Výhody: "I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar. seats were comfortable and reclined quite far."

The last of the crew members suggested that an alternative seat or a future flight voucher could be given, but neither of these materialized. Food mediocre, and crew polite, but some not particularly friendly."

The entertainment system needs special mention for its awfulness. The system in Business class would be considered poor even in Econ - small screen, terrible picture quality and a painful, prehistoric interface."

Výhody: "The flight attendants qere very nice and friendly. Spoke great English. They came by often with drinks and snacks. All the food was actually good! The seats were fairly comfy and there was actually room! Even when the person in front of me leaned back, my legs still didn't touch the back of the seat (I'm 5-10 with long legs). Very happy with swiss!"

Nevýhody: "See comment above. Zurich airport transfer desk was not staffed by Swiss air staff. Made resolution of missed flight more difficult. Also was not informed till I checked in at San Francisco that my bag would probably not arrive at the time I arrived in Geneva."

Nevýhody: "Booked four flights from Zurich to Prague, but plans changed. No way to get a refund or cancellation although I tried two weeks beforehand. Disappointing to say the least."

Výhody: "I had a super-short connection from Stockholm at Zurich (going to JFK), and I just assumed I'd have to be rebooted, but they held the plane for all of us! Entertainment was excellent, service was great - I really like the food, although I don't eat well on flights. Comfortable - I slept for a few hours. Really great experience (until I hit customs in JFK, but SwissAir has no influence on that :) )"

There is no possible way for anyone who isn't seriously sedated to sleep or even sit for any extended period of time in what amount to slightly cushioned coffins. I literally spent an hour in the toilet trying to fall asleep because at least in there I had room to extend my legs. At least in there I could actually breathe (the ventilation system is totally inadequate for anyone sitting near the windows and results in horribly stuffy and uncomfortable air.)"

Nevýhody: "Both flights were excellent. At Zurich airport is were I was disappointed in some staff at the gate. Two employees were rude towards me but the flight home & the staff made up for it for being very friendly & helpful. Over all would fly Swiss air again"

TA gives free drinks, a couple of meals, blankets, and the travel bag, only a snobby priss would gripe about flying with them. I've flown enough budget airlines that give you NOTHING that I love flying TA!"

Nevýhody: "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Nevýhody: "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."

Nevýhody: "If you sit the the second cabin on the 777 they run out of buns and champagne by the time they get to you which is unacceptable for business class and they only finished the meal service 2 and a half hours into a 10:30 pm departure flight which is way too slow. They tried to lie to me that they didn't have champagne but I saw them opening 2 bottle when I went to the front lavatory. Between meal services crew is non existent."

Nevýhody: "Didn't get to Instanbul or my destination of Budapest. There were mechanical Issues that I was told were weather issues. I was delayed over 12 hours, missed two connections and given the runaround about getting a place to stay for the night. The shuttle service provided took another hour at 2am! $47 to cover four meals and no mention of flight credit on my first leg for the HUGE inconvenience. A direct flight to Budapest a 27 hours after the fact is the best they could do and wanted to charge me a change fee too!! My vacation is cut short by this mess and my travel companions already in country are waiting on me to get their trip started. I will not be using Air Canada or Turkish air until they can communicate between one another and provide at least average customer service. So, it's safe to say that it will be the 12th of NEVER when I fly Air Canada"

Couldn't answer regulations for transporting pets, had to dig up rules and regulations online myself. Made a reservation the same day for the dog and they never sent a confirmation. Went to their office at Pearson and they had no clue as well. Two days before the flight they called to tell me my dog can't fly due to unknown reasons and created a MAJOR nightmare. I paid $400 for papers and cage for the dog only. Very very unprofessional and will NEVER fly with Turkish Airlines again!!!"

Výhody: "New aircraft 787. Direct flight from Israel to Canada, no layover in Europe. That was nice. The crew was very friendly and helpful. The worst part was the airport in Toronto. Very confusing to get around in. And having to fill out custom papers for Canada when I wasn't staying in Canada or leaving the airport. Didn't like that. But the service of Air Canada makes up for the airport, I would use their service again."

Výhody: "This was a full sized AB 330-300 which was full. With two aisles - everyone is no more than 1 from an aisle. The desk staff and crew were excellent."
Nevýhody: "They delayed push back for 40 passengers that missed their connection. We left 20 minutes late and arrived only 7 minutes late."

