Not just one bathroom. Gross. - Worst flight attendant service I've ever had, and I don't expect much since I've traveled a lot. Service was rushed, coffee cart for our side of plane never arrived, when I walked to the back to ask for some, they couldn't find the milk and made a fuss about looking for sugar. Lots of similar examples throughout the flight. - The baggage claim carousel number never appeared on the screens at IAD after landing. Other flights showed but not Quatar. We waited a while then walked around to check them all until we found the right carousel. Never seen this happen before. - One of our bags never appeared, so we waited until all luggage had come out and checked with the counter. They found our bag somewhere and brought it over after a 20 minute wait. No explanation given. Good thing we'd counted bags."

Why do I and my carry-on luggage need to be checked twice? Once at the gate, all passengers are herded like sheep into an area that has insufficient seats for the number of passengers, so many are left to stand or sit on the floor. If the airline wants to use a plane that carries 500+ passengers, then use a gate that can accommodate that number."

On Sunday March the 13th my wife Dyma Gharaibeh and my daughter Retal Aly were travelling to Jordan on ur airways for the 1st time from 15 year's to try such service and to face this experience. I've been always dealing with Lufthansa airlines throughout my entire life and heard that emirates airlines serves passengers good service and hospitality so i said to myself why not trying them to my wife and daughter this time and see there service and what they can offer. But as shown to me 1st and last time to even mention on my mind to travel on this kind of terifying service ever. They had a delay in the dubai airport for an hour they changed flights so that they won't be late, but by the time they changed the flights so quickly to go to the other plan to go to Jordan the luggage of my wife and daughter were on the other plan that came from Dallas, Texas. The horrible mistake that was made is that luggages EK 021286 & EK 021287 & EK 021288 & EK 021289 was still in the plan that was coming from dallas and no one even checked that my wife Dyma Gharaibeh and Retal Aly was the only two passengers on the flight that were going to Jordan. Which i call in very loud voice unprofessional by all means for a huge airways like Emirates that represents the whole UAE. They arrived to Jordan with no bags at all and they stayedfor whole two days with out clothes plus the stress they were in for having that offal feeling that they lost there bags . The big huge complain from me today is that my wifes brother wedding was yesterday the day they received the bags at night which they received the bags after the wedding was over. .. They missed the wedding dress in the bag for both of them tell me the feeling of you as a huge company that should be aware of every single problem that could happen to the customers that deals with you. You made that day from being an amazing day full of fun and joy for them to get dressed and going to the wedding of her brother and be like everyone in the wedding to not going to the wedding because they didn't have enough time in a day to get another dresses for both of them. This nightmare was not taken into consideration the office in Jordan didn't answer at all for several times i tried to reach them and couldn't because of there lake of professionalism. Even after the bags arrived no body even sent an email or tried to check on the case or even if we r satisfied or not. Very very very poor service. Hell of a NIGHTMARE..... Seriously one word shame on you as a huge big company like you to have us have this disgusting experience with you guys Seriously, there is not enough words to express the anger i have inside of me from Emirates Airlines and showed share this disgusting customer experience everywhere. . I think this will be my last time in my entire life"

We were reassured that there would be no problems and we would be rerouted once we landed in Turkey, and lo and behold our flights were canceled. We had to spend the day in Turkey, pay for our own food, and pay for the visa €30 per person. This all could have been avoided had they rerouted our flights to another city."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Whilst remaining competitive these factors make traveling with Finnair a far more comfortable and attractive proposition for me. In addition, Helsinki airport must be one of the best around."
Výhody: "It was interesting that the flight from Helsinki to Chicago served a Indian style dinner comprising of lentils, rice and chickpeas. I liked that too, though I prefer the meditarranean fare. My kids liked the macaroni and meat dinner. The plane was clean and comfortable"
Nevýhody: "The flight attendants could have been a bit more cordial and smiling. The dessert was only a choclate. Would have liked something better. Entertainment needed more variety. Boarding was a bit of a mess as they did not let families board first and were not very accomodative of families with small children, though I had a 9 year old, but there was a family with two very small children and they were not very helpful to them."

I have difficulty walking narrow aisles, and in crowds. The staff was very understanding, and let me pre-board, ensured someone was there to help me deplane, carried my carry-on for me, and did everything possible to assist me. The crew/staff was wonderful!"

I am still in Riga waiting for the morning to schedule another ride home. Very long , inconvenient trip ;-("

Výhody: "Finnair is great. I travel with a cello and they were terrific! 1. They understand and respect musicians and the anxiety involved in traveling with a large, fragile musical instrument. 2. The staff was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. 3. Finnair employees are a totally professional group of people and friendly, too. all the flights were smooth. I've flown a lot and for me Finnsir is always the best choice to Moscow."

Nevýhody: "This was booked as British Airways, but ended up American Airways. The food was cold and had to be reheated, the plane was worn, overall this was one of the worst flights to Europe ever. I did not book American, just got duped into it, but now I will make sure I will never fly American again."

Sent to another airport except the free shuttle wasn't running, 50 dollar taxi ride later I got to sleep on the floor until the gates finally opened 5 hours later"

Nevýhody: "Flight was moved to LA. I paid more for this ticket so I did not have to fly out of LA. We were driven in uncomfortable shuttle vans. Check in and security were caiotic. Once I landed I found out no information was available to my sister who was picking me up!"
Nevýhody: "Hi -- the flight was fine. A bit of turbulence and rocky but it was raining so it's understandable. The crew was nice, professional. The plan was actually delayed 1.5 hours. They sent a text message at 7:15 apparently but my phone was not on so I understand not receiving it. I also left for the airport around 7:15. I also received an email from Kayak at 7 am that said there was no delay so I didn't check to see if there would be any others. I never received an email from Kayak about the delay. I would just suggest making sure all the alerts I get are correct. I also receieved an email to check in 72 hours before the flight but it wouldn't let me on Finnair.com Maybe I was supposed to go to Open Skies. Thanks! Melodie"
