I made my flight with only minutes to spare after going through two security and passport checkpoints and sprinting an entire wing of the airport. I will never fly through Ataturk (or anywhere in Turkey) again."

When my husband asked to speak to a manager, it took 45 minutes before a staff member offered us another flight that arrived only a few hours later. All other staff members were on their personal cell phones and would not answer our questions. By the time our boarding passes we’re printed (an hour later)we had to run to our gate in order to make our flight. This left us no time to contact our driver who was picking us up and let him know when our next flight was arriving. We’re extremely disappointed in the customer service and appalled at the lack of professionalism."

The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

The flight circled the destination and was then diverted to the second Istanbul airport, where we refueled and waited for another hour. People from the back of the plane rushed to the front of the plane while we were still taxiing on the runway at Ataturk, all to get to the front of the line. The crew was passive the entire time. Upon exiting we were herded onto busses (thus taking away the supposed advantage of those rushing the front). When finally in the terminal, I had to go through customs, purchasing a visa (for a country I did not want to visit at the time), and reclaim checked bags. I proceeded to the other carrier's counter, to be informed that the gate for my flight onward was closed. As the ticket was "promotional" I lost that ticket and had to purchase another - on Turkish! Also had to spend a night in a Turkish hotel, also on my dime."

I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

Nevýhody: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Delta did put us up in a hotel but with no food vouchers or any upgrades on delayed flight the next day. Flight attendants and crew were curteous."
Nevýhody: "Fairly small seats and food isn't very good (as seems to be standard these days with most airlines). In flight music is very limited. Movie choices ok. No consideration to upgrade to first class or financial compensation have to be delayed a whole day for a long flight to Argentina."

The pilot even said good bye in person to the customers leaving the plane, I really appreciated it :) The whether conditions in Seattle were very bad (windy, bumpy, rain, and night) and the pilot landed the plane as a pro! I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Nevýhody: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Výhody: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Nevýhody: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."
Nevýhody: "I was forced to rebook my 3rd leg after taking trains in the middle."
Nevýhody: "Meal choice missing kosher non-gluten combination."
Výhody: "Loved the lovely food and wine from Air France, they even serve fresh french bread with camembert, ice cream, champagne (in economy) and brandy with your coffee!"
Nevýhody: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

Nevýhody: "we paid for two seats together (one aisle and one middle) an exit row with extra legroom from paris to LA. but when we got to Prague they had one of us in the middle seat in the exit row and the other in a completely different part of the plane, also a middle row. The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Nevýhody: "Ticket counter was stubborn to release our boarding passes despite having already checked in online. Saying we were “too late”. The kiosk would not release our boarding passes either. Yet, we breezed right through security to the gate and we’re first to board the plane having had to actually wait awhile before boarding. The ticket counter person unnecessarily made us wait even longer when we were already running late due to having spent 11 hours in the hospital day prior from E. coli. The boarding process was also sloppy. Three different attendants asked to see our passports. Why did everyone need to verify us? We were asked very silly and seemingly unnecessary questions before boarding further slowing the process. We were asked before boarding if we had checked a bag, not sure what difference that made."

Nevýhody: "No food menus were given (understandable for sanitary reasons) but Flight attendants could not tell what was in the main courses, eep for saying one had pasta, one had chicken... besides the complete vagueness, it can be a problem for people with certain food allergies and intolerance. Also, I never received a breakfast (it was an 11 hour flight). I might have been asleep, not sure but then again once I was awake, no flight attendant came to ask if I wanted breakfast. In other words, while flight personnel was polite, they did not provide a very attentive service (and there were only 11 of us in the AM Premier business sections)."

Výhody: "The comfort level on Aeromexico's planes to Mexico City and beyond is beyond belief, in this age of shrinking passenger space. In an ordinary ("back of the bus") seat in coach there was more than ample legroom for a more-than-six-footer, and row 28 has two windows to look out at the scenery aft of the wings. And food was even provided at no extra charge! In this situation there certainly was no need to purchase at an additional cost whatever Aeromexico calls its "premium economy" seating."
Nevýhody: "The entertainment system is limited --- there are no games on the seat-back installed machinery. In addition, the earphones provided are only ear-buds, which don't work well in my ears. (I prefer the miniature headphones other airlines provide.) The volume controls were also poorly scaled. The lowest three levels of volume weren't enough to even hear a single sound, the next level up was a little soft or quiet and the highest level far to loud to preserve a listener's hearing."

Výhody: "I was so happy that Aeromexico and Copa worked together to check my bags all the way to my destination even though I was flying 2 different airlines. It made it so wonderful since I was flying alone with my four kids. Everything went smoothly with the tickets and check in. Everyone was very helpful."
Nevýhody: "Los aviones son viejos, el sistema de entrada a México es muy desorganizado y tardas mas de dos horas para pasar por el proceso, si estas con conexión necesitas una escala de 3 hs como mínimo. Si bien esto no depende de Aeromexico no hacen nada para agilizar el paso de la gente que tiene una conexión."

Nevýhody: "Both flights were delayed, neither due to weather. It made transferring to our next flights feel like absolute chaos, where even the people were scrambling. The plane for the longer flight (SFO - CUN) was a visibly older plan and the seats felt like sitting on concrete. Also, it didn't notify me while booking that the seats in front of the exit row didn't recline (or I missed it somehow), and the seats didn't just not recline - they actually leaned forward a bit! The seats themselves were VERY tightly packed - likely the tightest I've ever been in."
