That means I have missed my flights from Manchester to UK with Air Lingus (booked through Kayak website) It seems I must now purchase a new ticket to get home from Manchester to Nashville. All expenses I can ill afford. Lesson learned...cannot afford to use Kayak anymore...sorry."

But not only that, there was a passenger seated in the middle seat who was not well and she kept feeling nausea and wanting help but the crew did not know what else to do having asked if there was a doctor on board. But they were not very gentle with her in their responses. I am not sure if this had anything to do with the fact that she was a muslim dressed in traditional gear."

Výhody: "Visa for India was not checked in Denver. Landed in Frankfurt and discovered that the visa was expired. Stuck in Frankfurt for 3 nights until new visa was issued. No babes the entire time I was in Germany. Arrived in Mumbai after paying the $350 US change fee and no bags. Bags finally arrived on Monday at 9AM Without clothes, toiletries and medications for 6 nights. Now I am delayed and will probably have to pay rebuke and fare change to extend my stay here."

Nevýhody: "The boarding process was confusing. Lack of clear signs and announcements didn't help to form lines. People just went to the gates after families, handicapped, vets, etc..passed the gates, business and first. Improving that process by forming ordered lines would help. Entertainment presented movies that are old and have been dysplayed on flights for years. Entertainment in general is poor. Seating not as expected! I chose my seat online and once on the plane I found out the organization of the seats was different than the one displlayed online. I chose an aisle sea on a 3 seat row and I ended up on a 4 seat row and squeezed in between two other passengers. The seats are "growing" smaller and smaller, and the shape and mobility of the chairs makes them uncomfortable. On my row there were 3 screens installed on the ahead seats, and my screen was by 3/4 in front of the passenger on my right. That made difficult controlling the screen function with me stretching my harm over the other passenger's face. I payed $2,000 for that flight in economy. $2,000 for an economy class is not cheap! And you don't offer a great experience. Either lower the price or improve the overall experience."

Výhody: "I've flown on many different airlines since I was 10 years old and hands down this Lufthansa flight was the best and smoothest flight I have ever experienced. First of all, the plane was very comfortable and had good leg room. The flight staff were all extremely courteous and attentive. There was one point where I was reading in the dark and the crew member asked if I wanted the light turned on to read! Normally I don't sleep on flights, and the same crew member asked if I wanted ice cream since I don't feel like sleeping. The crew seemed to have this magic ability to make the flight more comfortable without the passenger having to even think about it, or try to ask for extra service. All of the crew were just very outstanding and organized throughout the entire flight, they were all generally very helpful and kind. By the time I got off the 14 hour flight, I didn't feel even the slightest bit tired or anxious, I was able to spend time with my friends in Budapest upon landing and stay out till 2 am without having to sleep or rest because the flight was so good."

Výhody: "The process of helping me to get on the connecting flight on time - a person led all those making this particular connecting flight to a bus and then straight to the gate. A very smart way to ensure we didn't stress or have to find the gate ourselves. Very impressive"

Nevýhody: "Rude (American) passengers not keeping the "curtain down", when it was time to rest, and being very chatty. Also baby crying, but this is inevitable, it happened to all of us, when we had small babies."

Nevýhody: "Why do LH insist on serving the 2nd meal/beverage service in economy class until 50 minutes before the flight lands? I suspect they would argue it allows passengers to have greater rest however in Y class the passengers are awake long before......could I suggest serving the snack earlier as it prevents a very rushed service as trays are collected and cabin secured very near to the actual landing?"

Food - disgraceful “tapas” dish of literally one scrap of ham, an equally small piece of cheese and half a scotch egg. Crew - disinterested to the point of surliness. Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

Nevýhody: "Never took the flight because BA would not rebook me on a later flight after delays on their side caused me to miss my original flight, even though there were seats available on the later flight. This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

I do understand that I was flying economy, but that doesn't mean nothing should be cleaned."

Nevýhody: "British Airways did not have a plane available in timely manner. They were jerking us around with the departure time. They changed the departure time over 6x. The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

On London airport, I was sent back for the gate because I showed up early and they ask me to take care of the screen and wait for the gate #, when they showed the # , I went to the gate and was told my flight had left an hour ago and sent me back walking . I was wearing an orthopedic shoe, due to a toe fracture and i had to walk again all this long distance back to the terminal.!! British airway gave another flight and had to pay $279 dlls for a ticket to Madrid.2 hrs later. My flight was by Iberia and the service. was excelent. I wonder if the insurance , I bought initially will cover something of the $ 279 dlls ticket ? Fligth back to EUA was by AA and service was excellent"

Nevýhody: "The seats on these flights are poor. As well as being narrow, there are bars on either side that dig in to your sides. My ongoing one hour domestic flight had more comfortable seats. Fod choice poor. Chicken Curry or Cheese/Tomato Lasagna. If I want a vegetarian meal I'll order one beforehand. Give me two meat options. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Is it cost cutting? Seems like it to me. Not impressed."

