It makes the entire airport gate areas hard to maneuver around for other people as each plane loads, and it stresses out the group waiting to get on the plane."
Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "The Frankfort airport is a nightmare. They have loooooooong gateways, so when I Finally got through security FOR THE THIRD TIME, it’s a 10 minute, speed-walk to the gate. Again, a flight delay was the only thing that made the connection possible. I made it to the gate with 3 minutes to spare, so no time for the bathroom, no time to get lunch or even a bottle of water, no time period. And at the end of it all, my bag is lost."

I understand that catering to special diet needs is not easy but following a gluten-free diet is not my choice, it is something I need to deal and live with on a daily basis. I felt disappointed since I had a long trip ahead of me, and I know that I, just like all the other passengers, had paid for the flight that should include the meal as well. You have to significantly bend your body. To not loose your balance, you have to grab on to the seat in front of you and that disturbs the other passenger. If they're sleeping, they can be woken up by that. Lufthansa does not care much for its passengers. Nor do many other companies, for that matter, but I think Lufthansa is taking things further than most airlines. It is a disgrace. Their brand is not what it once was."

So, it was a great relief when we saw the airport representative meeting us at the exit from Budapest plane to lead toward the Washington DC flight gate. In 30 minutes we were in our plane to continue flight to the US. Thank you so much!"

Nevýhody: "No exaggeration: The crew rolled a beverage cart in front of the restroom while I was in there. I couldn't leave for about 4 minutes The food made me vomit. That's why I was in the restroom when they blocked me in My headset jack was broken. 500 movies aren't worth anything if I can't hear them"

Výhody: "In terms of things I liked flying with UA998 from Brussels to EWR: The boarding staff at Brussels airport was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Boarding procedure was smooth even with the extra security screening at the gate."
Nevýhody: "It was quickly clear to me that the passengers where simply an inconvenience to some of the crew on UA998. As an example I fell asleep during take off and woke up in the middle of the meal service. The cart was only a couple of rows behind me in the half-ful Economy Plus section so I got up and tried to get the attention of the staff. The lady turned around and confirmed that "I had woken up" with a sigh, as is not only was it inconvenient to her that I was a sleep, now I had the nerves to actually ask for a meal. She presented me with the options of pasta and chicken and I politely asked what they where served with. She straight out said that "she really did not know that" and asked me to make a choice. I wont get into any other examples, the machine was half full at best and there was no stress, so frustrating to be treated like you are an inconvenience to the USA based staff who clearly just wanted to be left alone. The entertainment system barely worked, the touch monitor was very hard to operate - the pressure sensitive functionality was not working properly but I managed to get to my movie and avoid the Chinese subtitles in the third try. I fly United because it's part of Star Alliance, but otherwise I would try and avoid at all cost."

Výhody: "Struedal snack and drink (not only 1 drink, but offered if wanted more) all in a 1 hour 15 min flight. Most other large carriers barely offer a drink, let alone a snack. And not just peanuts or pretzels, streudal! Very pleasant staff, multi-lingual. Would love to fly them again."
Nevýhody: "I booked less than a week ago and picked our seats in a two seater row, but when we boarded it was three seater rows on both sides of plane. So the aircraft must have changed. I prefer a window seat so instead I had to sit in the middle because I did not know about the change."

The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

Nevýhody: "(1) Some in-flight entertainment issues which meant it wasn't working for about 30minites. (2) I know the crew have a hard job and have many difficult passengers to deal with. Even so I do find there's a bit too much "attitude" shown by some members of staff. On my flight to London, a mother with a young child wanted hot water and the staff (middle aged British male) was trying to tell her repeatedly she should say "please" when she asks. She was asking politely so this behaviour was rather poor in my view."
Nevýhody: "There was a loose screw on the plane and they did not detect it until the flight was about to take off! We had a delay -- though not too long, this was preventable."
Very good economy class flight from Frankfort to ORD. If you have to fly (and I don’t know how else you’d get across the Atlantic) to works just fine. Just be prepared for the check in, TSA, and boarding lines. Just a part of travel.

There was also NO room. I'm not a big person, but I didn't even have space to put my bad under the seat in front of me & sit comfortably. I flew back on JetBlue with the same amount of stuff and had ample room. It was interesting to see the difference."

Nevýhody: "I missed my flight to San Diego from a connecting flight by a few minutes. Now I have to sit in the airport for over three hours waiting for my next flight.. not to mention it's my bday. Thanks United."
Výhody: "Economy+ seats were very nice. Gates were close."
Nevýhody: "Having content viewable on your app is fine, but finding out last minute that for some reason your device doesn't work with the system is annoying. There didn't seem to be any food or drink service, which was odd."
Nevýhody: "The 3 flight delays"
Výhody: "The plane was kept clean and tidy."
Nevýhody: "Crew was a bit rude. The flight was delayed which i understand happens. The issue was that the crew gave cery little explanation or alternate options."
Nevýhody: "I wanted to get on the earlier flight so after checking in I proceeded to the gate to speak with the gate agent about getting on the earlier 11:55 flight. She was no where to be found. Other members of my party that I had traveled with appeared and said they got on the earlier flight because they were looking for people to switch and offering it down stairs where you initially checked in. No body had offered it to me which infuriates me because now I could not go back downstairs through security. I was stuck upstairs waiting for someone in charge to appear. The gate agent arrived 1 minutes before the flight was supposed to board. She told me that it was too late to switch flights and that it should have been done down stairs when I initially checked in. She said they were looking for people which really irked me because no one had offered it to me. She then told me that she gave me the wrong bag tag and switched it out for the correct one. The air port was hot, crowded and smelly. The plane ride was over all okay. We did not start boarding on time (my tickecg said boarding would begin at 12 and we didn't start until about 12:45) and we left a few minutes late. Other than that I was grateful there was a TV on the plane"
Nevýhody: "How they handle my bags.....!"
Nevýhody: "The flight from SFO to BOS was delayed two hrs. No big deal inbound aircraft delay. However, they boarded everyone knowing the plane which was missing seat cushions wasn't ready for take off so we sat at the gate for an hour before a six hour flight that was sold out. It was extremely uncomfortable!"
Nevýhody: "Was delete for 3 hours and bad cosumer sevice en Guadalajara"
Nevýhody: "Need more leg room."
Výhody: "Staff was friendly and everything was timely. The operator on the phone was also great. Had the best deals for flights from Atlanta to Chicago for same day purchase."
Nevýhody: "The seats on the Boeing 737 were very uncomfortable."
Nevýhody: "We were suppose to depart around 7:20pm and ended up departing at 10pm. Was said they magically had 4 brocken seats over the past flight! Did not like the waiting period and how they managed it."
Výhody: "The way they said "Hello" to me. Other than that, the water was good."
Nevýhody: "Everything else. My flight was delayed for weather, and I missed my boarding by 2 MINUTES, and they rejected me at the gate, and told me my seat was already taken by stand-by. Then the lady I went to see at the customer service desk was rude, and rejected me from first class even though it was THEIR MISTAKE I was booked there. Then I didn't even land at LAX! I had to take another flight that landed at Ontario so I can make my appointment on time. Will NEVER travel with United again!"
