The extra long wait to receive the luggage at baggage claim. The leadership of the company needs to either decide to fix this or find other work. Everything stated above is a reflection of leadership not taking ownership."

Nevýhody: "Boarding was a disaster. We just stood in line like sardines for an hour. The other issue was bags. They wouldn't let me buy bag vouchers online because I had checked in. Something they don't tell you until after and wouldn't even let me buy for my return flight a week away. So I had to pay 200 euros extra for bags (more than 1/4 of my flight cost.) plus Emirates, my first flight said the bags were free because international travel. It is a failing of kayak not to fix this issue and I regret using this service. Either kayak needs to figure out a way to warn you or they should cancel using this rude, incompetent airline."

Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

I had meetings this morning that I had to cancel; Transportation into London is very challenging at 2:30 in the morning - we were supposed to arrive before midnight; and now one day, of my THREE day trip is pretty rough because I couldn't get into London until 04:30."
Nevýhody: "I understand that flights get delayed, but when there is a lack of communication with the flight crew to the passengers, it is unacceptable. We were standing around ready to board a plane that was not even checked for departure. At Malpensa's EasyJet terminal, there is no type of organization or authority from the employees. The same issue with lack of communication came when it was time to leave the aircraft; we all stood up waiting to exit and the plane was being held. It was 5 minutes before someone informed us of the issue. Overall, a 1.5 hour flight ended up being a 7 hour journey because of easyJet's unorganization."

We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

Nevýhody: "It's important to pay for Hold Luggage (checked bags) prior to arriving at the airport. It isn't easy to do once you've checked-in online, so take your time in this process as it could save you an upwards of 35 euros for 2 bags. Boarding process is bizzare, if you don't pay for Express Boarding, you should get in line early! Our experience with passengers onboard was unique- no one cares about what you've stored overhead so keep an eye on your belongings if you have anything fragile. EVERYONE brings suitcases onboard it seems. Confusing announcements once in flight, sounded like a beverage service was on its way but never did. Not even water. Flight attendants walked up and down the isle looking for UNICEF donations. No entertainment except for traveler watching. Ultimately we got to our desitation and that is what mattered. Everything else was just a head scratcher."

Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. Výhody: "If you just need to hop across countries and can get by without knowing your seat or without a big bag, take Ryan. They’re reliable and you get exactly what you pay for."
Nevýhody: "You’re not going to like it if you don’t like to get nickled and dimed to death. Check in and print a boarding pass before you get to the airport...it’s 50 quid if you check in in person!"
Výhody: "Flight boarding was delayed but arrived on time to the destination. Cheap flight"
Nevýhody: "No entertainment or free snacks/water. Flights were cheap but you can't cancel them, just modify the reservation. I bought the return flight to a different airport by mistake but i was not able to cancel"

Nevýhody: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Nevýhody: "The flight did not fly out of the airport I selected thru kayak. I missed my flight because I was unable to make it to the correct airport in time. I will NEVER use Kayak again."

Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."

Nevýhody: "All passengers were asked to pre-board which meant standing in the bridge to the plane before the plane arrived. We then had to walk down the stairs outside with the mosquitoes then walk up the stairs to the plane."
Nevýhody: "The crew is not welcoming, cramped seat, long line and force to check in my bag and paid 50euros."

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Nevýhody: "My hiking poles were considered weapons and i forced to pay 35 to check the bag. Just another sleazy way to hike prices up. Never in one single instance has a hiking pole been used in a mano a mano duel between a passenger and flight attendant?,,,ridiculous. Shameless"
Nevýhody: "Ryanairs policy of checking in online or paying a 45 euro fee is ridiculous. I've never heard of an airline charging people as they check in at the airport. On top of that, they make it so you can't even check in online within 2 hours of the flight so you're forced to pay when you get there. It's a sneaky crooked system Ryanair has in place. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my treatment from Ryanair and I will never be flying with them again."