Výhody: "This was an economy flight for the weekend. Everything was perfect except I believe the airlines policy of charging for checked baggage is leading people to take advantage. We were delayed briefly just for people trying to get way too much carry on baggage into the overhead compartments."

Bathrooms were not cleaned during the flight and there were tissues everywhere. The dinner was terrible. I had the pasta and it was just gross tasting. I don't even know what kind of sauce they tried to put on it."

Nevýhody: "Our first flight was cancelled 15 minutes before scheduled take-off. upon being bumped to another flight two hours later, that flight was delayed two hours after an issue during take-off. We remained on the plane while mechanic/engineering staff rectified the problem. We booked a flight to save time on driving. We would have arrived earlier had we drove. I understand things happen, but the airline eneds to take responsibility and show some good customer service. Aside from the pilot, no apology given, no reimbursement offered. Disappinting. Air Canada is now a last-resort option for a frequent flyer like myself."

Nevýhody: "The tiny little plane is pretty standard for going to and from Cleveland but the boarding gate was in a shack outside the main airport with almost no seating and horrible aesthetics. The flight attendant was rude and way to large (obese) to be on such a small airplane. It's likely we had to pay a fuel surcharge just to move her alone. I'm not being mean, but this flight was just terrible overall."

Nevýhody: "One flight cancelled and the rebooked flight was delayed 2 hours, causing us to miss connections. We ended up arriving in Montreal 9 hours after originally scheduled going from Columbus, Ohio to Montreal."

At one point i expressed my frustration and answer i got was "I'm sorry you feel that way". No sympathy what so ever. On the flight -the seats were horrible and food was disgusting."

Nevýhody: "No assigned seats for a family of four with kids? No movies unless you had cash (their Visa machine wasn’t working)"

Nevýhody: "Non existent customer service. No individual lighting in main cabin, no attempt to fix the problem. Bathrooms were falling apart and disgusting. Cattle car mentality."

Nevýhody: "Customer service was poor at best and the boarding process is a circus show. By far one of the worst I've ever experienced. The seats are unbelievably uncomfortable and have no leg room We purchased specific seats and got other seats. Why the heck purchase seats?"

Without headrest, it was difficult to sleep on the 10 hour flight. The seat has less legroom than other airlines, I have a 32" inseam and my knees touched the seat in front of me."

Nevýhody: "I arrived in Seattle on time expecting a 2.5 hour lay over for our 5:15 p.m Condor flight to Munich. All the reader board said was Condor Flight to Munich-Canceled with no other information provided. The condor website said the flight was on time as scheduled. We roamed around the Seattle airport for over an hour trying to find a Condor booth, apparently they don't have a permanent one. When we finally found a Condor booth I was told, "The good news is the flight isn't cancelled, it's just delayed." It was delayed 18 HOURS to 11:15 the following morning. We were told we would have to exit the airport and go to the Condor ticket booth for more information. I nervously exited the airport, because I knew I couldn't get back in without a ticket. I waited in line for over TWO HOURS to find out the plane was still in Germany! No other information was given. I was told I was going to be provided a hotel along with meal vouchers for dinner and breakfast. I was told to come back by 8:00 a.m. in the morning to get my ticket to Munich. Why? BECAUSE THEY WOULD ONLY BE AT THEIR BOOTH UNTIL 10:00 a.m. I was given a room at Days Inn Tukwilla which is right outside the South Center Mall and was in a very sketchy part of town. I did not feel safe there. The room was dirty, the lights didn't work, the deadbolt didn't work and when I tried to charge my phone the plug fell out of the outlet. Also, the front desk staff had no idea I was coming and did not know anything about meal vouchers. I got up early and arrived at 7:30 a.m. No one from Condor even showed up until 8:15 a.m. I finally got my ticket to Munich which was delayed another THREE HOURS to 2:15 p.m. Again, with no notice. I asked for my connecting flight info because I from Munich I was going to Rome. I was told that someone would be helping me with that once I landed in Germany. I was also told I would be able to file a claim for my meals once in Germany. When I debarked the plane in Germany there was an angry worker hurriedly yelling at us to get on the bus if our connecting flight was with Lufthansa, which mine was. I was not helped with filing a claim at all. I finally arrived in Rome and the airline had lost my luggage. So if you fly with condor expect the first two days of your vacation/travel plans to be ruined and expect three days for your luggage to get sent to you. I will never ever book a flight with Condor again. They ruined the first four days of my 10 day vacation."

