Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

It would seem this was at least in part something within the sphere of factors the airline is able to control. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

As a matter of fact I ended up declining the last meal served because I was still full from the first meal and snack. The crew was friendly and professional. I really liked the bathroom waiting area on the lower deck, which was great place to stretch out and do a few exercises on a long flight."
Nevýhody: "To begin with I should mention I am 6'1" and stocky, so the economy seat was a bit tight; my knees were against the back of the seat in front of me. The previous flight coming to Europe had more room between the seats. The biggest problem by far was that the Eurowings flight was delayed by 8 hours! The Lufstansa customer service at first handed us a sheet of paper with contact information for Eurowings, Once she found out that we booked the original flight through Air Canada, she was able to help us get another flight. The flight was routed through San Francisco, with a transfer to a United flight to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the United flight has 'technical' issues that delayed it another three and a half hours! So, rather than getting home to Las Vegas at 4 p.m. on Thursday, we ended up getting home at 4 a.m. on Friday morning. We never were told why the original flight was delayed 8 hours!"

Positive: The flight was on time, which is quite a rarity, especially for low-cost carriers. Negative: In full Covid-19 pandemic wave, most of the passengers were checked for boarding, but instead of either being allowed to directly board the plane or at least to wait in front of the boarding gate at a relatively safe distance, everyone was crammed into a tiny space between the boarding desk and the actual gate. I'm not sure I wouldn't been comfortable being piled together with 150 other people in a little over 50sqm in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. Also, despite the plane only being at around 2/3 capacity and most of the extra legroom seats being unoccupied, the flight attendants were very reluctant to allow a fellow travel companion to sit in the same extra legroom row with me, because "these seats cost more than the regular seats", which I thought was very petty (regardless of whether it was company policy or the attendants' own rigid attitude towards the situation).
The one thing I must say is that the flight wasn't full at all, and in this case, I'm really unsure why they wouldn't sit people farther from each other.

Nevýhody: "The don't let you sit together unless you pay extra, it's absolutely absurd. Thay put us on the opposite side of the airplane."
Nevýhody: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."
Nevýhody: "not charge me for carry on luggage"
Výhody: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Nevýhody: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."
Výhody: "Overall experience was good. Boarding was fine and onboard crew was nice and helpful."
Nevýhody: "Seats do not recline and there is not a lot of legroom, especially if you are over 180 cm."
Výhody: "The cheap fares"

Výhody: "The flight was on time, even though it left with almost 30 mins' delay (despite the fact that boarding was complete with a few minutes before the schedule take off time)."
Nevýhody: "Seat comfort - the seats are tied with Ryanair for worst comfort (rigid and very cramped). Worst of all, though, as with Ryanair - seat allocation. Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"
Nevýhody: "Not accusing the customer of not having a priority booking when they do, not having an hour long wait, and not accusing the customer of having a bag too big when it wasn’t."
Výhody: "The crew was really nice"
Nevýhody: "1h30 delay for no specific reason is unacceptable"
Výhody: "On time departure"
Nevýhody: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."
Výhody: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Nevýhody: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."
Výhody: "Service, smiling and attention to details."
Nevýhody: "No kosher food."
Výhody: "I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice."
Nevýhody: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."
Výhody: "On time, cabin crew, ease of boarding and amount of bags I could take with Priority Boarding"
Nevýhody: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."
Nevýhody: "Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again."
Výhody: "Staff was nice and felt bad for their company’s policy."
Nevýhody: "I was charged $45 US dollars to print my boarding pass!!! I’m used to only being able to check in 24 hours before my flight. I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads."
Výhody: "Late over two hours due to late arrival of the plane and even so they board us for nothing cauosng us to wait withot bathroom sitta etc."
Nevýhody: "Couldn’t check in online. Got to airport to be told I couldn’t fly because fully booked. Still here in Macedonia. The earliest they could fly me back is Tuesday. Absolutely disgusting , fuming !!!!"

Nevýhody: "flight was delayed by 90min, boarding started (even plane wasn't here yet; people herded to air field, waiting, then sent back to terminal, for nothing, all in the rain flight supposedly delayed by 30min (really 90min) due to plane late from Belgrade (WizzAir doesn't have a scheduled flight form Belgrade) - clueless or making up stories to get rid of guests?"

Nevýhody: "Both flights were Delaid. It was unorganized in every point, felt like chaos. Ryanair sells same services for cheaper price, so I thought it was overpriced."

Výhody: "Mobile app is very good, but just allow you to download boarding pass on PDF version right at the moment of the check in"
Nevýhody: "They didn't let me flight. Even that I did the online check in 24 hours before they didn't send me the boarding pass on PDF format via email. Also there were no way to download it from the mobile app or the website. I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. Výhody: "Purchased priority boarding for a change which was nice to be able to not have to jump in the queue quickly. Boarding was fine and the crew were very friendly and professional. The extra legroom seats over the wing provided a good extra space."
Nevýhody: "The cleanliness of the plane was not good, the carpets were fraying and the seats were old and tired. The seats were positioned too upright and there was no option to recline the seat so it was a very straight seat for 2hrs on the flight."

