Nevýhody: "Seats are very tight and are short on comfort. The "occupied" toilet signs not working causing queues. On meals, forget the things that are impossible to to sustain in a fresh/tasty state, like melon, Tomatoes fried, certain types of sandwich where the bread absorbs any liquid/juice, overuse of rolls. The meals are tested under almost clinical conditions, who ever travels Economy and tastes the food in situ. Put more of the edible foood in. People prefer a single course meal as against a 3 course with dead ends on each side of the main."

The flight from Madrid to NYC was operated by American airlines,it took them a while to figure it out that I'm on flight number 095,it was really frustrated and a lot of pressure for me.finally a wonderful lady figure it out and helped me to go on the flight back home to NYC.

As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."

Nevýhody: "The most horrible experience Iv'e ever had with flights and airline! The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Nevýhody: "Terrible service. We flew with a connwction. After 2 hours delY they told us that our next flight was cancelled. That was not true"

Nevýhody: "I was ripped off! I booked a flight for 3 passengers and paid. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."
Nevýhody: "Flight took off late...someone in seats.. luggage did not arrive with plane... we were told different things.. were given wrong gate number.."
