Deplaning by row groups due to covid was a joke - we were then crammed into a bus to the Munich intl terminal. Wifi did not work at all on the 9 hr flight.

Nevýhody: "USB charging didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Food was horrible. Cheap pasta. Flight attendants are just German, no warmth or connection, they just gave orders like we were employees. Will try to avoid Lufthansa in future if possible"

When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

We felt that we were robbed at the gate and taking advantage of. we were forced to check to carry-on bags and then charge double of what any airline in the United States charges to check a bag. One of the women at he gate who worked for Czech airlines was very rude to us and to other customers. To add insult to injury, when we boarded the plane we were told that we could not get a glass of water unless we paid for it because we were riding in the economy section. We have traveled around the world for the past 45 years and had never encountered an airline that did not even offer its customers complementary glasses of water. I felt that we had been taking advantage of at the gate. I had never been on any airline where they would not give a glass of water that was not paid for. I have never been on an airline with such little class. Some of my family members are planning to visit Prague in the spring. I will tell them and everyone else I know to avoid flying with your airline.We felt that we were robbed at the gate and taking advantage. We are thinking of hosting our daughter's wedding next praying in Prague. We are expecting 80 to 100 guests to come to that wedding. If our daughter decides to have her wedding in Prague, we will be telling all of those potential customers to fly air France or some American airline and to avoid the Czech airline. I found your airline and your service to be worthy of a zero"

Nevýhody: "About 15 minutes before boarding, a gate agent came over to us and asked to see our boarding passes. He then told us that we had booked Economy Lite, which apparently meant that we were only allowed a carry on bag and no personal item. He said we would have to pay $35 euro apiece to check our suitcases so we could carry our personal item on. We had booked regular economy class through Kayak, and nothing was said by either Kayak or Czech Airlines about Economy Lite or bag limits. We then went up to the gate to talk with an agent about the lack of notice and to request that they waive the fee. They refused and told us to take it up with Kayak. (I agree that Kayak is responsible for not making us aware of this.) We then asked what it would have cost us to check the bags in advance and they said 25 euro. We asked if they would agree to charge us that instead of 35 euro. They refused to do that, and then the gate agent told us it would be 40 euro, not 35. We told her that the previous agent told us it would be 35 euro. She said, "well he was wrong." No apology for the confusion, and just rude overall. To top it all off, she then charged us 1220 Czech Crowns per bag. We asked her why so much, and she said that was the same as 40 euro. We told her that wasn't correct, and she said it was. We then showed her the exchange calculation on our phone and that she had charged us 200 Crowns too much. She then said, "well it's 45 euros, then." We pointed out that 45 euros wouldn't even be that much. At that point she said "then you can just write Czech Airlines" and walked off. It's easily the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Completely unprofessional, rude, and downright dishonest. And like I said earlier, Kayak needs to be proactive and let people know these bag rules apply so they can either a) choose a different airline or b) save themselves some money and pay to check their bags in advance."

My feeling : he was trying by any means to make us pay unfairly."

I missed the train any way because I had to wait for my luggage which the flight attendant said "did not fit on the plane" but the person behind me had the same size duffel bag and was said nothing to! As if that wasn't enough then I have to fly a small aircraft from Prague to Madrid with extreme anxiety and scared because who knows if this plane goes down for whatever problem! If there is a problem with the plane you fix it before you board yor passengers not after you're already on the taxi run way and stop the flight! That is the airlines responsibility and they were completely and utterly careless!"

Today I was charged £25 on the spot by WIZZ AIR at the boarding gate, even if I disagreed with the charges, I wasn’t prepared to miss my flight W61301 from Warsaw to Luton. There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Nevýhody: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

So we were in line 3 times because of stupid wild goose chases that could've just been resolved in one sitting if it wasn't for a ridiculous system they have. Then we needed to check in our bags and we were prepared to pay a checked-in bag fee, but they charged 190 euros for 2vhecked bags!!!! What?!?!? And.... We had to go somewhere else to pay the fee and come back to finally get our boarding passes. So in all honesty, the "cheap" flight was not cheap, it took us 2 hours to complete the boarding, 4 visits to the counter. And... That's not even all, it felt like everyone treated the plane like if it was a train or a metro, people throwing things across the aisle, getting up and walking around (not to go to the toilets, and it was a two hour flight, no need to stretch your legs all that much) and to top it off a lady that was so drunk she kept hitting our seats, yelling, getting up when we were landing and wow! It was awful! And all of that and not even a complimentary cup of water. I am usually not a complainer but those four hours of Ryanair ridiculousness got me to the point of furious! I will NEVER fly with them again. I'll pay a little more for the convenience and comfort of other airlines."

He was sent to another office in the airport to talk to someone that did not a represent the airline. The only flight that could be arrange was via Moscow. My husband arrive to Tel-Aviv 12h later. No compensation was offered, no hotel, food. My husband his a specialist-physician. 20 patients waiting for over 3 months to see him had to be cancelled. He arrived exhausted and upset and could not work even the next day. I would to point out that the travel agent did not get any notice of the cancellation and did ask for it. 4. Old airplane, not comfortable, no space, unfriendly flight attendants for checking and on board. 5. We were not served even water 6. I was very cold but could not get a blanket from the flight attendant. 7. On overall, very bad experience that will not be repeated. I will never fly with this company again."

The flight was scheduled for 10:20 and this information was still at the information board even at 11:00 while the information about the status including a new departure slot was definitely known to the airport as well all SmartWings officials by that time!!! Flight was ok but the landing was not. The first attempt was not successful so the plane took off again when almost touching the runway and the second attempt landing was pretty hard. Explanation given for the failed first attempt was most likely only a bad excuse (insufficient distance from previous landing plane). Nevýhody: "My flight ( Prague to London) was delayed for 1 hour. My previous flight ( London to Prague) was delayed for 40 min. I was speaking with other passengers, almost everybody was reffering to the numerous delays by SmartWings ( for 40 min to 7 hours). No warning or information about this delay was given in advance. We were waiting in the gates for 1.30 hours, instead of sitting in the lounge."

Nevýhody: "I thought that one of the flight attendants was very rude in the way that she asked me to take my headphones out for take off. I have flown so many places and have never been asked such a thing and especially in such a rude way! Also, I did not like that we were not given a beverage on the flight. It was not a cheap flight and the fact that we were not even offered water is rude. I don't think I will fly smart wings again."
