However if the passenger in front of you reclines their seats, you absolutely are forced to recline yours immediately, otherwise no one will fit. Flight attendants have to ask passengers to put the seats back from reclining during meal service so people can open the food tray and are able to access it, that is how much the seats tilt."

If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

A day after I perches a multi destination tickets I called Swiss air costumer service requesting to upgrade my tickets to business class. no one would even try to help me. They just kept saying I need to contact my travel agent. After 3 phone calls I gave up and decided to wait and upgrade my ticket at the airport. 2. In Prague the night before my second flight I hurt my knee real bad to a point that I couldn't walk at all. The next morning I call Swiss air costumer service again trying to explain them my situation telling them I can't fly and won't be able to make it to my flight. Costumer service cancelled immediately all of my remaining tickets and try to sell me new tickets for a full price. I said I don't mind buy and pay for the one flight I missed but there is no reason for her to re sell me the rest of my tickets that I already paid for, again. Then she start to change prices up and down like in a Chinese flea market. At that point I begged her to talk to a supervisor but she Kept ignoring my request and just try to negotiat for a lower charg she kept me on the phone for 5 hours. My hotel phone bill for that one call cost me 150€. I never got to talk to a supervisor but she took down the charge to 517$ Not included a new ticket flying out of Prague. 3. For my last flight going home. I showed up 2.5 hours Earlier. asking to upgrade my sit to business fin desk send me to talk to asupervisor. The supervisor was trying to process my request but didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. One minute he was on his computer then the next minute on the phone with Swiss air headquarter then back on his computer for more then 35 minutes with no resolute. I still had an hour and half before take off when he told me he can print me the ticket but it's to late now since the gate for my flight is close and I already missed my flight. I said that's impossible cause I still have an hour and half to my flight but he insist on the gate been close and there is no way I can get on that flight. Right away I run back to front desk asking them to print my ticket as fast as possible cause I would really like to get on that flight. In front desk they told me not to worry cause I got plenty of time to get on that flight. So I gave up on the business upgrade and told them that at that point I'll be just as happy to sit by the window. Of course they put me on the very end exactly in the middle. After the door was locked I looked around and saw plenty of free sits available including by the window. 4. In Zurich I finally managed to upgrade my last flight coming back to Tampa fl to business and noticed that the only way they could do that was by contacting Swiss air headquarter for approval. When I asked why is that since I fly a lot and never seen anything like that before one of the lady's there told how Swiss air left all of their front desk powerless and all decisions must be made by headquarters."

However in the inbound trip SFO Valencia l was able to carry the very same carry one with the same weight on the plane. First, it's not acceptable to limit carryon to 8 kilograms for trips including transatlantic segments. I fly a lot with Delta / air France and they have higher limit as it should be. And second, criteria should be applied consostently across Swiss. Why is it no problem from SFO to Velalencia, but it is a problem from Valencia to SFO? Also, online check-in is horrendous and unacceptable in this day and age. SUPER slow and cracked a couple of times on my mobile device"

Nevýhody: "I booked these tickets for my friends Jamal Wiggins and Anthony Maxwell and they are still Lisbon. They are still in Lisbon! Their flight, 1306, had been delayed for almost 6 hours. The gate keeps changing and they've been getting ther run around all day. No food vouchers. This is horrendous. I am here at Prague airport. We only have a few days here and now one day is gone. They should be reimbursed! We are paying 400 euros for hotel rooms that aren't even being used because of this delay."

We had received a couple of emails asking for us for option to pay for advance seating. Assume they had changed their policy and now were charging. She wrote me a personalized itinerary to check out in Lisbon covering my nerdy and Jewish interests, and extra snacks. She made my flight a fabulous one! Also, great entertainment choices and I love the red blanket!"
Nevýhody: "The crew was an hour late, so we left later and landed later than planned. Additionally, we weren't informed that our suitcases go to final destination. We had to wait over an hour for them to be brought to us in Lisbon. We had plans in Lisbon for Friday morning and they were all ruined. It would be helpful if Kayak or TAP Portugal informed customers where their luggage will be when we make plans to stay in Lisbon for a weekend. The USB outlet didn't work. I wasn't particularly impressed with the food, but I was in Economy so my expectations weren't high. I was disappointed there were no kosher or vegetarian/vegan options. Apparently I have to order 48 hours ahead... but this time I booked my flight less than two days before."

Nevýhody: "The plane had already been used for a return flight to Tenerife and most of the food and drink had already been used up. There was no coffee left or lemonade etc."
Nevýhody: "With Ryanair even if you break your leg during your trip and you’ll need an emergency trip back home they will make you pay a double seat (2 tickets because you have to stretch your broken leg) + 50€ commission on that second ticket. A 3€ for a small plastic water and of course a physical screaming/aggression from their staff while you are on a wheelchair. Thank you. Always a pleasure. You never surprise me."

This is a very petty ploy to get extra money. It doesn't work !! The passengers just swop when on the plane"

Nevýhody: "Crew took about the entire flight to handle the food and drinks, coming from both ends. This caused a block to the bathrooms and people waiting long periods and finally just stuffing in all over the place to get passed the carts. Expensive flight for us since we had to buy the same day. While most of the security attendants were great, I did have to wait a very long time to get a pat down I requested rather than go through the scanner (required to be in a separate room) that was 95% the same as the one they were giving everyone after they came through the scanner, with the only difference being a hand and belt line swipe and paperwork. I have had this same procedure done in three airports prior on this trip and all were more aggressive/thorough and did not require a separate room and extreme wait. Though again, all the female staff were great."

The flight was scheduled for 10:20 and this information was still at the information board even at 11:00 while the information about the status including a new departure slot was definitely known to the airport as well all SmartWings officials by that time!!! Flight was ok but the landing was not. The first attempt was not successful so the plane took off again when almost touching the runway and the second attempt landing was pretty hard. Explanation given for the failed first attempt was most likely only a bad excuse (insufficient distance from previous landing plane). Later I found out the flight captain (Mr. Vojta) was also the instructor for new SmartWings pilots so presume a new pilot was learning to land which as a passenger I don't appreciate to be subjected to."
