SWISS only has one or two check in agents at LAX, and the wait was about 3hr to process the 300-odd passengers on our 777. I know they're only running a flight or two a day from LA, but I am sure there's a speedier and more efficient way to check us all in."

Nevýhody: "When I was transferred to Delta's website to book, the date was reset to 6 months in the future. It happened to be the same Monday the 26th so that's why I didn't notice. Delta refused to refund my money. This was a terrible experience and I plan not to use Kayak or Delta again!"

Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Frankfurt airport is terrible
Flights have been completely changed with another airlines just a few hours before departure. New trip had a short connection time between flights and separate check-ins were required. The first flight was a bit delayed, so we had to pick up our luggage after the first flight, run to another terminal check in and drop off baggage again. We almost missed the second flight. That was painful!!!
Frankfurt airport and organization sucks.
The delayed flight from Montreal was horrible, I know it was air Canada operated that flight but no gate open to be able to sit ,for 4 hours to wait after 2 flights and long hours. I will never flight with 2 layover and especially trough Montreal. Airport in Munich was the only civilized. Check in in Heraklion was also very slow and disappointed.
There were issues with the movies not playing correctly, it would have been nice if we could have been offered a code to use the Wi-Fi.
It was only an hour flight, but at that, it was still late

They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "I would take this flight again. The only thing I would change is unloading procedure of walking down stairs on the outside of the terminal, then loaded on a stand up bus for a rather long ride to the terminal. It reminded me of London. But, I guess it is something you have to deal with."
Výhody: "Very helpful crew, great service. Will fly again."
Nevýhody: "Almost missed connecting flight had to run hard to make it. Airline did nothing to assure us that we will make it to next flight. Was very stressful, can do better."
Nevýhody: "I guess I can’t properly rate the flight because it was canceled and I ended up flying United. I will say that that flight was fine. I was disappointed that there were zero notifications telling me that my initial flight with Lufthansa was canceled. When I finally got through over the phone, I was booked for a flight that I couldn’t make and had to wait until the next day to start my trip."

Nevýhody: "Boading priority was not possible, due to the massive amount of people crowding the entrance. Very hectic and uncoordinated boarding process. I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."
Nevýhody: "It would really be nice as a paying HON/SEN and business ticket passenger to get priority boarding. As nowadays seemingly everybody has priority boarding, this offer does not make sense anymore."

Výhody: "The shorter flight to Zurich was on a smaller plane than the overseas one, but I'm not sure what model. It seemed about average for comfort; overhead bins held my backpack easily, while I find many older planes do not. Coffee or soda was free, everything else was for sale. Attendants on this flight were very busy and very friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. My check-through luggage arrived intact. Overall a good experience on a two-hour journey. Plane arrived about 10 minutes ahead of schedule, which is always a plus."

The number of exclamation marks is not exaggerated here. You can't even ask if they even have the item in their possession. Rarely had such a bad experience at an airport, and I travel a lot for work. This alone makes me think thrice about EVER getting Finnair again. Same company that manages the airport, so I'm giving this flight a bad review."

Výhody: "Well this was a first for me. The flight was overbooked and some one wanted to go to New York. Finn Air asked me if I would give up my seat they would get me on the next Finn Air flight to Chicago. I did and they even up graded me to business class on the next flight. It was the best flight experience of my life. Great food, hosts, and service. It was very comfortable the entire way."

Even then I had to ask the flight attendant, they did not ask me. No entertainment on the flight, magazines were rather pricy so I read a book and caught up with some sleep."

I was unable to select a gluten free meal prior to the flight since the web app and website were not working. I tried calleding Iberia customer support over 10 different times and was never able to speak with a representative. The customer support prior to the flight was non-existent."

Výhody: "My son and I requested gluten free meals when we reserved our tickets. When the meal was being served the crew had NO record of our meals needing to be gluten free. So we had to get one of the meals that was being offered. This was unfortunate and they made no other attempts to rectify the situation. Also, many TV monitors were malfunctioning, including mine which did not have clear sound. It was jumbled and not even clear enough to make out words in a movie or song on the radio channels. Nevýhody: "The vegetables in the meal / salad were still frozen….inedible. In the morning in the asian vegetarian meal it was simply fruit…that was it. No protein source. I have been on many BA flights and the food has not been this poor, so not sure if the carrier who services food source has changed."
Nevýhody: "For an international flight I have never seen such small seats, the entertainment was awful. My tv was in black and white. I didn't even want to try the food as looked bad."

I had to exit use the external train (which was delayed) and go through the very slow Terminal 5 security. Almost missed my ORD-LHR flight (arrived at the gate after the official closing time)"
