Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

I always book an isle seat, especially for long flights (this was 12 hrs.), so that I can get up and stretch my legs etc. The couple sitting beside me were upset that I did not take the window seat. When it came time to sleep, the wife stretched out over her husbands legs, who was sitting beside me. This meant her feet were coming on top of my legs, and her legs were forcing her husbands legs into my space, touching my leg - I had to put a pillow between my leg and his leg. I asked the Qatar hostess if she could please ask the couple to change their positions, so that my seating space was respected, resulting in no body touching. The hostess replied that she was not permitted to ask the couple to change their positions and be more respectful. Fortunately there was another unreserved isle seat and I was able to move. Due to the fact that airplanes have become cultural melting pots, thousands of feet in the air, I think it would be peacefully beneficial too all, if a very discreet announcement could be made at the beginning of each flight regrading seating etiquette, respectfulness towards others etc. this could also be printed in the flight magazine. Thanks in advance."

The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

She was nice enough by offering me ice, and said that once I hear the announcement ''boarding complete'' I can get up and look for a more comfortable seat. When I did that she asked me to go back to my seat immediately without letting me speak, and not once during the 13hr 30 min flight did she come to check if I needed anything. Food was served twice, a 13hr 30 min flight and food was served twice. It was almost impossible to call flight attendants if you needed water, coffee or was starving..they were always in a hurry and a little rude. Definitely going with Emirates next time, the service there doesn't even compare!"

Výhody: "This was my first time flying with Turkish Airlines, and I had a great experience. I travel internationally a lot and it has been by far the best airline I have been on. I love flights that give you a hot towel when you arrive, so that was a big plus in my book. The flight stewards were so helpful both on and off the flight. The food was delicious. Movie selections were freat ad well."

They outright said it's not possible, didn't even check if the flight to the new destination has availability or not. The staff especially at Heathrow is a joke, don't even bother reasoning with them."

I ended up paying $300 extra for only 2 kg extra weight in my hand carry. I would recommend my whole family and friends not to choose this airline anymore."
Nevýhody: "They wouldn't print my boarding pass in time for me to make it back. The transfer desk at Kuwait airport is inefficient and I missed my flight home. I could not get a flight home without buying another flight. They refused to put me on the next flight out without me purchasing it. I will never fly them again. Now they don't want to reimburse me for my flight I missed without an $800 penalty. Ridiculous!"

Yes, inside the airport terminal was super hot, close to 90 degrees.... Emirates is far superior Airline than this."

The crew knew that we were going to be waiting in the security area for many hours, even peanuts and water bottles would have been welcomed after the six hour delay."

Never in my life I heard in Business Class such a stupid pretext for not having what a passanger ordered. But that was not the final of our story, as Business Class passangers Eithad arranged previously a hotel for eight hours until we catch our Alitalia flight to Milan at 8:55 am, but nobody took us to the hotel, in Abu Dhabi Etihad staff told us that we have to pay for that transfer. Once we reach the hotel paying our taxi, the hotel staff told us that the reservation was for the next day and that we have to pay for our staying ¿¿¿??? I cannot believe how bad is Etihad service, never in my life I will buy a Etihad ticket again unless I receive a trully and sincere apologize. We had a very bad time flying whith this airline, a horrible experience. Etihad, how are you going to compete whith Qatar and Emirates? With this service there is no way this company can succeed among those competitors."

Etihad didn't load all my luggage due to transfer - so had to stand in line to file a report after a 34 h flight! Very unhappy about that, even though luggage arrived later on same day.. Boarding process was chaotic. Can you get Indians to form a line by zones, as all other airlines do??? Finally, I was cramped into a non reclining window exit row seat even though I had explicitly stated in my Etihad preferences that I preferred aisle. A most uncomfortable journey after a long wait. Almost decided I'll never fly your airline again. Just almost..."
