Yet my one of my fellow passengers was able to get window seat without extra pay 3 hours after I was denied. Sardine city for 7 hour flight that turned 8 hours."

Our departure was delayed by 1 hour. Seats in economy class are really cramped so when seats are declined person behind can not eat without banging head into the back rest. Difficult to get in and out of seat as well. Arm rests do not come all the way up so one has to squat to avoid being hit by arm rest. Not very pleasant on 11 hour long flight. Joe"

Nevýhody: "Prague to London flight First I was surprised and disappointed to find out there were so many extra fees. They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."
Nevýhody: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

The crew were the worst I have ever had on a flight in a long time! One guy was stuffing food before the door closed in front of everyone. I asked the lady to help me find a spot for my luggage! I was instructed very rudely to keep walking to the back of the plane til I found somewhere. It was literally at the back. I was sitting in about row 9. Then when I sat back down she opened a compartment where I could have put my bag seriously!!!When we landed I asked her to assist in getting my bag. She pretty much ignored me no help at all. I finally retrieved my bag once everyone got off the plane. And I told them both when I departed the aircraft that was the worst service I have had in along time (the pilot was there also)and if this is how they treat tourists I would not fly again with them!!!! I did not eat or do entertainment so N/A there

I was not granted access to this flight that I paid in full for due to covid restrictions set forth by Spain. I was told by the airline (American Airlines) that because this was out of my control that I would be refunded. I have spent hours calling both Iberia, American Airlines and kayak to get zero results. I have been scammed by kayak!! This company is fraud!!!!

The window seat I paid up for was about 8 inches from the window, so I couldn't even lean my head there. No in-flight magazines, or handing out newspapers , no entertainment available, just sitting there uncomfortably for 7 hours while the attendants huddled behind drawn and velcro'ed curtains doing nothing. A true disgrace. Avoid Iberia and their LEVEL subsidiary like the plague. Unacceptable in every way....and at least Ryan Air and WOW are cheap, this flight was full price. Total rip-off, never again."

So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

We tried to change them at the airport, and after being sent to 2 different ticket counters, we ended up paying an additional $420 to get the flights we needed. Therefore, each flight from Athens to Mykonos was over $400 each. It was ridiculous and I will NEVER fly this airline again."

As we were arriving at the gate, we saw the last bus leave taking passengers to the aircraft. The lady at the counter kept yelling at us for the next 15 minutes and kept saying we were late and the last bus had left. We were 9 passengers all together and it would have been a lot easier if she would have called the driver to pick us up. After realizing we had small kids, she finally called someone after 15 minutes but that was too late. We missed our flight. There was no supervisor to talk to and no where to file complaints."

Ridiculous.y small measurement boxes for carry on luggage which would not hold standard carry on bags. This dispute the plane having full sized overhead bins that easily accommodated the bags. Forced us to pay $60 a bag under the pretext that the bags would have to be ch caked. But they didn't, we just carried them on and there was plenty of room. They were rude and unreasonable and let lots of people through without the charges after they simply removed items from their bags and carried them a few feet before putting them back. It was just a shake down."

We were sent to Malaga instead of Granada due to weather. Although we were bussed to Granada, arriving 4 hours later, there was no further assistance or information from a representative. More communication would have been helpful and appreciated.
By far one of the worst airlines I’ve ever had to deal with. Customer service is very poor. Stay clear of any airline you cannot get a hold of a real person to help with your problem.

For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Nevýhody: "Questionable ethics in terms of check in. You have to check in online at least two hours before or prepare to pay a fee. This is not spelled out upon purchase of ticket. When checking in, you need to print or download boarding pass or pay a fee when arriving at airport. You must pay for a checked bag before arrival to airport or (you guessed it) pay a fee. We were fortunate to avoid all fees except for the checked bag fee (a convenience fee on top of the price to check a bag). Ryanair's emails provided no link or instructions to check a bag. Also, springing all this information on us two days before travel was sketchy at best. My guess is a healthy percentage of customers use Ryanair for flights in the middle of a vacation and investigating these details are the last thing on travelers' minds. Ryanair knows exactly what they're doing revealing the info when they do."

I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."

Two days before my flight while I'm on vacation, Ryanair sends me an email saying that I must check in online or I will be charged 45 Euro per passenger. This was really inconvenient because who wants to be online while on their vacation? But nonetheless, I did it. Their website sucked so I had to get chat customer assistance. Whenever I made any progress their website would keep sending me back to the beginning of the process. I tried for two days. Finally the day before the flight I was able to complete it and I was charged for my baggage and fast track option for each of us. There were three of us. They sent me email confirmation showing that they charged my credit card for the luggage and the fast track option. Together this came out to about 107 Euro. So I thought ok but at least I checked in and I will be fast tracked because I was charged for it and paid. To my surprise when we get to the airport the customer service people said that I only paid for luggage but did not "check in." I asked how could that possibly be since I had been charged and paid and they said that if I didn't pay the 45 Euro each right there, I couldn't get on the flight. I had no choice but to pay another 135 Euro so I could make my flight. Disgusting scammers."

She had to input the info and then told me to print the boarding passes because RyanAir would charge 15 euros EACH to print at airport That's highway robbery! We finally managed to forward the ..pdf to hotel reception and they printed them. RyanAir should not assume that a traveller has access to a printer or a cell phone that functions abroad."

At Prague airport I was told my ticket was invalid just because my payment to change the return ticket was still pending. This cost me stress, running to the cash desk explaining the situation which was their fault."
