Výhody: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing."

They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

I wanted to check in online but I had to no reservation or ticket number is provided so I had to go to my old reservations to find it. .Next I wanted to pay for my luggage online but there was no link given. It says you can do it cheaper on Lufthansa.com but I could not find where you can actually do that. All in all spend 30 minutes with no result. Had to pay at check in $44 instead of $27. And it was just one of many other problems and inconveniences with their website."

When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."
Nevýhody: "When I booked the flight, it did not say that I was not allowed to check any bags. My wife and I had one each, and it costed us €140 total to bring the luggage. If I had known there was a slightly more expensive ticket that would have allowed us to check a luggage each, I would of course have chosen that. Very poor information provided."

Snacks available for sale include potato chips and nuts. It's 2017 folks - up your game!"

When I got to the airport, they told me I had a bag on my connecting flight from Copenhagen to Helsinki but not on my flight to Copenhagen from LHR. At the airport I was charged 60 pounds for a small bag. Crazy! Completely unreasonable. Never flying SAS again if I can avoid it."
Nevýhody: "to realise at the airport that they will charge me 70 EUR for one luggage for one way only is outrageous! it wasnt clear at all that there wasnt luggage included in the price of the ticket... all of my previous tickets bought via kayak and priceline were also with luggage included and we have understood the given price as including luggage! i find it very negative and very bad experience and feel robbed, this is not acceptable business approach. my suggestion is that you will refund me the extra cost for the luggage. thank you."

Nevýhody: "This was a 9 hour flight where if the lights were off, a baby would sleep. Instead, the lights were left on to encourage the purchase of food/drink and airmail knick knacks."

Nevýhody: "Contact via email about a delayed plane. The email made it sound like I cancelled the flight. Then sent to a hotel on the metro with no places to see within walking distance. Stuck with mediocre food and room. Put on a different carrier. Luggage was lost. Have tried to call SAS to no avail and have not been contacted back. Lost money on a beach cottage due to the delay. Had to buy clothes and essentials in order to keep plans in the states. Bag was missing for two days and delivered at 9 pm."

Výhody: "I loved the timeliness of the food service, and the options available for beverage service. The selection of movies and music available on the TV screen in the seat back was great, and allowed the time on the long plane ride to pass a little faster. The captain was extremely informative, about our flight path, the wind conditions, weather at our destination, etc. I particularly enjoyed the information he provided, because on some flights, you rarely hear from the person flying the plane."
Nevýhody: "The boarding process was interesting: those that needed assistance and business class 1st (understood), but then front of the plane, back of the plane, and finally the middle. I don't feel this made things go any faster - we still waited in line for quite some time in the jetway. I don't understand having front, back, and middle. Just let all economy get in line, or do something efficient like load the window seats first, the aisle, and for the seats in the middle of the plane, have the middle seats load 1st, and then the aisle seats. Seats got uncomfortable during the flight. Also, the person in front of me reclined ALL the way, so the top of her seat was only a few inches in my face. Most flights I have been on don't allow the seats to recline that far. I could barely get out of my seat to get up and go to the bathroom."
Výhody: "The crew was VERY friendly and attentive. They responded quickly to requests and were very pleasant. Everyone was showed attention to details and put customer comfort at the forefront. They allowed people to relocate to seats allowing for more room and comfort once everyone boarded and empty seats were identified. The snacks and meals were tasty and generous. The entertainment options offered something for everyone - great music and movie choices. I would definitely fly Aer Lingus again."
Nevýhody: "Didn't have the opportunity to book seats on return trip. Booked the seats on outgoing and found out when we got to airport they were already assigned to someone else."

Great options for entertainment - and we didn't have to "pay as you go." Clearly covered in price of the flight. Same with luggage - love not having to pay separate bag charge. Much preferred over the "nickel-and-dime-you-to-death" approach of U.S. airlines!"

Not sure what I was supposed to with those other than wipe the residue from the tray as it was now all soaked into my jeans"

Nevýhody: "I was surprised they didn't offer a free snack and drink. I was caught off guard not knowing that I had to pay for both and there wasn't any entertainment. There weren't screens for shows or music."

Nevýhody: "This flight was connection to Rome from US. In Rome, my luggage never made it. Same flight a few days earlier, my mother has the same thing happen. If they can't get luggage on a connection, something is wrong. There was plenty of time. Otherwise flights were fine."

Nevýhody: "Initially we thought we were flying with British Airways. We then had to do some digging to realize it was all out of American Airlines. Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

Nevýhody: "Flight was late out of Toronto making eight people miss the Glasgow connection. Remaining Glasgow flights for the day were full. Aer lingus staff at customer service seemed confused on what to do with us. Finally, after talking to a manager they offered to route us through London to Glasgow. Very frustrating, not sure why they couldn't hold the Glasgow flight to accommodate all of us? It would of been a lot easier for us!!"
