Výhody: "Even though it was economy class, I was able to sleep because it was very comfortable."

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "I feel that the there should be NO reclining of seats in the economy section. There is about 10-12 inches of space between my face and the seat back if the seat in front is not reclined. If it is reclined , this distance is reduced to 6-8 inches. Too, too close. And reclining does not add much to the comfort of the sitting position. When the person in front of me reclines, then I am almost forced to recline so I have enough room."

Nevýhody: "They ran out of one of the meal options and then one of the meals later had sauerkraut which the smell of in the plane was overwhelming and made me feel unwell."

Nevýhody: "Just odd that I walked a mile thru the airport to make the connection only to board a shuttle bus that went back the same direction for the longest such ride in my life, past parked planes, maintenance areas, fuel storage tanks and finally the cargo plane section where our plane was located. Might be hard on those more impaired than I am to handle the stairs down to the bus loading dock and again up into the plane."

Nevýhody: "The scheduling of the in flight events made no sense. The cabin was dimmed for take off (logical, given that it was a red-eye). However, once we were at altitude, the lights were put back on to serve dinner. Several people were woken up by this and it took like 1.5 hrs because its a big plane. Also, it was like 9-10pm local time by this point so dinner made no sense! Then the lights were dimmed and people tried to sleep. The lights were turned on 1.5 hrs prior to landing to serve a light breakfast. So, 6.5 hr red-eye turned into about 3.5 hrs of actual sleeping time. I would've preferred to be left alone and given a bigger breakfast."

Nevýhody: "See above...on a Nother note, how would any of these passengers be expected to exit a plane in emergency when there is absolutely no room in the plane? This is an accident waiting to happen, assuming the plane to survive the crash"

Výhody: "The Europenas know how to do it better. The experience of flying with Luftansa and Swiss Air is so much better than any experience I've had on any American airline carrier. Simply put, one is treated as a human being and not cargo. The crew was helpful and kind, and though the meals were just okay, at least they feed you without additional costs like the money grubbing American carriers do. Especially with fuel prices so low and still high airfares, one would HOPE that that would change...greed. Corporate greed. Loved these flights though and would book these carriers over an American Flight Company ANYTIME!"

First time flying Austrian, but next time I’ll probably book with their competitors if prices are similar."

Thus, it was a circular Catch 22. I went through six different lady agents working my way through the system, until they finally took my bag and let me go. They themselves said it was new to them and they did not fully grasp how it worked and they did not know why it did not accept me. SOFTWARE PEOPLE BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD."

Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

So I guess it’s their policy to hold you at ransom if your bag is even close to not fitting. Even worse, the plane was about 40% full and there was no shortage of room on the plane. They are crooks!"

Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."

Nevýhody: "The airline charged me twice for my violin. I had already paid for my instrument when I did online check in. And I had to buy another seat for my instrument at the gate. The way I was treated by the staff was so impolite as well."

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Výhody: "There are many horror stories on the web about flying RyanAir, so I expected the worst. My wife and I flew RT from Dublin to Koln. Although we carry on on all other airlines (in the US), we paid extra to check our carry on bags because of the Ryanair website, which sounded VERY strict about bag size and threatened to charge 50E or something per bag if ours were too big. Turns out all the other passengers had the same huge carry-ons as always. I probably wares the bag fee. Ryan requires you to print boarding passes before you get to the airport or they will charge 50E per person to print(!). The boarding process is a cattle call, but most people are polite with little shoving. The seats on the plane are hard and don't recline. All in all, we saved money and the flight was OK. Just know what to expect."

Nevýhody: "the seats, do not work to give a great comfort"

Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"

Výhody: "Easy booking, easy self checkin, even though now have selected seats it's still a little bit like a cattle market as everybody is wanting overhead hand luggage space near by. Very quick flight without ant issue"

Výhody: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."
Nevýhody: "The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :("

Nevýhody: "Not charging for a small bottle of water would be nice."

Nevýhody: "They wanted to charge me for water in Euros, though the flight left from Istanbul and I only had Turkish lira with me. So we tried credit card, but credit card machine didn't work on any of my three cards. So they kindly brought me a free cup of water after all."

Nevýhody: "the chairs are very uncomfortable for a early morning flight.. do not recline. i am not big at all.. im 154cm and 60 kg.. the chairs killled my back and next... i just wanted to sleep."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed more than 1 hour. The gate lounge didn’t had enough chairs for all the passengers. They had any entertainment on board and they make you turn off your mobile phone for take off and landing even if you have airplane mode."

Nevýhody: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Nevýhody: "They lost several passengers’ luggage including mine."

Nevýhody: "I was unable to cancel the flight. I was on a work trip followed by a vacation, the vacation got cut short and I had to cancel the flight, unfortunately there was no way to cancel online and due to the nature of my job I cannot make phone calls to the states. I was not expecting a refund just an easy way to cancel the ticket online."

Nevýhody: "Discomfort, very small airplane for a 4 hours trip. Crew is angry and rude. Food is expensive and not tatsy."

