Nevýhody: "Lost a piece of luggage between Dublin and Edinburgh"

Nevýhody: "Boarding a plane this size at gate c21 ridiculous due to lack of space. Business class cabin is dated and seats not so comfortable. Food was mediocre at best."

Nevýhody: "Cabin crew makes way too much noise on an overnight flight. On these flights, the focus should be on letting passengers rest, and limiting announcements, even if that seems to take away from the perceived level of service."

After reaching out to be rebooked the following day, another staff member accepted to check me in because the flight was late and not full. I was very thankful to this second staff member because it was a two days trip that would have turned to only one if he didn't check me in."

But it's certainly cheap, mean, and unacceptable. Pathetic, too."

The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Výhody: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

The agent in the counter claimed that they could do that because was "legal to overbook". One of the agents at the gate when I went to get my seat indicated that I paid for a "cheap ticket" and that I should take whatever seat they have left. I was given 46E. I was thrown my food on my table. I asked for the pasta option because I do not eat beef. She said: "That's what we have, we do not have more food. You are flying economy class". I was mistreated badly."

Výhody: "I had my reservations about Iberia air after reading reviews of them online so was surprised that my trip was pleasant. The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."
Nevýhody: "I couldn't get my touch screen to work so didn't watch movies. But I also didn't bother to ask the stewardesses and just went to sleep. The seats were just the right size for me but can see ow it might be a problem for larger people. I'm guessing the seats are European size?"

I paid $40 for 45 MB of WIFI so that I could work and the internet lasted about 10 minutes. i couldn't even send an email within that time. The tv screen itself kept flipping back down to the aisle. Finally, the temperature was freezing & the bathrooms were disgusting."

They were all very unhelpful except for one lady who helped change our reservations. I will not be flying Iberia, British Airways, or Americans airlines ever again. My experience was terrible."

Nevýhody: "We paid $30 each way for extra legroom, but our seats did not provide it, and there were no empty seats available in the appropriate rows to correct the error. As happened before the airline pleaded a "change of aircraft" with no extra legroom seats. We were somewhat accommodated by being re-seated in the middle section with an empty seat between us, but this was not what we preferred or needed."

Výhody: "My flight boarded easily, and left on time. The seats were comfortable, the food included a hot meal for dinner, and the entertainment available was varied. We even landed in Madrid a little early. Traveling is always trying, especially in coach. The Iberia experience was very pleasant."

Nevýhody: "On any international flight I've been on in the past one checked bag has always been complimentary. This is the first time I was surprised by a checked luggage fee of $85. Considering my wife and I were already at the airport, we had no choice but to pay for our checked bags – resulting in almost $380 in luggage fees for our round trip flights. This restriction was buried on the ticket purchase information – a very sneaky move that cost us significantly. Won't be flying TAP Air Portugal again!"

Nevýhody: "There was a hefty charge to reserve seats which wasn’t clearly mentioned on the Justfly website. Knee room was the tightest I’ve had on a commercial flight. The seats barely reclined which is important on an overnight flight."

Nevýhody: "We had to pay $200 each way to check in a luggage and just pick regular seats. That was not clear when we bought tickets. Additionally, they don't announce the gate until 30min before boarding. If you're going through passport control that can be a 45min process. On top of that even though I paid $100 to reserve seats, when we arrived at the gate the seats we reserved weren't reserved. Why did I just pay $100?! Luckily I had receipts. Our connecting flight was delayed 4 hours, making our layover 7 hours! For an hour flight. This is the worst airline."

Nevýhody: "Seats are very tight had more room on earlier jet blue flight"

Nevýhody: "I don't think I have ever rated any service negatively, but here's my first. TAP completely ruined my birthday trip that I have saved up for a long time for. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM! I had a valid Schengen tourist visa issued by the Consulate of Portugal. At the time of visa issuance, the printer of the Consulate was not functioning, so part of the visa information was hand-written, but it was properly signed and stamped. The Consulate told me it's valid and said they have been doing so for ten years. The Consulate also said that they, not the airlines, have the sole authority to determine the validity of the visa. When I went to the airport to check in with TAP, TAP staff denied me boarding because they did not believe my visa was valid. I only learned later that this action was inconsistent with TAP's own internal policies. The staff at the kiosk told me that I could either ask for a refund or rebooking of the ticket. But when I called TAP the next day, I was told I could not get a refund even though they should not have denied me boarding. I called TAP many times and got a different answer each time. They simply refuse to compensate me for their own mistake. It's the most horrible travel experience I've ever had!"

Nevýhody: "Flight crew prohibited us from using FAA approved child seat on board despite airline regulations explicitly accepting FAA approval. Flight crew also refused to give any reason. Their communication was not curteous."

Výhody: "The staff were really friendly and the flight was as comfortable for me as a transatlantic journey in stage class can be. The food was surprisingly tasty and that Portuguese wine was offered for free made me and the passengers around me feel welcomed and well taken care of."
Nevýhody: "My flight arrived late, apparently, as myself and people on two other connecting tap flights all deplaned after our respective boarding calls had begun. There was no announcement for people with tight connections or about what to do if we couldn't make them. That tap didn't plan out sufficient connection times for the conditions of the airport, and that it was security, not to itself, that did anything to try to expedite is through passport control, etc was disappointing and resulted in several extra hours stuck in the airport for me and for those on one of those other missed flights having to wait overnight for another seat"

Nevýhody: "Our flight leaving Boston was delayed by 2 hours due to a mechanical issue. So, we missed our connection in Lisbon to Venice (our final destination). We were rerouted from Lisbon to Rome and then to Venice, turning our 2 leg journey into a 3 leg flight. We were offered just 16 euros worth of food vouchers for our trouble. We asked for lounge access because missing our connection meant we had to cool our heels in the Lisbon airport for 3 hours until our flight to Rome took off. We were told we'd have to pay for the lounge! Then, our flight to Rome was delayed. We stood at the gate for 40 minutes past boarding time. No staff even announced that the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. When we finally got to Rome, we had 10 minutes to make our connection to Venice. We lost an entire day in Venice."

Výhody: "very pleasant experience flying TAP. Baggage check was free, and for our international flight we had a top notch entertainment system in seat. Would definitely fly again!"

From the customer service to the services provided and the legroom on the flight -- everything was more than what we expected and we would consider flying TAP Portugal again."

Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats."

The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."
