True enough, the cabin crew did not help her to place her bag in the luggage compartment; the cabin crew did not serve water when requested, and on second attempt, the cabin crew told her to request at the ground. The cabin crews she has encountered clearly expressed their unwillingness to serve with their face and action. Is this the new direction of Singaore Air? The entertainment system requires installation of an app, hence is practically useless since we do not have the app preinstalled in our device."

I didn't appreciate the suggestion that my class wasn't worthy of meeting my request. Her response felt condescending. Her continued interaction with me consistently felt short and mildly irritated with me. I didn't understand why. Honestly, I won't fly Singapore again because of this. Flights are not cheap for me. I spend the extra few hundred dollars because of great reviews and a superior experience last year. I will not be spoken to in a condescending way. On the second leg of my travel from Singapore to LAX the flight attendant once again said that I will not be given socks? Why, thought? I'm traveling for over 30 hours. Have things changed? Second, I asked for a second ice-cream. She handed me the ice-cream then took it out my hand and told me she would have to come back to me. The galley that was suppose to have food didn't seem to have anything. Was I missing something. Be fail on many level."

For 13 hour flight seats were slightly uncomfortable, not much room. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, food, cervice, entertainment, very pleasant.

Also a very disappointing selection of films and documentaries for adults. I ended watching a kids movie with my older daughter and it was the only thing I found appealing. Kids section very good though, my 5-year old was glued to the screen and all the options had my approval :)"

I and a random group of passengers were made to wait with no explanation AFTER our electronics were already cleared to go through yet another security check. They said we were selected for screening but all the other people they took before us were screened the exact same way. It was stressful and traumatizing to stand for 45 minutes with no clear explanation. The crew were clearly new at their job or ill trained. On top of that they consistently ran out of food they were serving and was forced to take the vegetarian option when it's not what I wanted. I could not wait to leave Doha and exit Qatar airways. I hated my experience traveling with Qatar. It was stressful and traumatic. I want a full refund. I will also be advising all my friends to never fly Qatar. It was the WORST!"

Výhody: "The crew was great. Very friendly and provided excellent services. I was surprised that they serve food (a cheese sandwich) and drinks for a 40 mins flight. That would have never happened in the US"
Nevýhody: "We had to take a bus to get to the airplane from the terminal, which was no big deal. The bus driver was a little rough though."
Nevýhody: "The worst flight I ever had. Extreamly uncomfortable 11 hrs. squized like sardines. Some of the attendants were extreamly rude and unprofecional."
Výhody: "Once again the crew was great and helped me find a place to stow my carry on since I was in the emergency row. The snack was also very tasty."
Výhody: "Great crew and on time."
Nevýhody: "Seating a bit cramped"
Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nevýhody: "The tv monitor had very limited options and froze about every 5 minutes. The screen was either very unresponsive or would freeze"
Výhody: "Good movie and tv selection, okay food and generous drinks. Attentive staff."

Výhody: "Lufthansa has it all together and knows how to fly. I recommend to everyone!"
Nevýhody: "Two flights delayed then no bags when we got to Chicago- disappointing and annoying. Great to arrive with no coats in winter!"
Výhody: "From boarding to the whole in flight experience - special meal never came, paid extra for seats and wish I never did, food is terrible , luggage is lost on the way back - week later no contact! Never again"
Nevýhody: "I would like for this airline to close down and never hurt anyone again!"

