Nevýhody: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Nevýhody: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."

Nevýhody: "Our tickets were economy class Y for all of our flights, and we each checked a bag free on the outbound trip. But, returning we had to pay 170 euros for our 2 checked (1 each) bags. TAP (Air Portugal) in Toulouse said our outbound flights were "Basic" fares while our return flights were "Discounted" fares. Discounted fares do not include checked bags while Basic fares include 1 free checked bag. We paid $3,106.36 for the round trip for both of us, which hardly seems like a discounted fare, before paying an additional 170 euros on the return flight. I will be looking into filing a Class Action suit trying to recover all overcharges on behalf of all passengers."

Nevýhody: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"

Noise reducing headphones supplier are effective in the noise reduction function, but not high quality audio resolution, with some dialogue intelligible. Business class seat wasn't a full recline as are those of most competitors, but it was comfortable. I didn't see any snack offerings that most other airlines have available between meals."

Nevýhody: "We flew from MAS to MAD via LIS. The first flight was delayed sfor 3 hours o we had to stay overnight. It took the stuff over 1 hour to finally get us out of the arrival gate and the hotel was 30 mins away from the airport. Plus, we can't get our bags or anything, meaning we had to wear the same clothes for over 36 hrs in the humid and hot weather. TAP stuff gave us the first flight boarding pass and told us to be in the hotel lobby at 5:30, and they will pick us up and get us to the airport to catch our flight. Next morning, we Got picked up, and when we get to the check in counter, they told us the flight is already closed and we have been rebooked for the flight 3 hours later. We followed all the directions, got up at 4, and ended up waiting in the airport for another 4 hours (4.5 yesterday) miserably. If you are gonna to rebook us for a later flight, at least let us take some rest... On what earth an airplane company can operate like this irresponsibly? If you reapect your time, seriously, NEVER FLY TAP."

Výhody: "Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined"
Nevýhody: "Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know."

The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."

He really resented doing this for people and let them know. Once at the gate we had to get in a line, to get in another line outside, to get in another line to board, and of course we sat on the tarmac due to delays. I had to check a bag at the gate for being slightly too big. That's fine. But really, I end up paying what I would for a more professional (not "low-fare") airline. No one wants to be here. Not the employees, and not the passengers."

The problem is most people who travel Ryanair don't have bags to check in so naturally like every other place you would go straight through. And if that's not the case then tell people!!! They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."

I agree The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."

I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."
