Nevýhody: "Seats can be better."
Nevýhody: "Flight late more than 3-4 hours on Frankfurt. So upset. I will never and ever try with Frankfurt again. I bought shortest way ticket to pay more money but unfortunately flight late about 3-4 hours. Money trap. I would love to have another free flight or I will post the tickets on facebook, Twitter and etc... To make a terrible flight reputation."

No babes the entire time I was in Germany. Arrived in Mumbai after paying the $350 US change fee and no bags. Bags finally arrived on Monday at 9AM Without clothes, toiletries and medications for 6 nights. Now I am delayed and will probably have to pay rebuke and fare change to extend my stay here."

Really!!?? Make sure that +$1200 are spent well. Rude or inattentive crew members shouldn’t be on flights that are that long...I had to nsist to have a miserable cup of coffee. Movie selection was poor. USB port didn’t work. Shame on you!"

Výhody: "I've flown on many different airlines since I was 10 years old and hands down this Lufthansa flight was the best and smoothest flight I have ever experienced. First of all, the plane was very comfortable and had good leg room. The flight staff were all extremely courteous and attentive. There was one point where I was reading in the dark and the crew member asked if I wanted the light turned on to read! Normally I don't sleep on flights, and the same crew member asked if I wanted ice cream since I don't feel like sleeping. The crew seemed to have this magic ability to make the flight more comfortable without the passenger having to even think about it, or try to ask for extra service. All of the crew were just very outstanding and organized throughout the entire flight, they were all generally very helpful and kind. By the time I got off the 14 hour flight, I didn't feel even the slightest bit tired or anxious, I was able to spend time with my friends in Budapest upon landing and stay out till 2 am without having to sleep or rest because the flight was so good."
Nevýhody: "Rude (American) passengers not keeping the "curtain down", when it was time to rest, and being very chatty. Also baby crying, but this is inevitable, it happened to all of us, when we had small babies."

I suspect they would argue it allows passengers to have greater rest however in Y class the passengers are awake long before......could I suggest serving the snack earlier as it prevents a very rushed service as trays are collected and cabin secured very near to the actual landing?"

It was impossible to pre-check in and our seats assignments were terrible. Flight from Houston-to-Chicago was over three hours delayed. The flight from Chicago to Houston was also delayed, once again were seats assignments were all over the place. This was not a good experience.

The crew was rude and lazy. Ran out of food and water. One crew member did not follow mask protocols.

Very small plane, not much legroom. No organisation to boarding and no in-flight snacks provided as standard apart from water/juice.

Výhody: "Well this was a first for me. The flight was overbooked and some one wanted to go to New York. Finn Air asked me if I would give up my seat they would get me on the next Finn Air flight to Chicago. I did and they even up graded me to business class on the next flight. It was the best flight experience of my life. Great food, hosts, and service. It was very comfortable the entire way."
Nevýhody: "There was no reason given why the flight left Helsinki 35 minutes from schedule. Boarding aircraft seem to take a longer time than usual for a full flight. The flight crew during boarding in economy didn't have the push needed to get everyone seated in an efficient manner. The tv screen does not move out far enough to view when the person in front has their seat all the way back. Selection is limited compared to the non stop flight previous from Miami to Helsinki. There isn't an option to view the flight details in flight which is interesting to some passengers. At least have the option."

Nevýhody: "Unfortunately the flight was done by HiFly , not Finnair. Boarding took almost two hours, the whole flight crew behaved is if they were doing everybody a favor by being there. Entertainment options included like 6 movies and 2 tv shows, only 2 movies were more or less new, not much for a 10.30 hour flight. We really enjoyed our experience on the outbound flight with Finnair and were looking forward to this flight also, but Finnair didn't service this flight."

Nevýhody: "The boarding was awfully slow, and the flight departed nearly half an hour late. The cabin crew offered free water and coffee, once. Even then I had to ask the flight attendant, they did not ask me. No entertainment on the flight, magazines were rather pricy so I read a book and caught up with some sleep."

The seats were a little cramped, but overall I rate my experience as very good."

They were like cardboard and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. We were not able to sleep at all due to the discomfort! Additionally, they lost my luggage. It has been more than 24 hrs since I landed and I still haven't heard anything from them as to where my luggage was, when I should expect it why it still hasn't been delivered. Overall, a terrible experience."

Nevýhody: "$100 for your second checked bag and then another $100 if it's overweight. I think this was criminal for an international flight, and I will not fly Finn Air again because of this. Also you have to pay 25 Euro for your seat after already booking the flight. Additionally the leg room is average at best."
Výhody: "This was a Finnair ticket on a BA flight. The price was excellent and BA was excellent."
Výhody: "The flight was fantastic. It wasn't a full flight so I was moved to an exit row for more leg space. All the crew was very nice except for one lady. They distributed water often which was nice. You get options for dinner and breakfast."
Nevýhody: "My problems began after landing. I booked a flight from LAX to Amsterdam, with a layover at Heathrow. When I originally checked in, they didn't send my things all the way through to my final destination. I had to exit the airport at Heathrow to retrieve my bag and go back through security, while trying to make my connecting flight."

They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

Airport is terribly designed, lacking clear signage and navigation. TSA was a disaster and no one seemed remotely concerned about my father’s comfort or needs."

I had a trip interruption and got stuck in Chicago and would of had to wait another full 24hrs to take the flight to Denver. tired and nauseated after being all day at the airport that at midnight, i knew that I couldn't hold off till the next evening, took the next flight back."

