Then someone else put their backpack up in the overhead bin and the flight crew told us that was their option."
Nevýhody: "Before getting to our gate the guy stopped both of us. One carrying a backpack and myself carrying 2 small back packs. Combined, smaller than most people's luggage that was going through. He made us both check in our bags and pay. Every though they fit in the bag size checker thing. Super pissed off the rest of the flight. Hate that worker"

Nevýhody: "I've flown with EasyJet before and they had no problem with me taking my carry on sized suitcase as well as my very small backpack onto the plane, like every single airline I've flown with in my three and a half months of solid traveling. However, I was told today, no personal item was allowed. Not even a purse. I was then asked to stay outside the gate and try to fit my backpack an its contents into my suitcase. This was not possible, and not only was I charged over $70 to check my carry on bag, the man at the gate so so rude, he didn't seen to even want to take my money. He ignored me while I tried to figure out what I could do. Very disappointing, and what a low way to rip of your customers."

I ended up paying more in the end. Terrible."

In America, they are smart a realize that this bag (usually a backpack or a purse) can easily fit under the seat in front of you and does not need to be put in the hold. Even if it would need to, the airline would "gate check" the bag for you free of charge (you would just reclaim immediately after deplaning). But no, EasyJet will bend you over and charge you €50 to check something as simple as a backpack."

They offered me next day flight from Luton when my original one was from Gatwick! They even didn't want to make refund and wanted to give me flight voucher.pleased after they have been told i will make a post in social media they made the refund. Never ever with Easyjet.no mayer how much will cost me!!!! Shame on you Easyjet!!!!!"

Nevýhody: "Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Nevýhody: "To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

Nevýhody: "Was one of the worst flights I’ve ever taken. No information, no updates, no announcements until 15 minutes after flight was supposed to leave. No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"

Then, just to top off the wonderful morning - I got an agent whose attitude was extremely rude and poor to inform me correctly what was the next steps and procedure. Finally, both my hand bags carry on get checked in and now I am stuck at the airport waiting for two little bags that could’ve easily got on top of my compartment where I was."

Usually this is not a problem but on this flight they split us up, one at the front & one at the rear, then they ask if we want to pay extra to sit together. This is a very petty ploy to get extra money. It doesn't work !! The passengers just swop when on the plane"
Výhody: "Crew when asked was very helpful and polite. They were definitely working the entire flight to assist people."
Nevýhody: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."

About the most cramped seats on any airline I've taken (and I've flown in virtually all parts of the world, and I'm small). Constant harangue over the PA from in-flight staff trying to sell things, even lottery tickets."

Nevýhody: "They took my cabin luggage to the cargo even though it is the right size due to no more space in over head compartment and I believe if they where strict about the size with the All Pax and only allowed one price each in the hand the compartments would have been sufficient. You need to make sure to ask pax to be at check in desk 2 hrs before dept during peak periods due to security takes longer time make the story short I was happy with the above all standards Abdullah Benafif."

Nevýhody: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