They described how they waited until group 3 was called and then went right through. While we were waiting, we watched them do it again. If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."

Nevýhody: "The flight kept getting delayed bc of mechanical problems, and then eventually cancelled. They rebooked everyone on new flights, but it took an extra stop in Toronto before getting us to Montreal. Once it was rebooked for the morning, it took off a little late. Plus the pretzels they gave us were stale. This was the first of two flights I took this trip that had mechanical issues, so they obviously need to fix their planes better or get new ones, because two Air Canada flights in one day that have mechanical problems leaves me worried that the planes aren't in optimal condition. It took me over 24 hours to get from Tucson, AZ to Montreal, Canada when normal travel takes less than 8 hours including layovers."

Výhody: "Nothing! Unpleasant unhelpful crew at gate, no better onboard, absolutely moist cramped seating ever! Disorganized and late- boarding, departing, waited to disembark at arrival, 25 min before first bag off baggage......dreadful no one cares"
Nevýhody: "Thank you for choosing Air Canada- smiles and goodbyes- where's all that Before you leave? They treat you like problem cattle to be dealt with, you're anonymous and valueless until you leave then they look at you and thank you?! Missing sincerity And service!"

Nevýhody: "No apology for lateness, flight boarded late, took off 40 min late, arrived 35 minutes late but we sat at gate waiting for someone to open it ?!, then another 15 min before bags started to unload Ridiculous but indicative of airlines You are not their valued guest or even their customer, you are a problem that needs to be solved and are consequently met with preloaded annoyance and a readiness to dismiss, placate at the best of times but definitely not please, impress, sympathize or satisfy. There is no evidence that it's even in their lexicon- not a part of their recruitment or selection process or training, ever! They're main focus and only positivity is saved for themselves. There may be a long line of concerned and anxious travelers but their priority is getting coffees for the battle ahead! They break their focused indifference only for each other and enthusiastically leave their post to satisfy each other's needs and attention. This has got to change! Why do we put up with such awful service for which we are the paying customer? Why are we, their customers, not valued? This airline makes record profits, provides less, charges for everything and increasingly delivers bad service, sometimes offensively bad! It doesn't cost more to hire a customer centric pleasant person, or incorporate guest experience into training or at the very least be friendly and smile! What if an airline just did that?! They'd differentiate themselves and develop a positive customer centered culture. Don't we deserve that, at the very least?!"

Nevýhody: "Crew wasn't helpful and attentive, boarding staff in Toronto were blatantly rude to me, I watched as my luggage got handled aggressively, the plane was dirty with old food crumbs and such, my flight to Windsor got cancelled and accomadations were not met sufficiently."

Nevýhody: "We were crammed in with no room to move. no way to get comfortable. Seats not comfortable. Very tight space and not pleasant."

Bathrooms were not cleaned during the flight and there were tissues everywhere. The dinner was terrible. I had the pasta and it was just gross tasting. I don't even know what kind of sauce they tried to put on it."

The food was inedible, and beverages were limited to 3 choices coffee, water or juice. I was trying to sleep on the plane but every time a flight attendant would walk past me they would run into me (and I was very much within my seat) and wake me up. They also woke me up to ask if I wanted food twice. The seats were so uncomfortable. I'm an able bodied 20 something and if I am in this much physical pain from flying I can't imagine what an elderly person must feel like after flying Air Canada. The pillow that was provided gave me no comfort what so ever, it wasn't think enough to even offer some back support."

Nevýhody: "i booked a flight through kayak going from denver to milan. i showed up at the airport in denver to fly out yeserday only to find out that i was going to frankfurt germany. i am now in munich germany and never made it to milan. i was one of many people i met on the flight that also booked with air canada thinking they were headed to milan. air canada kept trying to put the blame off to my booking company. i don't know who to be ticked off at. please advise."

Customers did not get any information about why they were leaving at 23:25 rather than 20:55. Finally one agent started to fill us in but no announcements in gate area. This was a really unpleasant delay situation. We needed a lot more information and gate agents to help out. I will strongly try to avoid Air Canada in the future. Overall two thumbs down on the experience."

Nevýhody: "The flight attendants on this flight did NOT do their job. If they are there to ensure a safe environment for the people on board, they completely missed the boat. I was in row 45. Two families were on board with their 4 very young children. For the entire 8 hour flight, 3 of these children disrupted the entire section of the plane. They continuously played in the aisles, stood in the seats, kept their seat belts unbuckled, threw objects, and one blasted his iPad at maximum volume. When I asked one flight attendant to ask the family to get the child to lower the volume on his iPad (it was 4am; people were either using their ear buds, or had their screens turned off), they complied with the request for 30 minutes, then resumed at full throttle. I can honestly say, it was one of the worst flights I have ever experienced in 57 years."
