They mentioned that ill be refunded my $750 from qatar as they got a waiver for me. I received $250 from qatar airways and nothing yet. Airfare's customer service staff is highly uncooperative and v rude"

Nevýhody: "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worst flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."

Once we arrived at the gate, we were told "I cannot help you with anything about your flight. That is another department" and we to wait our turn and wait for someone to take us down the jetway. We waited for 75 minutes (1.25 hours) until after EVERY OTHER PASSENGER was on board. The flight attendant was unresponsive to us, talked down to my husband and me in a way that was insulting, rude, demeaning and very nasty. When another passenger complained that he did not get the seat that the attendant just changed for him, FOUR flight attendants helped him - one person got on the phone with someone (I don't know who), another went down to his seat to see where he was sitting. Yet another came and tried to explain why they couldn't help and finally a fourth tried to speak with another attendant on board. Whether or not his problem was solved, I don't know, but this was in the middle of our conversation (with only one attendant, I will add), and so his attention was taken away from us and put on him. Our seats were changed from seats closest to the bathroom to the middle of the plane. My husband cannot walk so 14 rows walking was not possible. I will say that finally, it took three volunteers who offered their seats to us to sit near the much needed bathroom. Regarding being seated near the bathrooms, when we asked for an aisle chair (that they told us they had on board) we were told to "stand there. we will get one in around 10 minutes). And, the wheelchair was sent all the way to the BAGGAGE CLAIM and NOT GATE CHECKED, when we arrived in Houston, we can clearly see the frame is bent, the wheels are out of alignment and the brake is also bent out of shape. The wheelchair is a custom made chair just for my husband. We will be sending Turkish Airlines the bill for a new chair if it cannot be repaired. I hope you can see to address these problems. I am not hopeful it is not normally like this for Jews who wear their head coverings. We would welcome a further conversation about our experience in hopes that others do not have the same one we did. Vivian and Henry Blum"

Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

The Interior was clean, and the leg room in economy was absolutely excellent. The Staff was outstanding, and showed the utmost professionalism at all times."
Nevýhody: "All my complaints are things neither Finnair nor the Crew could have helped. Turbulance was minor but constant. Some passengers rude enough to cut in front of the bathroom lines, and pretend not to comprehend English when they do. The Pork Dish and Breakfast dish were awful, however I recognize it isn't Finnish food, but a Korean variety. Two babies kept crying and screaming, for almost a solid 4 hours. I wasn't aware infants had the lung capacity or developed vocal chords to do such a feat. It also seemed like the parents were ignoring their babies not even trying to console them. Absolutely out of the hands of the staff, and I do not blame them for that. The only reason why the flight was so low, was simply because of things out of their hands. This is just a review of this specific flight, not the company itself."

There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"

The ride is comfortable, enjoyable, entertaining, adequate space, excellent service, food and drinks are the best I have had, and exceptional services and attention. This goes for both flights. I have been recommending Britsh Airways over the last several weeks to pretty much everyone I know. My family and I will be looking to British Airways for overseas flights as a priority."
