Výhody: "checking in at chicago ohare ord was a nightmare.there were only 12 of us in line yet the wait exceeded 1 hour , we watched as the airlines next to us processed well over 150 passenger's while the japan airline moved slower than snail sex. it was painfully beyond slow."

Nevýhody: "We couldn't land in Narita due to bad weather, so we did emergency landing to Haneda to refuel and go back to Narita. But after we got off in Narita, the immigration is chaos. Nobody arranging it and people just going wild, nobody knows where the line should begin. We spent 2 hours plus in the imigration line. So from the scheduled time to arrive at Tokyo 5pm, we get to our Hotel at 2am. Good job Narita airport!"

Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."

Výhody: "Doha airport is easy to move through; They put me in an exit row behind a bulkhead has plenty of legroom."
Nevýhody: "Reading light wasn't aimed properly, and there was nowhere to put anything because of it being an exit row behind a bulkhead. That meant, that I had to hold anything I wanted during take-off, and landing, and the entertainment system had to be stowed during those times as well, so I couldn't even listen to music as the only controls were the touchscreen."

Nevýhody: "Front row with a toddler meant that we couldn't lift the armrests up and get her to lay down. She had to lie on the floor, but when we hit some turbulence, we had to wake her and sit her back up with us. The second part of the leg was much better as we were on a normal row seat"

When I FINALLY get to use the toilet, after a smaller Asian girl and a taller Indian girl were getting bags of blankets out of, I leave a WOODEN CLIPBOARD full of VERY important papers that will cost me inside. Yet when I call to retrieve them they are "nowhere to be found" so you're telling me out of those 2 women, the Indian gentleman, the black woman & the other Asian woman back there didn't notice a clipboard when I was the only person back there trying to use the toilet or they simply threw a wooden and metal clipboard away ?? With what was clearly paperwork clipped onto it ? The girl at the service desk of Qatar airways claims to have looked herself. But she was rushing me off of the phone so I don't feel like she remotely cared even a little. I am PAST unhappy. So thank you for throwing my paperwork away I know for sure was left behind. Very thorough team."

Nevýhody: "Very hard to believe that Qatar is described as a "world-class airline". I took a total of 4 flights on Qatar Airways in a 2-week span. First flight was from New York to Doha (not bad). Second flight was from Doha to Nairobi (not bad). Third flight was from Nairobi to Doha (not bad) and the fourth and final flight was from Doha to New York (unbearable!!!) My first issue with the Qatar Airways was a checked parcel not arriving at my destination. When we reached Nairobi, I was told my parcel that I had checked in New York, was still in New York. It was a card board tube of materials required for a work initiative at a Kenyan hospital. Returning to Nairobi airport several days later created a hassle that I won't soon forget! Now to describe the journey back to the United States. The flight from Doha to New York is the flight I want to focus on. The flight was extremely crowded and the conditions were absolutely deplorable! I cannot fathom how a self-proclaimed "world-class airline" could pack a plane that full and compound that with a 14 hour flight! I felt so badly for the airline staff. They were stretched so thin that they couldn't accommodate the passengers. There was garbage all over the plane and the bathrooms were filthy; garbage cans overflowing with waste and dirty diapers. There was an exceptionally high number of infants and children on this flight. I love children. I have 3 children myself. I felt terribly for the children AND adults on this flight because everyone was absolutely miserable. I never thought it could be possible for there to be 14+ hours of crying babies and children. It was absolutely maddening. The airline staff were so busy that they couldn't even assist with the babies and children which I found to be so completely unconventional for any airline, especially one of this alleged caliber. I do feel that there should be a separate section of planes for infants and children so that the crying etc can be confined to one area and passengers aren't exposed to what we were exposed to. The man behind me verbalized what I had been feeling when he stated "If I could, I would jump off of this plane. This is torture". The purpose of my trip was a global health mission to Kenya for a hospital to hospital partnership. Other team members in my group requested an upgrade and offered to pay cash. We were all appalled to be denied. The Qatar Airline staff couldn't process the upgrade and we still can't understand why. Seems a shame for the airline to have lost all that potential profit. For me, this was a return trip (I had been there in March 2015). Last year I flew Swiss Air and Brussels Air where I had much more enjoyable flights without any incidents. I will be notifying all of my friend, relatives, and colleagues of this nightmare experience and will certainly advise them against flying Qatar Airways."

Since the airlines only gave us a 2 hour layover knowing we would have to go through immigration and retrieve our luggage and recheck it, we missed our connection, then the airline tried to make us wait another 18 hours for a flight. We had been already traveling for two days. Airline offered no expedited support to get off the plane first or help through immigration, completely unacceptable!"