Výhody: "I like to travel always travel with KAKA"

Nevýhody: "Old plane, really crowded seats, the air crew doesn’t bother to clean the lavatories. Those who are working that is as the toilets up front were out of order..."

Nevýhody: "Almost on every other airline you can check using the self-check-in computers at the airport; on Pegasus you can't, which caused unnecessary queues at the check-in desks (both there and back)."

Nevýhody: "I've never seen so many young children on a plane. There must have been one child for every one adult. Worst of all, their parents didn't even attempt to make them behave themselves. And the crew just let the kids run up and down the aisles and climb on seats. What ever happened to "please remain seated with your seat belts fastened"? Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."

Nevýhody: "Food not included in price of ticket. Food offered for a fee was very limited. But then again the flight was less than 3 hours."

Nevýhody: "As there is no entertainment nor food served on board the grade has to be the minimum score. Precisely that there is no entertainment system."

Výhody: "Was first to check-in and received exit-row seat with its extra leg-room."
Nevýhody: "Exit row seats do not recline .. so could not lie-back on this overnight flight."

Výhody: "Nothing"
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed and that's normal for them I guess .. worst cabin crew ever."

Výhody: "It was a fast flight, flights have a low bar for comfort and food. The seats were fine and I slept through the flight so I cannot comment on the food but everything was clean and the staff was polite. The style of the aircraft is what shocked me. It seemed modern and almost like they hired an interior design person for style not function."

Nevýhody: "Wasn't informed of any delays. Every flight was delayed or rescheduled! Nobody was informed of anything that was happening. I will never fly again with Pegasus"

Výhody: "The crew was very nice and attentive."
Nevýhody: "Not even water is offered. You must buy everything. We boarded over an hour late and then sat on the plane for nearly an hour. Seats very uncomfortable. A lot of very small and upset children. Due the late take off I had no time to get food during my layover and so I bought a hot meal. It was mediocre at best for 11 euro. There was no drink served with it but sold separately. Then it took over an hour for my tray to be picked up."

Nevýhody: "No information flight delay until you find yourself."

Nevýhody: "Pegasus airline did not inform us any delay until we asked. They should make delay information to passengers. Other one is when taxi aircraft to runway, make some strange noise come from celing. Alike cable is rubbing something. Crew should report to mechanic."

Nevýhody: "The problems began around 2 am on 12-July at the Dubai airport. Our flight, originally scheduled for 4:20 am, was delayed until 6am. I attempted to inquire with the Pegasus staff about the flight delay, and what this would mean for my connection, but no staff were even available at the airport (all check-in activities etc were handled by airport staff). Even after the flight got delayed again until 7am, there were no Pegasus staff available to speak with. The Dubai airport staff assured me that someone was on their way to speak with the passengers, and that since our connecting flights were also on Pegasus, they would be sure to hold the flights for us. We were told that we would definitely make our connections. When we asked about the reason for the delay and to speak with a Pegasus staff member, we were told by airport staff that the Pegasus team had been called repeatedly and nobody was picking up the phone. There was a supervisor that was somewhere in the airport, and they had been told that she would be coming to the information desk to speak with passengers, but I waited for 2 hours for her and she never showed up. We were given no information on why the flight was delayed and what the plan was for our connections. Even at the gate there was not a single Pegasus staff member to assist us. We finally arrived in Istanbul and were directed to the transfer desk, where the Pegasus staff were rude, physically forceful (pushing and shoving), and could not communicate in English. The entire situation was extremely upsetting. Nobody was apologizing for the misinformation or lack of accountability. Nobody simply said, "I'm sorry." I was continuously shouted at in Turkish, I was pushed by Pegasus staff. I was simply trying to find out if my flight had left and if I could be rebooked on another flight. They were insistent that there was one flight a day and they could not book me on an alternative airline. For me, this meant that I missed an important meeting in Germany that afternoon, and that I had to forfeit money that I had put down for a hotel in Hamburg (Euros 124). They told everyone that the flights had left and that we should go upstairs to the hotel desk. However, even to do this, I was forced to purchase a visa (USD 30) to go through passport control. Pegagus has not reimbursed me for these expenses, despite emails, speaking to a supervisor at the Istanbul airport, and filing a complaint in the portal online. Again, at the hotel transfer desk, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were treated like animals to be herded, and not like humans. Needless to say, I will never be flying with Pegasus again, and I will not be recommending it to anyone. The treatment of paying customers was horrible, and the service was terrible."

Nevýhody: "We were delayed going and coming back! Staff were not helpful on our way back. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with using kayak as when I wanted to cancel I was very shocked that vayama charges $344 for changing both flights timings were as if I had booked through Pegasus themselves it would have been $75 , never again and I have deleted the app"

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed over an hour sitting on plane. Flight attendants were rude."

Výhody: "Nothing"
Nevýhody: "After the experience with the Pegasus flight from Kuwait to Istanbul I didn't expect anything hence was not disappointed. Right before the boarding was finished the boarding lady came into the plane looking for me, checking my passport one again and even taking a photo of it (with my consent). She left with no single word of explanation. Once again: this is a joke but definitely it's not customer service."
