Great staff nice planes.

Boarded late and then sat on plane for 45 minutes because of a clerical error...whatever that means. Then only one truck to deice plane, adding more time to our take off.

Výhody: "Great crew and staff."
Nevýhody: "Gate team at PHX departure was a bit short and delayed the flight by over 40 minutes while offloading passengers from the previous flight. Also boarded most of the flight before they boarded the Comfort+ area. If I would have known that, I would not have paid for the upgrade."
Nevýhody: "The snacks were good, but they should have offered some drink selections."

Delayed flight, it is noticeable airplanes noticeable aged

Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

It was an overnight flight, so maybe that should have been expected, but I don't think we had those 4 years ago when traveling overseas."

The whole experience was miserable. Worst service I’ve ever received. Turkish airlines customer support called me a liar and threatened to hang up on me when the whole issue was due to their delays. They booked me on a different flight arriving two days late without my consent on travel times and then refused changing any of my itinerary. I travel internationally for work every month and this has been by far my worst travel experience. DEPLORABLE service and they simply do not care about their customers

For some reason l was unable to obtain my boarding pass online for both flights. I almost missed my last flight because it took so long to get one at the airport. Also my arm rest wasn’t moving and the movie on an 8 hr flight wasn’t working.

As I said, very nice and pleasant flight, neatly perfect. I will consider Finnair for sure again when I travel to Europe next time.

Very nice experience with Finnair, especially transatlantic flights. Professional crew, excellent service, scheduled on time, headache free environment, very clean and looks like new airplane. Only positive emotions. However, the aircrafts on domestic or short range flights look outdated, and definitely there is room for service improvement.

I was impressed with Iberia! Would definitely fly again!

If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either"

I know that it could get chilly at the board and do take warm clothes with me just in case, but this was way too cold. Neither blanket nor my stuff helped. Another thing - I was sitting in the raw 50, and at the 49th raw crew ran out of chicken with only pasta left. ))) This happens, I get it. I've had it actually happened to me before on British Airways flights too couple of times. So it's not too big of a deal. I just wish that pasta tasted better)))"

Thankfully Im small but the man sitting next to me was rather tall and had to turn into a human pretzel to fit in that seat and space allotted."

Nevýhody: "Because the flight was through british airways, extra baggage was $90 much more expensive than Finnair's prices. After paying that before departure to London I recieved an email from British Airways that stated an extra bag for both my flight to London and return flight to San Francisco had been fully paid for. At the airport I was told by British Airways employees that I would have to pay another $90 regardless of what my email said because their official prices are $90 each way not both. I showed them the confirmation I had recieved and all they could say was "that is confusing". There was very little empathy or attempt to help. As a result I was forced to leave the suitcase behind with my acquaintance in London and do an in airport shuffle of all of my belongings. The flight was great but beware emails that may not match up with online info."

Výhody: "I flew with American to London and with British in the way back... British air is such a nicer experience from the food, to the crew, to the entertainment."

Nevýhody: "When I arrived to board my flight I was highly unsatisfied with the excessive charges I received for my luggage that was overweight (only by 7 pounds). I was not only charged an additional $100 for my second checked bag, but I was also charged $200 for the extra weight. As a college student traveling abroad for 6 months, I did not expect to be bombarded with these fees at the beginning of my journey. Due to this experience, I would like to have been notified ahead of time of the expected charges as it made me uneasy before a long flight."

Unlike basically every other airline (including airlines from the developing world) the plane did not have a personal entertainment system which is rather vexing considering the flight is so long. The decoration of the plane looked old and worn. The crew were more interested in getting the job done quickly than properly."

Luggage handling. Arrived in Johannesburg without my luggage. Communication regarding lost luggage is basically non-existent.

They will be hearing from me."

Nevýhody: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

On top of that when I originally booked my flights, I had made sure to have 1.5 hr for a layover between my connecting flights. Well, they decided to move up my connector such that I had 25 minutes to run across 2 terminals. They only give you pretzels on the plane, and a single soda drink. They offer you "food bundles" but why do I want to pay $8 for a sandwich that costs $1 to make."

By the time the cart reached my row, all the food options were literally sold out. I ate the free cookie and had some apple juice, but wanted something with some protein. I guess I'll remember to pack more snacks next time."

Nevýhody: "No entertainment on the flight, no plugs so my phone died, as I almost missed this flight due to my first leg being late, so I was very bored on this plane."
Nevýhody: "Upon boarding the aircraft, the attendant at the gate told me to check the size of my carryon bag against the test dimensions, which I did. My bag fit but I had to press the side in slightly to make it fit. She said it had to slide in without me pressing on it and proceeded to make me remove items from the bag in order to board the plane. I walked down the ramp with my extra pair of shoes and a book in my hands. As a result, I had to place my bag far from my seat due to the added time. My bag easily fit in the overhead compartment with room to spare and my being made an example was a completely pointless exercise."
Výhody: "Everything went more smoothly this time than on our way to Phoenix. Even though the airport was quite crowded they had enough staff to get us through baggage check fairly quickly. They flight was smooth."

Then you wouldn't have to threaten your customers to store their small bags under the seat. Then I would have room for my feet under the seat. When I would have been comfortable. I also wouldn't have to annoy my neighbor with trying to move and get comfortable. But instead the exact opposite happened and I'm offended you guys have America anywhere near your name."

Nevýhody: "Attitude of many employees--" tough on you, suck it up. stuff happens". poor communication re flight change, rejection of AA Advantage Mastercard to pay for baggage check and get boarding pass and seat assignment. Rerouted me by 200 yards to TSA checkpoint I could see was 30 yards away. When flight arrived in SFO the arrivals board never showed it and there was no carousel shown for checked baggage. I finally had to go to customer service, where attendant just pointed to my bag on the floor with lots of others from the flight, shrugged, no apology, and chewed her gum a little faster before turning her back."
Výhody: "I liked the fact that it was a smooth flight, my row was totally empty, which enabled me to pass out like a little baby. I forgot that I was on an airplane and not an air mattress. Kudos to the pilot!"
Nevýhody: "Eddie Murphy wasn't on my flight"

Nevýhody: "The flight was continuously delayed and ultimately cancelled. There weren't a lot of connecting flights until much later the next day, and the customer service was fair at best."
Nevýhody: "The original flught flight was delayed and we had to wait in a long slow line, however , once we got to desk , the agent was very nice and we had already been rebooked on an Alaska flight. So we never ended up going to Phoenix. The resolution was acceptable but it made for a 12 hour travel day instead of a 4 hour travel day."
Výhody: "There was no warning until departure time that flight was delayed for two hour. Some other american flights were delayed much as four hour or more."
Výhody: "LOWER PRICE, BUT NO FRILLS."
Nevýhody: "SEATS FEEL FINE AT FIRST BUT AS THE TRIP WEARS ON THE SEATS GROW TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE."
Nevýhody: "The flight was cancelled and no reason was given. I had to buy new flights on Southwest and ended up having to pay an extra $200 in order to get home for work on Monday."
