Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Výhody: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Nevýhody: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Individual seat in-flight entertainment screens have been the norm for many years, yet this plane had the community-style in-flight entertainment. Half of the time, the screens weren't working, which just made matters worse. The total lack of legroom and chair ergonomics made getting comfortable nearly impossible. I was literally in pain sitting in these seats. I live in Prague and visit family in the US often. This was my first experience with American Airlines' newer direct flight option from Prague to Philadelphia; based on the extreme discomfort of the inflight features and to top it off it was the highest price I've paid for a flight back home...(total lack of value for the money! )I would go out of my way to make sure I never take this route again."

Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?"

Nevýhody: "The plane was late, I request wheal chair for my mother because she can't see for one eye no more and only 30% can see on her good eye and in Houston she was lost inside the aeroport because no one take care of my mother , yes lost for almost two hours, very very disappoint , I always book thru Kayak and never complaint, this time very disappointed , Glad my mother is okay"

Nevýhody: "I was not able to board the fist flight because i got there one hour before the flight left. I drove 2 hours to catch my second plane and because i did that my entire ticket was cancel forcing me to pay $341.00 to purchase another ticket"

Nevýhody: "The boarding gate attendants were rude and uncaring when we asked them to help us switch pre-assigned seats to ensure our two year old sat with us. While we might have understood better had they been empathetic, they were rude and uncaring and said when you book online you sign a waiver and they can not do anything about this. Wow. This was our flight back. Originally on the way to our destination we had used Delta and that customer service experience was completely different even though that flight was full too. Never flying United again as long as I can avoid it."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed almost every half hour from 4 pm til 9:30. We finally boarded the plane to be ushered off without anyone letting us know anything. Flight was cancelled and we flew the following day"
Výhody: "Flight was not cancelled Not delayed Electronic boarding pass worked well I was able to take my small suitcase on the flight"
Nevýhody: "I would like to have a nonstop flight from CLE TO MADISON WISCONSIN. The previous Continental flight was extremely efficient. Now it takes 4-5 hours with security and a layover."

Nevýhody: "I'm disappointed in their in-flight entertainment system. Download the app and check out all of the amazing options they have, then try to use it & good luck. It took me 5 hours to watch 20 min of the movie I chose. It just kept cutting out, then would say entertainment service isn't offered, etc. Why are airlines going away from personal TVs & instead having you bring your own device which may or may not work with the service up there? There was also NO room. I'm not a big person, but I didn't even have space to put my bad under the seat in front of me & sit comfortably. I flew back on JetBlue with the same amount of stuff and had ample room. It was interesting to see the difference."
Nevýhody: "Sadly there is some extreme weather going on in Houston I'm still in the airport"
Výhody: "The flight attendants were polite and welcoming and the flight was on schedule."
Nevýhody: "It was complicated to get the movies. You had to download the United app."

Nevýhody: "The people behind the desk to give you your boarding pass took forever to show..there was no information as to why."
Výhody: "the pilot gave regular updates due to the delay. he was audible just as frustrated as passengers. but it was out of his control and his updates were appreciated. they let us off the plan instead of forcing to stay on for over 2 hours. offered free in flight entertainment for the inconvenience of the delay. it was a nice gesture."
Nevýhody: "the choice of snacks. the delay the flight was over booked."
Výhody: "The flight attendants did a wonderful job keeping guests informed and mitigating potential problems"
Nevýhody: "Boarding was delayed over two hours due to a late arriving plane We were again delayed over an hour because our flight would place the pilot with more hours than accepted by safe flying standards (didn't they know this ahead of time? When we were initially delayed?!?) The seats were SO uncomfortable. All I wanted was sleep, but they only reclined a couple of inches"

Nevýhody: "I wanted to charge my device, no outlets available. No TV screen available for movies, just makes the time go by faster when I'm distracted."
Výhody: "The punctuality"
Nevýhody: "The fact that my wife and I were not able to check in at kiosk is a technology problem, and then we waited in line forever as United tried to deal with other large group of problem customers. Because if their bad service we missed cutoff, even though I had already checked In and we had no checked bags. We We were forced to pay for hotel our of our pocket, get another rental car, and change itinerary to have to go through Denver to get back to Chicago and arrive a full day later, causing havoc with work schedule and coverage for kids. Thumbs down United! I used to be 1K with you, this Is why I don't fly this airline often."
Nevýhody: "I missed my flight to San Diego from a connecting flight by a few minutes. Now I have to sit in the airport for over three hours waiting for my next flight.. not to mention it's my bday. Thanks United."
Výhody: "Short direct tv preview was lovely. Helped relax"

Nevýhody: "Having content viewable on your app is fine, but finding out last minute that for some reason your device doesn't work with the system is annoying. There didn't seem to be any food or drink service, which was odd."
Výhody: "Every thing went smooth and everyone was great to me."
Nevýhody: "Nothing this trip. Why didn't I get a survey about that ? It was through Kayak also. That was the trip from HELL!"

Nevýhody: "That everything needed to be hurry up when there was plenty of time to do what needed to be done. I was given a ticket for some one else together with mine. ..."

Výhody: "The plane was kept clean and tidy."
Nevýhody: "Crew was a bit rude. The flight was delayed which i understand happens. The issue was that the crew gave cery little explanation or alternate options."
Nevýhody: "I wanted to get on the earlier flight so after checking in I proceeded to the gate to speak with the gate agent about getting on the earlier 11:55 flight. She was no where to be found. Other members of my party that I had traveled with appeared and said they got on the earlier flight because they were looking for people to switch and offering it down stairs where you initially checked in. No body had offered it to me which infuriates me because now I could not go back downstairs through security. I was stuck upstairs waiting for someone in charge to appear. The gate agent arrived 1 minutes before the flight was supposed to board. She told me that it was too late to switch flights and that it should have been done down stairs when I initially checked in. She said they were looking for people which really irked me because no one had offered it to me. She then told me that she gave me the wrong bag tag and switched it out for the correct one. The air port was hot, crowded and smelly. The plane ride was over all okay. We did not start boarding on time (my tickecg said boarding would begin at 12 and we didn't start until about 12:45) and we left a few minutes late. Other than that I was grateful there was a TV on the plane"

Nevýhody: "The flight from SFO to BOS was delayed two hrs. No big deal inbound aircraft delay. However, they boarded everyone knowing the plane which was missing seat cushions wasn't ready for take off so we sat at the gate for an hour before a six hour flight that was sold out. It was extremely uncomfortable!"
Výhody: "Positive crew made even requests for seat changes happy moments. Even got us there 10 minutes early,"
