Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."
Nevýhody: "Since we had two extra bags (paid for in Chicago), they demanded to see my receipt before we could board in Amsterdam to Nairobi. We had trouble locating the receipt and we were not given an explanation as to why we needed it again. We were traveling with 5 kids including an infant and we were not allowed to board until we found the receipt. I thought surely they would have record that I had paid, but I guess not. We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."
Nevýhody: "One and a half hour delay on a 50 minute flight. Flight was operated by Cityjet on behalf of KLM. Never have I seen such bad customer service: from rude people at the bagage drop off to incompetent hostesses at the boarding gate."

The food is horrible. Even in business class
Food was the most mediocre I have experienced on a transatlantic flight. Crew and staff were superb. Comfort was OK. For the first time ever, my luggage was misplaced between Lufthansa change of flight number and a replacement United flight.
Boarding in Munich is so did organized.

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

Beware if traveling with family."
Nevýhody: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Nevýhody: "The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."

I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Then on this flight the stewardess tried to tell me that I could not put my bag on the bin on top of my head - she was reserving it for other passengers! Then she realized that her comment might sound racist (so she apologized), then she told me that I could not put my small bag under the chair. Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!"

Boarding from Cameroon was a nightmare, very disrespectful agents with a lack of customer service skills and they truelly don't care. Don't see myself using this airline in the future."

I am used to boarding in zones so things tend to be less congested leading up to the jetway. - This may or may not have been something the airline could have changed but sitting in the plane for 5 hours waiting to de-ice was unacceptable. The entire food service was served in this time so no food was available for the 6 hour flight to Accra. Had we been able to wait in the terminal, passengers could get their own food and the food for the flight could have been saved. Also, they ran out of chicken dishes by the time I was served and I was left with fish only. Had I been a vegetarian, this would have been unacceptable."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed 2.5 hours and made us miss the connection to Houston. Nobody met us at London to instruct what to do about it. We spent an hour running from one place to another till we found the correct line, in which we spent 3 hours waiting for directions to hotel."
Nevýhody: "When I got to the airport my airline informed me that it was a standby ticket, which it never told me when booking and I can't believe it wa a standby ticket because it wasn't cheap."
Nevýhody: "What a surprise when our United Airlines codeshare on Brussels Airline did not even allow us a drink of water free on our two hour flight. They charged for everything including water. Shame on them! And shame on United Airlines to codeshare with a carrier with such poor customer service."

On the long haul to/from Europe, the seats in coach did not have any type of individual air flow control above the seat. I was sitting by a window which must have been directly facing the sun. I have never been so hot and uncomfortable on a plane. Some kind of air conditioning did kick on for a short duration, but it was not enough."

The meal on the flight was very poor, even the staff apologized before I said anything, they were quite embarrassed. Hopefully the flight back on Lufthansa will be a huge improvement !!"

When we finally took off, there was an unpleasant surprise - we had to purchase our food. I had never had this experience before that we would not be offered food on a connecting flight and obviously was not prepared. Not only there was not food, or even a tiny snack offered, one had to buy mere water. Overall, very disappointed. BTW, our flight was not even on display anywhere at the Brussels airport, wrong gates were shown in our tickets and we almost missed boarding..."

On our departure flight to Milano at the gate we were charged 60 euros for each of our bags, which was an surprise unexpected charge of 180 euros and none of our bags were over the weight limit. On our arrival flight we checked in online and paid an additional $5 euros each just in case we were over the weight limit (which we were not but we did not want to take the chance since Easy Jets Limits are less than all the airlines we fly with). No option online that said we had to pay for our bags again. Check in crew very unfriendly and rude... We don't like hidden charges, unexplained charges and being over charged. Please refund these bag charges. Thank you."

I had to pay 50€ for the suitcase and 9€for food while for the same price two weeks ago I had a flight way and back with a different company for the same price including food and a suitcase. Never flying with easyjet again"

This was completely unacceptable because we needed to be in Milan by 1pm for an international flight leaving st 3:40pm to New York so we could get home. The manager who came to help was worthless and said it wasn't his problem if we missed our flight from Milan to New York. The customer service agent at the desk was so much more helpful and ensured that we received four tickets. Apart from the near panic of not getting our flight it was also delayed 1 hour 15 minutes so we were worried about being late for our flight in Milan"

Nevýhody: "I've flown with EasyJet before and they had no problem with me taking my carry on sized suitcase as well as my very small backpack onto the plane, like every single airline I've flown with in my three and a half months of solid traveling. However, I was told today, no personal item was allowed. Not even a purse. I was then asked to stay outside the gate and try to fit my backpack an its contents into my suitcase. This was not possible, and not only was I charged over $70 to check my carry on bag, the man at the gate so so rude, he didn't seen to even want to take my money. He ignored me while I tried to figure out what I could do. Very disappointing, and what a low way to rip of your customers."
