We were sent to Malaga instead of Granada due to weather. Although we were bussed to Granada, arriving 4 hours later, there was no further assistance or information from a representative. More communication would have been helpful and appreciated.
Check in at Barcelona is chaotic. Poor directional sign for check in patrons to locate appropriate lines to form. We presumed from our booking that priory boarding meant priority check in ….. clearly not the case. As a result we were in the wrong line for 45 minutes before a curt checkin clerk sent us to another line with over 400 people waiting. We barely made our flight. No other airline does this and it is clearly unsatisfactory service. Check in is disorganized hundreds of passengers forced into last call lines to make their flights. Announcements were in Spanish only so an non Spanish speaking customer is clearly disadvantaged and likely to miss their flight. This will be the last time we fly veuling and will never book with you again. PS if a customer books priority boarding this should include check in after all one pays a premium for priority that should include check in as is the case with all major reputable carriers.

Nevýhody: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."
Výhody: "I presume that because I'm old they treated me special even though I didn't request any special help."
Výhody: "I give high marks to Vueling in all regards, except one. See below. Otherwise, they were efficient, courteous, and it was a very positive experience."
Nevýhody: "When we arrived at our seats 29E and 29F the seats were taken. The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

Nevýhody: "I was ripped off! I booked a flight for 3 passengers and paid. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."
Nevýhody: "I had to pay €129.00 for an extra piece of luggage a a service free of €162.00. The crew was unfriendly. They did not say hello nor did they say good. Last but not least, they did not provide me with an entry form."

Nevýhody: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

Nevýhody: "We did not have internet and computer access during our trip and when we arrived at the airport to check in we were told that there was a high fee for airport checkin. Never in my 30 years of airline travel have i experienced such s redicilous and outragous thing. I paid 196 euros today because we were not able to check in online rven though Ryanaiir had several checkin counters!. This was certainly the last time i flew with Ryanair and I will share this experience with my friends and family."

The boarding took so long - we were towards the end of the queue but still had to wait a long time for the dooors to close - not very ryanair as they usually have all of us waiting to get on the plane. This was especially weird as the plane was quite empty Might need to lower the up selling - the flying time was 55 mins approx and the poor cabin crew were wheeling the cart about 3 minutes after take off with the plane still climbing quite steeply. The crew are trying to sell the same as a 3 hour ryanair flight - hot food, snacks, drinks, scratch cards, and the perfumes"

I checked a bag at the counter (not at the gate) and was surprised to learn that the fee was 40 Euros instead of the expected 25. We were marched outside to stand for 15 minutes before anyone was permitted to board."

Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

They weren't grumpy or tired inspite of the early hour. It was a quick, uneventful flight. Smooth trip, nice landing. This was my first time on RyanAir. Overall, I was impressed. Considering the low cost, I'm definitely flying RyanAir again."
Nevýhody: "Boarding process with its long line seemed demoralizing. Maybe you should take a tip from Disney World and switchback the lines. One line that stretches 40 meters is depressing. Maybe, board people by sections. This would help the long line. But the line did move amazingly quickly. A giant point in your favor. Seats: didn't recline - not comfortable. We didn't have meal service, so can't comment on that."
Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Výhody: "I only had an hour to grab my luggage and my next boarding pass. I made it to my flight with over ten minutes to spare."

Nevýhody: "Queuing for 45 mins at boarding at 21.25 pm which grew to 10.05 pm! no apparent reason for this although we were all given manual luggage tags and then they were checked off again before getting into the plane- the Malaga ground staff could not answer questions as they didn't speak english well enough.. poor. onboard completely overcrowded locals and no help from crew on seating = lots of spare stoats at back.. i.e. space."
Výhody: "It would have been good to know in advance that checking a bag would cost half as much as the flight itself. But why did I have to check in online then stand in line to be told to stand in a second line to pay for my bag only to stand in the same line again to actually do the check in? Why? When it was done I asked the agent where to go to find the gate and he only waived on the next customer. I didn't seem to be worth his attention."

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."
Nevýhody: "Don't even get water on flight pretty cheap"
Nevýhody: "I checked in online as instructed. Then at the airport I am told I am not checked in, that online check in is over and that I have to pay £50 PER PERSON to get printed boarding passes. Then the flight was delayed over 90 minutes."