Nevýhody: "The plane from beirut ti frabkfurt was old. No entertainment on board, no screens"
Výhody: "Comfortable seats, good leg room, pleasant staff"
Nevýhody: "We were late arriving in Prague and then waiting for my luggage only to realise after waiting till the very last luggage THAT my luggage was left in Frankfurt and I didn’t get it til 21.00hrs - totally ruining my plans for my first night in Prague!!!!"
Výhody: "Great service, on time departures and arrivals, lie flat seats in business class. The planes were relatively new. Waiting lounges at Delhi and Frankfurt are well stocked with food."
Nevýhody: "Almost nothing"
Výhody: "Nice and polite crew, quick and efficient service."
Nevýhody: "Only one earbud of the headphones can be used, hence the sound was a bit off."
Nevýhody: "The seat-back screens were very annoying and not very responsive."
Výhody: "I like that the flight crew did the best they could to make sure my husband and I were sitting together with one child."
Nevýhody: "I did like that my whole family including two children 2 ad 6 were sitting all separately all over the plane. Children 12 and under should not be seated separately. And that should be the job during the check in. Not during birding."
Výhody: "The food was good and they provided a good amount of snacks and drinks as well. My movie screen would not play with sound and they found me a different seat."
Nevýhody: "The layover time was terrible. Only 1 hour in Frankfurt. I barely made my next flight and that's only because I ran since the boarding time is about 30 minutes before the flight leaves. Their "minimum layover time" needs to be lengthened. I'd like to know if any of the people who make that decision have ever tried to make a flight with such a short layover."
Nevýhody: "Leg room on the 747 was ok. The service was average considering i had to keep asking the staff to atore my son's insuline medication in a cool place, they said they cannot at 1st but eventually they did. The entertainment system had to be rebooted 3 times during the flight which takes 15 to 20 minutes. So it took 3 hrs to finish the movie. The connection flight was a bit redicilous, 1 hr to walk to the other terminal in frankfurt, the 1 hr flight delay , the boarding was like a zoo, no initiative to take control and organize the boarding, the elderly and the children and crammed withe other passengers.."
Výhody: "Crew was friendly. Received very filling meals. Free movies available for watching."
Nevýhody: "We sat on the runway for over an hour with no explanation as to what was happening. At least overall, we only arrived half an hour late."
Nevýhody: "Lufthansa never treats Prague as a destination almost always off stand, it never does this to a internal German flight always late arrival frustrating"
Nevýhody: "The second flight they board us then left us on the bus in the parking lot for 25 minutes breathing airplane fuel."
Výhody: "They had delicious little sandwiches for breakfast, and were amazingly efficient at getting out the snacks and coffee."
Výhody: "Very efficient, clean and comfortable."
Výhody: "When in the air crew attentive"
Nevýhody: "Late boarding after allowing priority customer to board, Crew then took ages to start to finish boarding and taxi , Plane sent to furtherest runway, Made little time up,"
Výhody: "Crew was extremely friendly! Great variety of the newest movies. Toilets were always kept clean."
Nevýhody: "Horrible food: over-salted and "mystery meat" for lunch; only given a small piece of bland cheese pizza for dinner and that was it. I suggest providing a small bottle of water for a long flight instead of a small cup of drink during the two meal times. I felt dehydrated during the flight (wasn't able to buy a bottle of water beforehand) and didn't want to keep buzzing the flight attendants repeatedly."
Výhody: "Unusually rough and crowded flight though that is hardly the fault of the airline."
Nevýhody: "In economy class, there should either be adequate room for average sizes people at the least or seats should NOT be allowed to tilt back."
Výhody: "Food/drink choices and portions were very generous on our long haul flight over the Atlantic into central Europe from the west coast of the the US. Efficient boarding. Lots of entertainment options as well."
Výhody: "Unfortunately not much, although I have always had good flights with this airline in the past and will use them again for a direct flight to Germany. I guess it was just a bad day for them."
Nevýhody: "Flight was three hours late leav ing due to a mechanical issue. We sat on the plane while it was being repaired and refilled. I was too hot the whole flight..I think it's the design of the ventilation system on this particular plane. The person by the sunny window stifles. Food was about as bad as it can get. Then I was offered coffee and got tea. Crew never smiled. My headphone had a loose wire so the sound went in and out. Not like past Lufthansa flights."
Nevýhody: "Boarding was in organizes."
Výhody: "Everything was totally fine but nothing was noteworthy."
Nevýhody: "Plane was a little old and uncomfortable."
Nevýhody: "No exaggeration: The crew rolled a beverage cart in front of the restroom while I was in there. I couldn't leave for about 4 minutes The food made me vomit. That's why I was in the restroom when they blocked me in My headset jack was broken. 500 movies aren't worth anything if I can't hear them"
Výhody: "Great staff."
Nevýhody: "The time it takes to travel. Can't control that."
Nevýhody: "AUSTRIA AIRLINES, (YOUR OTHER COMPANY), WENT THRU MY BAG IN O'HARE, FLIGHT 66 TO VIENNA. THEY TOOK OUT ALL OF MY HOUSE, AND CAR KEYS , AND MY REMOTE CONTROL FOR MY PICKUP, (ALL ON ONE RING), AND DID N O T PUT THEM BACK INTO MY BAG. I WILL N E V E R FLY AUSTRIA AIRLINES, OR LUFTHANSA AGAIN! I SENT AN EMAIL TO YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPT...customer.services@lufthansa 3 times and they failed delivery."
Výhody: "Plane, amenities, crew, flight...all 5 *s"
Nevýhody: "Travelers should be aware getting around that terminal is counterintuitive and not efficient at all....Gate was crowded and confused....I don't understand the point if it's design....also not the place to exchange money...use ATM's"
Nevýhody: "They cancelled the flight and did not help at all for rescheduling."
Výhody: "Struedal snack and drink (not only 1 drink, but offered if wanted more) all in a 1 hour 15 min flight. Most other large carriers barely offer a drink, let alone a snack. And not just peanuts or pretzels, streudal! Very pleasant staff, multi-lingual. Would love to fly them again."
Nevýhody: "I booked less than a week ago and picked our seats in a two seater row, but when we boarded it was three seater rows on both sides of plane. So the aircraft must have changed. I prefer a window seat so instead I had to sit in the middle because I did not know about the change."
Nevýhody: "Salmon sandwich was not fresh- I got ill."
Výhody: "Entertainment is great, although I did not use it much this flight"
Nevýhody: "Seats were uncomfortable, tighter than I remember last time I flew Luft."
Nevýhody: "See above...on a Nother note, how would any of these passengers be expected to exit a plane in emergency when there is absolutely no room in the plane? This is an accident waiting to happen, assuming the plane to survive the crash"
Výhody: "The crew, flight, food was great. At OTP, they don't take your shoes off and I rang because I had a metallic zipper on my boots. That costed me an extremely nasty and abusive pat down. They also searched my handbag, taking my stuff out and asking about everything, including eyeglasses. I was so upset that I forgot to take my passport from the bin."
Výhody: "Very friendly crew, prompt service, smooth flight, clean airplane and the inflight entertainment was nice too. Love the cams on the airplane, to see what's going on outside"
Nevýhody: "The de-icing took some time but obviously it's for everybody's safety, but it did delay us, as well as the ownerless luggage that had to be removed from the airplane. I do appreciate LH making safety their priority"
