Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."
Výhody: "Flight Delayed from EWR. But the connecting flight to mumbai was not allowed to boarded. Since the gate closed even though the flight was still there. On top of it, the flight that was provided as an alternative was again with a stopover, so now, we had two stop over and extra 14 hours of layover time. Did not offer hotel stay or transit visa. was stuck in airport. Very much disappointed with Lufthansa. Will never take this flight nor will allow my friends and family to take one ever again."

As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."

Nevýhody: "This airline RIPS OFF the consumer. We flew RT from Prague to Budapest and had a choice between Czech Air and RyanAir. We decided to pay more money and chose Czech Air because RyanAir had multiple warnings about extra costs that are incurred if strict luggage size and weight restrictions are exceeded. We felt it was worth it to pay more up-front with Czech Air so we could avoid this additional cost and stress. The first leg of the flight went fine — no weighing of luggage, no additional costs. (Our luggage is standard carry-on size.) During the second leg of the flight a very unsympathetic Czech Air employee in Budapest weighed our luggage carefully, claimed that we exceeded the weight limit by a couple of kg, and charged us 35 euros more PER BAG. Now we wish we would have chosen RyanAir as it ultimately would have been cheaper and at least RyanAir is more honest up-front about these extra charges associated with one’s luggage. As consumers, this felt to us like a bait-and-switch situation — not good."

Which I didn't need and would be charged a fee. Finally my card worked (others were less fortunate). Still the person took forever and was making copies of card numbers on carbon paper I believe to show payment proof. I was uncomfortable with this from a card security perspective and asked her about this. She said it was none of my business and why do I care. I fly many places and this is the worst service I have ever received by an airline. I am also a very friendly person and understand when things can be challenging but this staff of 3 was aweful."

I would never fly this airline again due to this incompetence, poor service, and treatment. At least we got our luggage back about 36 hours later."

I feel I have been cheated."

Výhody: "Czech Airlines indeed was really helpful when solving our problem as we book our flight through VAYAMA site leaving on Friday and returning Sunday, then our flight got changed from Friday to Saturday which was not what we book on the first time, so we call VAYAMA support and they were not helpful at all, so we gave it a try calling Czech Airlines and they were super helpful and were able to put us in another flight coming back Sunday. Also booking through VAYAMA a normal fare got us with big surprise at the airport that we did not have a bag included to be document. We could not find any information regarding this on the booking confirmation or on their site and we did pay a fare that according to Czech Airlines lines includes a documented bag. It was not a low cost flight. my recommendation is book through another agency or directly on the airline site to avoid this type of problems."

They still charged me so I plan to dispute it. Than third, no drinks on the entire flight, not even water ,really ???? That is unheard of. Fourth, the flight attendant wakes me up to tell me I need to put my window blind up for landing. Again, I have never heard of a requirement that all blinds be up in order to land ? I was exhausted after flying for over 24 hours from CA to Prague and it was really annoying to be woken up for that. Lastly, it took my bag like 45 minutes to come off the belt. Again, it has never taken that long on any other airline, it stressed me out cause I was beginning to think my bag got lost. It finally showed after almost everyone on the flight had already gotten their bags. Never using Czech Airlines again."

We did have to book a new flight but we did so with another airline. I don’t want EasyJet getting any more of my money and won’t book with them again."

Výhody: "Staff courteous and helpful, information mostly good including on delays. Food and drink options on flight mostly good though additional cost. Plane clean and comfortable enough for a 3hr flight."
Nevýhody: "Random seat allocation without additional payment, Split airport is small and cramped with lots of people sitting / lying on the floor due to lack of seats - they appear to be building a new terminal to upgrade this. Food / beverage options at Split poor with large queues and low quality. Flight delayed circa half an hour. Person behind me kept putting knee in my back whilst talking loudly to neighbours despite me asking him to refrain... Split airport process of bag drop then security then passport control did lead to repeated queueing though not for a huge amount of time. Suggests the systems are not quite as high tech as other airports. No entertainment applicable to this flight."

Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Nevýhody: "Their check in system is not clear.. We have a reservation for 2 passengers, and in the system I paid for an extra luggage... considering the price I paid I didnt realize that that was only an extra piece only for one passenger, so we had to pay 57 euros for the additional piece of the second passenger at the counter... considering the total ticket for 2 passenger was 120 euros, that increased the total price for almost 50%... Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky"."
Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

Nevýhody: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."
Výhody: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

Výhody: "Extra legroom seats are a godsend (but that's applicable to any airline, not just Wizzair, although they do seem to have a few more of these than other airlines - low cost or not). Also, despite a 35 min. initial delay, we eventually landed only 15 min. later than the scheduled time."
Nevýhody: "The boarding process at Gatwick was disastrous. There were only 2 agents, none of which spoke proper English. Also, one of them was busy checking each individual carry-on bag with unnecessary extra scrutiny, only to provide customers to the second agent, which was taking the payments for extra bags."

Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

The worst flight we ever had..I ve been attack by another passenger who just throw à bag to me for no reason ...I ask the fligjt attendant to do something...she havent ..she was as rude as the passenger and told me if im not happy à The door is still open I can get out of the plane...it was one of the first time also I 've pay à big extra to have confort sent...and its been hell... I think it was like an extra about 56 euros total ... I regret that I paid for this extra....and for what I get..I deserve respect ....

This meant that even though I had no luggage to checkin, still had to wait in 1.5 hour queue to then go to the only desk available for my 20 secs checking and issue of the boarding pass. What a waste of time! (flew from Gatwick as apparently online checkin is available when flying from some other airports)"

Then had engine issues again when descending that were absolutely terrifying the whole plane was yelling and crying, very trematic. I have flown 100's of times and have never in my life experienced something like this. The landing itself was also horrible as we just basically smacked the ground. If you can fly a different airline do so! I think quite possibly these aircrafts are over due to be retired and the company does not maintain the safety of them."
Nevýhody: "When I bought a Czech Air flight, I thought I was getting Czech Air- but no, it was SmartWings, their budget buddy whose seats are literally squeezed together from all directions. Do not fly this airline if you are anything but short and skinny. There are zero amenities for free- which, again, would not have been the case on Czech Airlines. The nonchalant crew attitude from start to finish did not help the experience, nor did the lack of signage to find the airline's check in at Gatwick.."
Nevýhody: "They checked us into the wrong gate. We then had to walk upast and down stairs and across the tarmac to get on the plane. My husband have low blood pressure problems and problems with stairs. There was no consideration."

I guess I was the first to realize this, as when I pointed it out to a flight attendant, she conferred briefly with a coworker and then they declared it was open seating. *The beverage service took so long that they never got to my row."
Nevýhody: "totally fine for a week end trip when you don't need much luggage. I wouldn't fly if luggage is an issue or on a flight longer than 2 hours as it's a discount airline and space is limited onboard."

Once on the plane, the cabin service was so slow that they were only to serve the first 20 rows before they had to pack up because the plane was about to land. An airline to avoid ..."
