I travel nearly every week so I value being on time. However, a minute by minute call to hurry up on a flight that was sold out was over the top. There was mumbling among the passengers, to the point of someone joking "Free cookies and water if we make it on time?" Just a bad gate experience, but bad enough that peopoe were commenting, and I waited for someone from the cockpit to del\part so I could mention it to them."

Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

It is super confusing where you need to go, drop bags, etc. the weird part is Check in was in terminal 3 and gate at terminal 2. That is a long walk back and forth. There is probably a more efficient way of doing this. Besides that, they need to do a better job communicating that seats are changing and not Reggy before boarding. Though I can understand it can get crazy because people will panic but it’s not great heading up to enter in not knowing if you are sitting in window when you picked it for a reason. Otherwise, everything went smoothly."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Nevýhody: "Prague to London flight First I was surprised and disappointed to find out there were so many extra fees. They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."
Nevýhody: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

Výhody: "The flight was probably one of the worst I've ever taken. The seats and aisles are so narrow. You had to walk side ways to get down the aisles. Very uncomfortable flight. It was so bad I had to upgrade to first class on the return flight because I just couldn't bear it again. I was not happy ."

Nevýhody: "The crew was either tired or not at it best; service was just ok. No smiles."
Výhody: "Everything went smoothly. The boarding process, the time of departure, the food, and but for an aborted landing we would’ve been on time. As it was we were only 15 minutes delayed"

Delayed at departure, then parked on the tarmac for most of an hour, perhaps more, to get to a gate. several of the cabin attendants were very unhappy people, grumpy, snappish and harsh. Old plane, no frills. (Center screens for entertainment, no usb charging in main cabin) come-one—use this poor old guy for short haul stuff."

Nevýhody: "No individual TVs. I won’t fly without making sure my individual seat has its own!!!"

Nevýhody: "plane from Prague to Philly is ancient, still has the drop-down screens from 1981 and the radio station dial for listening in, but that didn't even matter as the video system was down for half the flight. No electrical charging capability unless you carry a car adapter with you. Overhead space was tiny. At least they had headrests, which is weird since the seats are obviously 30+ years old. Business class and first have been upgraded with new features."

Nevýhody: "Everything. The outdated planes need to be renovated with seatback screens. The entertainment featured on the aisle screens were unappealing. The economy seats are smaller than on other planes we've flown in; my husband could not fit his legs in his own leg area and was miserable the entire flight. And lastly, the plane was freezing, even after turning off the air overhead. Everyone around me was huddled under their skinny blankets shivering."
Výhody: "There was ample food."
Nevýhody: "No individual tvs or phone chargers or in flight wifi available. Flight was delayed. Luggage was emptied onto a different carousel instead of the one that was posted. There was no announcement made of the carousel change."
Výhody: "Quick and efficient boarding, on time, when I asked at the gate for a window seat, I was accommodated. The food was very tasty and the flight attendants pleasant. Overall happy with this flight!"
Nevýhody: "It is impossible to sit comfortably due to the headrest that pushed my head forward regardless how I positioned it and removing it was impossible. There were no individual screens with in-flight entertainment and although I usually read or sleep, I can see how it would bother someone."
Výhody: "Great crew. Boarding was easy."

Výhody: "The boarding was efficient. The service was fine. The pilot was informative."
Nevýhody: "Flight crew very brusk. Econ seats VERY tight for space. Flight was switched from BA to AA. I found the BA Econ seats more comfortable."
Nevýhody: "Sat on runway for 30 minutes before the announcement was made that the First Officer had called out. Deplaned. Then once we reboarded an 1.5 hours later, we sat on the runway for over 2 hours waiting to be deiced, then waiting to take off with absolutely NO TRANSPARENCY from the crew or the pilot. We were updated ONCE every HOUR. I missed a day of my vacation because a crew member didn't arrive on time. UNACCEPTABLE."
Výhody: "Why does a plane run out of Food and wine?"
Nevýhody: "Lost our bags on our 6 hour layover in Bogota and when we arrived in Lima (our last stop cusco) they were not nice about it at all. So rude. We almost missed our flight to cusco because of it as well even though we had almost a 3 hour layover. Took more than 24 hours to get the bags"
Výhody: "Delayed for 2 and a half hours"
Nevýhody: "See above - I never went from Dallas to London."
Nevýhody: "My flight back home was cancelled without any notice and so we had to spend an extra night. The flight the next day went without a hitch, so it sort of made up for it."
Nevýhody: "The service was mediocre and the food was horrible! It made me sick!"
Výhody: "Roomy, Helpful crew. Good food. I liked the yogurt/ granola / dry fruits for breakfast (something I can eat at 2:00am) . Landed early. Great flight all around"

