Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

Výhody: "New aircraft Airbus 350-900 - has lot of leg space even in economy class. Food was just OK, nothing special and far from what SQ used to serve to the passengers. I was very disappointed finding out that travel pack consists only toothbrush and tootpaste with socks included. No more slippers, eyes cover and no more other necessities for intercontinental flights ! What a shame for SQ to save the money on such important things for passengers. Staff was over indulging, someone would say - fake kindness shown ..."

Nevýhody: "I slashed my finger fairly painfully on a toilet door while pushing it from the outside to open it on the Dubai to Cape Town flight [again, an upgrade on my home flight which is a bucket list dream would more than make up for that!] which i pointed out to a flight attendant and they took note of it and bandaged me up so it was dealt with well but hopefully that gets sorted out [she said she would write a report] cos it did unfortunately affect the rest of my flight a little... And so many crying babies [thankful for volume control on headphones] but literally that was it - love flying Emirates cos on the whole felt super well treated..."

Nevýhody: "Flight is not clean,I was given non veg food instead of veg saying there is shortage of vegetarian food packs, what if I’m a pure vegetarian? Should I stay hungry? Also they took a very long time to serve the food, be it breakfast, snack or dinner.Each time I ask for something the answer has been always da same ‘’ we are sorry we don’t have that’’ Due to worst possible seat so far I have asked for an extra pillow and as expected they don’t have."

Rather all jumbled up, and although there was possible a good reason for such, no explanation offered passengers, thus increasing discontent. Individual desk personal seemed helpful when asked directly, so possible due to Dubai team /desk team lead policy. Flight seat from Dubai to EBB not one requested and no explanation offered on why although requested made months previous when ticket booked. ."

I again asked for vegetarian, and was told they didn't have any. The white guy in the next row asked for the same, and it magically appeared. The attendant noticed my shocked stare and then gave me a veggie meal too. 2. On a 16 hour flight, our tv screens didn't work. None of the attendants even came by to check, even after repeatedl requests. 3. My 6 and 9 year old kids would like to know why they didn't get any of the courtesy toys/coloring books that were given to other similar age kids. I don't want to tell them it was due to their skin color. 4. Even a request for water turned into a tug of war after we had waited for almost 20 minutes. I finally poured it out myself."

Once we took off, drinks weren't even served until 2 hours after take-off (for a scheduled 6:15pm departure - actual was more like 7:45pm). Maybe it was due to some light turbulence along the way or something, but they should tell people that is the problem and the reason they are not serving food and drinks, if that is the case."

In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. That's was my first and last flight with them."

They also only had one person to help everyone at the ticket counter until 2 hours later they added another person. In the end everything worked out and everyone was for the most part really nice but that waiting was annoying."

The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."
Výhody: "There were 4 of us flying from Atlanta, there was a great amount of leg room, tvs were nice, remote control for the tv fit into the seat, the way the plane was laid out, the 4 of us sat in a middle row, which meant no window seat (which my sister was disappointed), dinner options were great, wine was complementary"
