I paid over $1500 for the ticket. I requested a refund from Lufthansa, but all they could offer me in return was $100.

To cold in the cabin instead of A/C the heat should have been turned on. The food is lousy as usual and my luggage is lost. That is about the size of it.

Never happened. We are still in Frankfort 3 days now with 2 children and no food or money. Flights canceled and delayed 10 times and counting.

It was only an hour flight, but at that, it was still late

Meals in buissnes class was cold , breakfast regular, crew excellent

Turini burst out laughing when we told him our situation and when I asked why he said “Well would it make you happier if I cry instead?” So unprofessional."

Výhody: "Crew looked after me after a family took up a whole row including my designated seat. I need up with the back row to myself so could put my feet up & chill after a less than pleasant 5+ hours wait at Munich!"
Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

It took 3 hours to get rebooked, and just barely made it to the new flight. Lufthansa Agents at airport were rude, would often make me wait while they did other things, and then just tell me that they couldn't rebook me, and I needed to go to another line."

That being said, if I have to nitpick... the feet of the seats in front of me were staggered so that my foot space was cut in half by a bar. I had to have one foot on each side... sharing each one with the seatmates on either side of me. It made it so I didn't have a clear space to store my purse, which made the 10 hour flight just a little uncomfortable. Oh...and I could not find the proper jack for the headphones. It's as if the headphones provided were not meant for that entertainment system."

I liked the hot towels handed out twice during flight. Also the 2 delicious hot meals and snack. The captain didn't turn on seat belt sign at all; others turn it on after 3 or 4 seconds of slight turbulence and leave it on for the next 30 minutes even when it is smooth after that."

Lost our bags!!

A l'enregistrement à punta cana il a fallut négocier pendant une heure et demander à parler à un responsable car la personne voulait nous faire payer nos deux bagages en soute 200 dollars alors qu'ils étaient compris dans notre réservation. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. L'escale de 2h à New York est trop courte, les files d'attente sont très très longues pour le contrôle des passeports et aussi pour la douane. Il a fallut négocier avec beaucoup de personnes pour demander à passer devant, et aux États-Unis cette pratique n'est pas du tout appréciée, et tout ca avec ma fille dans les bras. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min avant le décollage àla porte d'embarquement, juste au moment de d'embarquer, mais le vol a finalement été retardé d'une heure. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu. Bref ce voyage retour à été très stressant et épuisant !

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

I've flown to Europe with various international flight companies and LATAM has equaled such but what put it above others was the personal attention when I had a problem with luggage. In Lima, Peru there was a connection and an attendant named Sebastian went the extra mile contacting luggage handlers with his cell phone to ensure my bag was recovered and waiting at the gate of my connecting flight en route to Buenos Aires. I spent another hour making the complain. I had to come back to the airport in the evening and spent another hour for my baggages. Unfortunate i waist my first day in the airport and only spent 3 days with my family. Also the day that I had to return to USA the LATAN fly was late 1 and a half hour."

Long lines for everything during departure, delays for takeoff, seating ok but cramped, bathrooms disgusting and delays on arrival, sat on plane 30mins before being able to leave plane.

I asked the rep at the gate to please have an aisle seat but she asked me to wait as she will call my name for seat assignments later. As I waited like she called many names and not mine, i again reminded her that she didnt call mine and she then just gave me my boarding pass without even apologizing that shr had put me in a middle seat. I told her i cant sit im a middle seat i need am aisle because I go to the bathroom often. she coldly said. "no more aisle seats". bad experience with ground staff in general as this is not the first time."

Výhody: "The first leg of the trip was great from Montreal to Toronto on wide body plane."
Nevýhody: "The airport in Toronto where they crammed about 10 gates together in a small area with no air conditioning (it seemed). Also flight was delayed about an hour so had to wait in horrible conditions with no seats for a long time."
Výhody: "AC's staff is generally very pleasant and accommodating (they are Canadians, after all). I checked in quite early and was moved to an aisle seat (was originally in a middle) with no one next to me - something the lady at the check-in counter did just to be nice! Boarding was pleasant and easy going; greeted upon entering the aircraft which is always a nice touch. The flight was more or less on time and things went smoothly overall."
Nevýhody: "The power/USB outlet in my headrest did not work. I was also seated in front of a French couple who repeatedly hung onto my seat when they were getting up (at least 3 times during the flight). I realize this has nothing to do with Air Canada but perhaps they should consider offering 'French only' flights to avoid such annoyances in the future."

Because of all the delays for weather and a tight connection at Toronto we lost our Luggage. One day later at 11:00 pm we finally have our luggage. Bad!"

I don't even know what kind of sauce they tried to put on it."
Výhody: "Beautiful Planes , the rouge line is cheap on their international flights but only first class gets free entertainment . I was first class but my friend was economy and luckily had her own iPad or would not have been able to use anything , that being said the movies for her were still not free . The food was good as well and their regular planes from Europe are very large and beautiful"
Nevýhody: "Worst experiences I've had with customer service . The flight crew were fine but all ground service appeared overwhelmed and unable to assist customers . I had a flight to Athens that was in final boarding my friend still has not arrived the first person I asked said she didn't have time to look if she was still on the flight , the second told me it was private info and finally a 3rd let me know she had been rerouted and would arrive 8 hours after me in Athens and that her bag though made my flight . She did last minute make it via running to our plane but in that time they had given her seat away, she had to prove that she paid did and deserved a flight . The way home from Athens all of my aid Canada flights were delayed and late . I had a 3.5 hour layover in Seattle to switch carriers to make it home , my flight out of Vancouver was 2.5 hours delayed that they continually said was only another 10 minutes , versus being upfront that it was severely delayed . Long story worst experience I've had ."

In typical airline fashion, we were told several times that the delay would probably take about 15 minutes, turning into nearly 2 hours. In combination with the change I described above and the 9.5 hour flight to Tokyo, we were completely done in for 2-3 days after we got to Tokyo."