Výhody: "The crew was very nice. Meals were provided. the tablet set up so that we could watch movies, TV, our location during the flight or listen to music. Flight was on time."
Nevýhody: "No leg room. The person in front of me reclined their seat and there was barely room for a coffee cup on the table. My husband, who is not a particularly tall person had his knees against the seat in the front. Frankfurt is an odd airport. I lost track of all the lines that we stood in. Had to pay for more selection on movies and TV."

Nevýhody: "The plane was older, seats less comfortable, and there was extremely limited entertainment for a 11 hr flight (only 2 free movies, the rest you must pay 8 Euro for access). The food was poor, no protein for the main meal and the second meal was served cold. I will never fly with Condor again, and will not recommend them to friends and family."

Výhody: "Nothing. Company 21+ hour delay with no info provided."
Nevýhody: "Flightfrom Seattle to Munich was "delayed" by 21+ hours. Company refused to provide info on connections until we arrived in Munich, and then only after an unguided search for the Lufthansa (not condor) info desk elsewhere in the airport. The flight crew had a connections list, but refused to announce the info. The company agents on the US side were contractors who stood behind an empty counter. They didn't/couldn't turn on the airport computers to help, suggesting we guess or connections using the internet. After a full day's delay, I was only able to give my host a 1 hour heads up regarding my arrival time, inconveniencing her too. Unbelievably indifferent staff attitudes. Terrible service all around. Don't fly Condor, and consider avoiding Lufthansa for tolerating such awful treatment if their less-moneyed customers."

Nevýhody: "I mailed the company before my flight to ask for a kosher meal and was told they don't offer kosher meals even if you're willing to pay an extra. They offer dozen of special meals, vegan, vegetarian, lactose free, gluten free, kids... you name it, but kosher isn't one of them. One of the crew member was kind enough to offer me fruits instead of a meal but a 10 hour trans-atlantic flight with no proper meal is extremely hard. Also they charge extra for a lot of things (3.5 euro for headphones). I wasn't satisfied and won't fly Condor in the future."

Nevýhody: "My "lacto free" meals included cheese and custard. Not very dairy free."

Nevýhody: "The flight was not with Lufthansa. It was with Condor, and they seem not to know very much about customer service. I get that the airport industry doesn't work based on customer service, but still."

Nevýhody: "Boarding was late due to airport staff not being available. Not enough legroom to be comfortable on a long haul flight. Baggage was lost."

Výhody: "Straight through flights from west coast to europe"
Nevýhody: "both the outgoing and return flights did not start boarding until after the flight was scheduled to leave. The gate leaving from Frankfurt had its own security line for just this gate, and then we were coralled in a small space waiting to board, and this little area was packed and really hot in comparison to the rest of the airport. Had to pay to choose a seat, as I didn't want them to stick me in a middle seat. also had to pay to get more than 2 movies, the card reader declined all 3 of my cards (they worked in the airport before boarding). I guess Im used to the fantastic service of Alaska airlines, where they are much more willing to give you free things on the plane, meals, drinks, especially if the card reader doesn't work. Luckily the gal next me had some cash to cover me. I also asked for a pen to fill out my custom papers, and a stewardess said no, she didn't have a pen and walked off. I would like to say I wouldn't fly them again, but they are cheap, and not having layovers is really nice"

Nevýhody: "Curfew in Frankfurt. Forced to spend the night as there are no flights going out in the airport after 11pm. Citizens of Frankfurt do not like airport noise. So just be aware of this when booking. Gate information isnt available or visible until 30 minutes before boarding. So if you're an early bird you are left wondering where to go or if you're in the right place. Boarding process is terrible. No announcement as to what section is boarding except for premium/first class. Free for all after that and rude gate staff. Like just open your mouth and tell us who is suppose to board so they'll be no confusion. If you are brown/black, please note security/police in Germany will do a "random" security check on you again at the gate. Just comply :-( As others mentioned the food is quite unsavory. Eat before you get on and bring plenty of snacks."

Výhody: "I paid 200 for extra legs space....they could not give it to me...but they said I could pay 200 more fore a better seat...but they did not want to credit me the first 200....so finally Mt ticket cost me 400 more....it s a rip off..."

Nevýhody: "The time between meals was really long so by the time I got the second meal I was truly hungry. Having your stomach rumbling in public is embarrassing. The pace at which the food was served was also an issue. It also took over 40 minutes to be served aftter they started to serve the meals"