Výhody: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."
Nevýhody: "The seats don’t lean back and do not have a lot of cushion."
Nevýhody: "Arrived at the airport 2 hours before departure, I was not aware you can't checkin at the airport and need to pay 30 euros for it. The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"

Nevýhody: "The fact that they have small carry on allowance (free) or with a 7cm difference in width a "large carry on" allowance . To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."
Nevýhody: "As Usual always late, left us sitting in a bus on the tarmac for ages in30 deg heat. awful. will never use again"
Nevýhody: "Crampt seats, mob to board the plane, hour delay with no reason given."
Výhody: "Cost was ok but you get into the trap where every turn is a cost option. The cost can climb to the point where other scheduled flights compete."
Nevýhody: "The web site is laborious. Checking in was 48hrs prior and frankly you should be able to choose what remaining seats are available as a no cost option. You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

Výhody: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"
Nevýhody: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."
Výhody: "We landed in one piece"
Nevýhody: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

Nevýhody: "No hand luggage Normal luggage is the most expensive in the market ! No customer services ! Do ur self a fav and don't book it"
Výhody: "Staff were friendly, when they weren't trying you charge you for everything"
Nevýhody: "I've flown on dozens of airlines, and Wizz Air has to be one of the absolute worst in terms of arbitrary and punitive charges. I managed to avoid them, but you never know when they'll give you a €30 fee because your shoelaces are too long."
Less queueing time on the tarmac.
Everything was smooth and fine.
Nevýhody: "More legroom but then I'm tall. Otherwise just what you would expect from a budget airline"
Výhody: "I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff"
Nevýhody: "Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again."
Nevýhody: "Ice is not carried on flights by RyanAir"
Výhody: "Used tissue stuck in the seat from previous flight ."
Výhody: "Boarding was quick and tickets are very affordable."

Nevýhody: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

Nevýhody: "The gate was in a sheet-metal hangar outside the terminal alongside the parked plane, no bathroom or seating. We had to line up for the plane outside in the night air for 30 minutes before boarding. We were overcharged for checked baggage."
Nevýhody: "Everything was awful - the long lines, dirty cramped seats, and dirty bathrooms They couldn’t even serve tea & milk as they didn’t have any milk It is truly the worst airline"
Nevýhody: "This is my first time to fly with Ryan Air with unforgettable exciting experience. Check in T2A and depart at 'T2B , no flight details ."
Nevýhody: "I don't think it was very clear when I made the reservation that paying for a checked bag was only one way. I would like to have some reminder or notification that I had selected only one way. I was surprised to have to pay for the bag on the way back. And it was significantly more than on the website."
Výhody: "The few were incredibly amazing they were very friendly and educated, always there to help."
Nevýhody: "Flight supposed to start at 18.55 but we didn’t take off until 9.45pm. I ended up paying extra money for a hotel because we arrived at 12.36 and the car rental were closed. A waste of money, no food, not water. Hope to claim back compensation for my hotel stay."
Nevýhody: "Delayed at Stansted due to Donald Trump"
Nevýhody: "Boarding commenced after the given departure time with no sign of a delay on the departure boards. There was no clear guidance for queuing, so the speedy boarding we paid extra for was close to useless, staff then scanned boarding passes without a care for passports. Once on the plane the flight was delayed for 2 hours and only after 45 mins of sitting around waiting for an explanation were we given one by the captain."

Nevýhody: "Boarding was not convenient, a lot of walking outside and standing near the plane. We were not offered just water for free. The worst thing: husband and wife with one checked in bag and one carry on bag can't board together, should board in different time."

Nevýhody: "Had tickets with reserved seats. Check-in counter opened only shortly before flight. I checked a bag at the counter (not at the gate) and was surprised to learn that the fee was 40 Euros instead of the expected 25. We were marched outside to stand for 15 minutes before anyone was permitted to board."

Nevýhody: "I used my carry on suitcase for a Ryanair flights in Brussels and for multiple other flights with other airlines and had no issues. At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

Nevýhody: "Plane arrived at Stansted late. The queues were horrendous and not clearly marked. One of the ground staff was very rude to an Indian lady who only asked if it was the correct queue to be in. Perhaps the customer was Indian born and the ground staff was British born of Indian descent? Flight arrived late to destination by about 30mins."

Výhody: "If you just need to hop across countries and can get by without knowing your seat or without a big bag, take Ryan. They’re reliable and you get exactly what you pay for."
Nevýhody: "You’re not going to like it if you don’t like to get nickled and dimed to death. Check in and print a boarding pass before you get to the airport...it’s 50 quid if you check in in person!"
Výhody: "Flight boarding was delayed but arrived on time to the destination. Cheap flight"
Nevýhody: "No entertainment or free snacks/water. Flights were cheap but you can't cancel them, just modify the reservation. I bought the return flight to a different airport by mistake but i was not able to cancel"
Výhody: "Cheap flights - that’s about it for the positives.."
Nevýhody: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"

Výhody: "As a frequent traveler I liked how quick the process was. Fast without skimping on service. Make sure to check in online and pay for your bags prior to avoid high fees. Worth it if you read up on airline and policies before."
Nevýhody: "The gate closes 30 minutes before flight takes off. Make sure to get there extra early for checking bags and security."
Nevýhody: "Complete chaos at the airport, with no real queue. Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Výhody: "Service was great, plane was clean and flight was smooth"
Nevýhody: "Seats were not super comfortable but what can you expect from a budget airline?"
Nevýhody: "The crew is not welcoming, cramped seat, long line and force to check in my bag and paid 50euros."

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Výhody: "Excellent crew, much better than what I have seen in n other carriers, very competent and friendly. Otherwise, Ryanair locations, terminals, check-in, boarding are just a big chaotic pain"