Nevýhody: "The flight attendants at one time actually were talking about other passengers, who happened to be of Chinese descent like they weren't even there. Like they did not understand English. Just rude"

Nevýhody: "Air Canada did everything wrong except for the actual flying of planes. Repeated delays and cancellations with NO organization or communication to the passengers. I made it to my final destination 24 hours later than original itinerary, almost all of which was spent in airport lines. My bag didn't arrive until 5 days later...on the wrong porch."
Nevýhody: "I was held back for 'random' security check. Security lost my boarding pass and didn't care. Only found it because my friend asked them to check a table where they had put it. They didn't apologize for any inconvenience and instead security chief kept asking more questions. Truly atrocious customer service."
Nevýhody: "We had a 5 hour delayed flight. We received no notification that our flight would be delayed so we were stuck waiting on the airport for 5 hours, which forced us to cancel evening plans with friends that night because the flight landed in Vancouver at 3am the next morning and we didn't get to our Airbnb until around 4-5am. The crew seemed disorganized."

Nevýhody: "The temperature fluctuated like crazy. Upon entering it was fire hot. Then became ice cold then fire hot again. It felt like there was something wrong with the plane. The plane also lqasnt cleaned before we boarded. It just landed with another flight then we boarded."
Výhody: "I didn't go. They wouldn't allow me to make a change in my ticket so I flew a different airline. I will never fly with them again."
Výhody: "When I finally got to the US Customs agents they were actually quite nice. This has been my experience with US agents in Vancouver and Philadelphia as well. Yesterday they were especially cordial, while at the same time quite professional. Made me proud to be a US citizen."
Nevýhody: "Don't know what could be done about it, but the security liine was the longest I've ever seen. I've come home from Vancouver many times before, and most times I fly direct to the USA from YVR, where things are much better. Don't think it's Tornoto's fault.....but, yesterday's experience with the security line makes it unlikely that I will come back home this way again."

Nevýhody: "I've never been on a transatlantic flight that didn't offer a drink with dinner. Plus, not having a TV screen for passenger's entertainment is out dated. Time to upgrade these planes, or don't use them for long haul flights"

Nevýhody: "For a 9 hour flight, I would have preferred a heads up that there is no in-flight entertainment and you need to have a charged device of your own with the Air Canada app pre-installed. And if you didn't get that memo and you have an Apple device, you're out of luck. Otherwise you can rent an iPad for $10. The chairs were thin and flimsy making it difficult to sleep. And unfortunately we got a "window seat" that did not have a window. It was very disappointing."

Nevýhody: "Overbooked flight Switched gates at the last minute before boarding--very confusing. Filthy bathrooms on plane Typical bad airline food; couldn't even break apart dinner roll it was so rubbery. No individual movie screens, had to use your own mobile device and earphones or pay $10 to use an ipad provided by the plane to access in-flight network. Overall very disappointing service. Expected much more from Air Canada."
Nevýhody: "No cookies or pretzels."
Výhody: "We arrived in Istanbul the day of the attack. Air Canada let us change our flights, no charge, no questions asked. We were able to fly through Venice and avoided the Coup attempt. Thank you Air Canada so much!"
Nevýhody: "The hold times were long for customer service but that may have just been the times we happened to be calling and due to the attack."
Výhody: "The commuter terminal in Toronto is a bit of a pit. Basically a glorified hallway, which gets pretty chaotic while you are waiting for your flight, and others are queuing up. For anyone with mobility challenges it is a long hike from the main terminal."
Nevýhody: "Fixed arm rest - could not raise up"
Výhody: "I liked that I was able to get an aisle seat and have a decent amount of room. The food wasnt bad and there were plenty of bathrooms available on the plane."
Nevýhody: "I missed my connecting flight due to the flight to Toronto being delayed for some reason. No other flights were available to get me to my final destination for 24 hours and the gate team doesnt report to the gate until 20 minutes til boarding time. Not much in the way of customer assistance. Zero movies available and no wifi on the planes make for a long trip to Europe from N. America."
Výhody: "The crew was very nice and friendly and the flight was smooth and short."
Nevýhody: "During boarding, there were too many passengers for seats, so one woman had to leave the plane. Also, 8 people (on this very small flight of maybe 16-18 total passengers) did not get their luggage, including me. They said it would likely be several days before I could get my bag back, which is unfortunate because it contains most of my clothes, my glasses, and all of my toiletries, so I'm going to have to go buy some new ones while I wait for my bag to come home."
