage was not served with our meal. The gap between the entree was too long for enjoymenty. My friends and I were thirsty when we were eatinmg. Also, the wine selections were not the standard fan favorite. Not many enjoy Zinfandel or the white wine they were serving."

Nevýhody: "to realise at the airport that they will charge me 70 EUR for one luggage for one way only is outrageous! it wasnt clear at all that there wasnt luggage included in the price of the ticket... all of my previous tickets bought via kayak and priceline were also with luggage included and we have understood the given price as including luggage! i find it very negative and very bad experience and feel robbed, this is not acceptable business approach. my suggestion is that you will refund me the extra cost for the luggage. thank you."
Výhody: "The food was quite good on the international trip. Thought the pilots were excellent on all flights. Take offs and landings were very smooth."
Nevýhody: "On the domestic flight you only got a drink."
Nevýhody: "Unfortunately we had to postpone our trip due to a family crisis. I called in an attempt to receive a voucher or some credit. I was advised that a change was possible, but that with penalties and taxes, it would amount to MORE than the price of the ticket. Hell of a way to run a railroad!....speaking of railroads, that gives me an idea for when we reschedule!!"
Nevýhody: "For an international flight, only the first non-alcoholic drink is included for free. Let's say, if you want 2 orange juices, you have to pay for the second. Alcohol, of course, is not free under their system. Snacks? Forget about it."
Nevýhody: "I asked for a second glass of water and the flight attendant told me I had to buy a bottle. Also, the flight departed one hour late."
Výhody: "The flight was comfortable. Boarding was fast and easy. Flight crew was attentive and friendly. I would 100% fly with SAS again."
Nevýhody: "Our checked bag was delayed for a very long time. It came out 15 minutes after our baggage carrousel claimed all the bags from our flight were completed. My wife was obviously extremely concerned and it started our honeymoon off on a more stressful note than it had to be."
Výhody: "The automated kiosks made it ridiculously easy. Flying out of LAX can be a pain, but that went by so smoothly. I'm cheap and have become accustomed to Spirit airlines. So when I received free (decent) meals a complimentary bottle of water and a plethora of inflight entertainment."
Nevýhody: "Wasn't assigned a seat and had to stand in a long line to wait to confirm that I had a seat for a flight I booked over 3 months earlier."

Nevýhody: "8 years ago on similar flight from Lax to got, we had to retrieve checked bags in Sto, and then go through security. It was not clear at all on this trip if it was the same. SK agent at lax seemed unsure, Arlanda customer service agents at baggage in Arlanda also seemed unsure. We then learned from another airport worker at baggage they would go all the way through. It is very important to know since turn around time is very short, and I almost missed flight 8 years ago, and bags did miss it last time. Tks"

Nevýhody: "My computer/media screen did not work the whole trip, nor did audio -just heard loud screeching when I plugged in my headphones. Also, the seats were very uncomfortable. Additionally, I thought we had paid for two checked bags in advance but was told we did not and so had to pay for them at the airport. I was very focused on making sure I had two checked bags paid for online when purchasing the tickets. I don't know if it's some glitch in your website or that it was just confusingly worded/phrased, but I did think I had bought the higher level package that allowed for two checked bags."