All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."

That level of customer service was beyond any I’ve received with an American-based airline. Also, the crew on the plane was fantastic and a great choice of movies. I flew American on the way home and was shocked at the lack of customer service and rudeness, I will happily fly British Airways again and again."

It didn’t seem like the crew was paying too much attention to this. In general the crew was pleasant, but there didn’t appear to be much sincerity in the pleasantries."
Nevýhody: "Never took the flight because BA would not rebook me on a later flight after delays on their side caused me to miss my original flight, even though there were seats available on the later flight. This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Nevýhody: "This airline is one of the worst in Europe, for the simple reason of putting short-term profits ahead of decent treatment of the customer. My flight across the Atlantic was 4 hours late, and BA refused to put me on the next available to Prague, even though the lateness forced me to miss the BA flight I have been booked on. Their reason referred to a technicality in the booking procedure, but actually BA has put in place "policies" aimed at their financial advantage, over and above reasonable treatment of the customer. BA's refusal to rebook me cost me a lot of inconvenience (3 hours on the phone, for one thing) plus about $150 (I am taking another route to Prague); BA was then able to sell both my original seat and an extra seat on the next flight from Heathrow to Prague. I will never fly BA again in my life if I can help it."

Didn´t allow us enough time to get train, take bus, we had over 500 people lined up for bus, get through TSA, they pulled my suitcase for inspection, but didn´t look at it for 15 minutes until i called a supervisor as my connecting flight was leaving, and in fact, it had left as TSA does this purposefully and maliciously as it apparently happens all the time per ÇBritish Airways who had to reticket us. We had to return to A section another 20 minutes to be reticketed and luckily got on another flight to <madrid. Terrible experience with TSA. Very rude, angry, abusive staff."
Nevýhody: "Our flight from Denver to London was canceled at the last minute last night. The information from your email and the number given from you notifying me of the cancellation only gave British Airway to contact for redress. It took over an hour on the phone to get another flight which was 2 days later with now 2 days less of our vacation. Not to mention the loss of 2 hotel room payments. Kayak was of no help in this matter. Plus our flight reservation prohibited us from getting our flight on another flight the next day. If I had known that I never would have used Kayak. I am extremely unhappy with how this was handled. I expect to be reimbursed for our lost Hotel room costs and the costs associated with lost tours from you. Please contact me with how you will go about doing this."

I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

On London airport, I was sent back for the gate because I showed up early and they ask me to take care of the screen and wait for the gate #, when they showed the # , I went to the gate and was told my flight had left an hour ago and sent me back walking . I was wearing an orthopedic shoe, due to a toe fracture and i had to walk again all this long distance back to the terminal.!! British airway gave another flight and had to pay $279 dlls for a ticket to Madrid.2 hrs later. My flight was by Iberia and the service. was excelent. I wonder if the insurance , I bought initially will cover something of the $ 279 dlls ticket ? Fligth back to EUA was by AA and service was excellent"

Nevýhody: "There are no air vents on these planes! 4 of the 4 international flights of 10+ hours each did not have individual air vents. The heat was unbearable. We were sweating the entire time. There are individual computers in each row taking up some of the seat B (middle seat) legroom. These blow hot air and heat up the plane even more. I have never been on a flight where there weren't vents and it is the #1 reason why I won't be flying British Airways again. The TV screens are also outdated. The selection is alright but the screens are blurry and have a grid burned in on them."

We will have have spent 2 nights on a plane and 36 hours instead of one night and 16 hours. Rotten way to depend your 50th anniversary."

The flight attendants were knowledgeable and informative. Our incoming flight was delayed due to snow and ice. Once we were aboard the flight from Denver to Detroit, the pilot informed us that we needed to go to de-icing prior to lift off. He led us to believe that it would only delay our trip by 10-15 minutes. We sat on tarmac for one hour prior to lift off. I definitely appreciate the safety process of de-icing but I wish the pilot had given a more realistic estimate of time of departure.

They rebooked everyone on new flights, but it took an extra stop in Toronto before getting us to Montreal. Once it was rebooked for the morning, it took off a little late. Plus the pretzels they gave us were stale. This was the first of two flights I took this trip that had mechanical issues, so they obviously need to fix their planes better or get new ones, because two Air Canada flights in one day that have mechanical problems leaves me worried that the planes aren't in optimal condition. It took me over 24 hours to get from Tucson, AZ to Montreal, Canada when normal travel takes less than 8 hours including layovers."

There is no evidence that it's even in their lexicon- not a part of their recruitment or selection process or training, ever! They're main focus and only positivity is saved for themselves. There may be a long line of concerned and anxious travelers but their priority is getting coffees for the battle ahead! They break their focused indifference only for each other and enthusiastically leave their post to satisfy each other's needs and attention. This has got to change! Why do we put up with such awful service for which we are the paying customer? Why are we, their customers, not valued? This airline makes record profits, provides less, charges for everything and increasingly delivers bad service, sometimes offensively bad! It doesn't cost more to hire a customer centric pleasant person, or incorporate guest experience into training or at the very least be friendly and smile! What if an airline just did that?! They'd differentiate themselves and develop a positive customer centered culture. Don't we deserve that, at the very least?!"
Nevýhody: "Crew wasn't helpful and attentive, boarding staff in Toronto were blatantly rude to me, I watched as my luggage got handled aggressively, the plane was dirty with old food crumbs and such, my flight to Windsor got cancelled and accomadations were not met sufficiently."