Nevýhody: "I bought a return from Emirates with the returning flight from Australia to London as a code share with Qantas. Qantas does not honour the e-ticekts from Emirates and will NOT allow you to preselect seats online. You have to hope for a good seat at airport checkin. Too bad, as I would have been prepared to pay extra for a seat upgrade."

Boarding at Dubai has become a mess ever since Trump instituted a restriction on carry-on electronic devices for flights to the US originating from certain middle eastern counties."

Výhody: "The business class seats were on the new Boeing 777 planes were very well equipped with the biggest screens I have ever encountered throughout my many travels. Service provided by cabin crew was great, too."

Nevýhody: "When boardiing at Dubai entry used one gate with steps this was a minor inconvenience wth the friendly helpful assistance of the flight attendants."

I had to ring the assistance bell any every 1-2 hours in order to stay hydrated the meals Consisted of a reheated TV dinner and 5 plastic wrapped versions of bread or processeed foods (bread sticks, cracked, cheese stick) normal you just overlook this stuff but when it's 18 hour flight you need actual food and water or else you'll risk dehydration."

When we got thru immigration in record time due to the newly installed kiosks, we waited for 2.5hours to get our luggage, there was only one carousel open for an entire A380 airplane with all its luggage and the boxes were piling up on each other, some of them were crushed due to overloading, it took them 2 hours to open a second carousel to offload all of the bags. During this entire time, the Emirates representatives were unhelpful, the local SFO personnel were quite disorganized as well."

Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Výhody: "had problems checking in , in that I was charged for a suitcase! I have since checked my paper work and found thad that I had paid for a case! I will follow this up when I return to the UK"

Nevýhody: "They didn’t let us board the plane. Allegedly the plane was changed and make us travel by train!! They offered us a compensation but we haven’t heard from them yet. Not good experience at all."

Nevýhody: "Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol."

Výhody: "The flight was delayed due to fog, but the staff was amazingly helpful to make sure everyone got to their destination."

Výhody: "Staff at Schipol airport were lovely and very helpful. Cabin crew were friendly and efficient. On board snack was nice."

Nevýhody: "The "new" seats were hard and uncomfortable. Avoid any kinds of seats near the bathroom in a configuration with 3 abreast next to the windows. The "aisle" seat is essentially a "waiting area" for the rest room."

Nevýhody: "Horrible. First, we lost a suitcase. It could happen but for two days they did nothing and only told us stories (so as not to use the word lies). Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Výhody: "It's the best flight I could get for such a low price. But don't expect to to get the best and newest planes around but it's still overall a good experience."

I was traveling with a recent wrist fracture and I was lucky I had an empty seat next to me that allowed me to move my arm a lot to avoid swelling."

I did not book American, just got duped into it, but now I will make sure I will never fly American again."

Nevýhody: "The Iberia web site, and web app were not functioning properly. I want able to save any of my personal information such as phone number or known traveler number. I was unable to select a gluten free meal prior to the flight since the web app and website were not working. I tried calleding Iberia customer support over 10 different times and was never able to speak with a representative. The customer support prior to the flight was non-existent."

Výhody: "The economy seating was relatively comfortable and spacious, compared to some other airlines, and we boarded and departed on time. Boarding was quick, if chaotic."
Nevýhody: "They gave us ipads to watch movies, which were old and didn't work well, but were difficult to hold if you also got a tray or a drink. They didn't give you much water and it was hard to get service. The airplane itself looked pretty old and a little run-down."

Výhody: "Nothing"
Nevýhody: "Small plane incredibly cramped for8 hour flight"

Výhody: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Nevýhody: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."

Nevýhody: "Don't understand why they do not open to get the seat until 36 hours ago. Our family of 4 got scattered all over; the agent was not at all helpful -- they seemed bitter about their working condition and the fact that they had to deal with dissatisfied customers. I talked to the supervisor and we were finally able to sit together just because a party of 4 did not show up. I am not at all happy with the AA for their stupid rule."

Nevýhody: "The meal time was a bit odd and there was no snacks served in between midnight full meal & breakfast which lasted for about 8hours"

Výhody: "The flight attendants actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, they all were very nice and smiled not like other airlines where the attendants are very stiff and anything you ask for seemed to annoy them. Drinks sizes more generous than most airlines."

Nevýhody: "Boarding was a bit chaotic. Everyone was all bunched up and you could not get through when your rows were called. Also, when they "boarded by rows" the called rows 23-50+ all at once so that people were all bunched up in the isles of the plane. It really did not help"
