Finally, someone at the airport helped in re-booking our flights but I have yet to have anyone give me an answer regarding compensation! In addition, we are traveling with an infant which isn't easy but we had the bassinet seat on our original flight. Now it's sold out for the flight tomorrow and no one will assist in trying to help get us better seats. I understand things are out of your companies control but being in an airport with an 18-month baby isn't easy and no one in this company has made this crazy travel schedule easier. I would like someone to call me back or email me with something that could maybe be done to help us! No one at the call center will help!"

They gave me no alternative options, and instead only listed out a ridiculous list of fees and said I they could get me on a flight a different day for a total cost that was greater than what I had paid for the entire round trip ticket. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to connect me. I ended up buying a one way ticket home with another airline. I will not fly with Turkish Airlines again in the future, and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Just beware of this service if you see them listed as the cheapest option."

On this flight my tray was also broken so I couldn't ever put any drinks on it without them spilling everywhere. The flight attendants were the worst ones I have ever had on a flight. Very unpleasant and rude. They would barely pay attention to customers and would only gossip when they were making their rounds down the isles. One of them made an attempt to bump either my arm or my leg every time she walked paste me, not once apologizing. It was very clear that she was doing it on purpose. At one point she even kept bending over to get into one of her drawers on her cart and kept shoving her butt into my shoulder and in my face repeatedly without acknowledging me at all. I was returning from a trip overseas and my appearance was less than business casual but that is no excuse to treat me like that or any other customer riding on this airline. I enjoyed my flights with British Airways on my way to Europe. It's extremely unfortunate that these two airlines are sister companies and transfer people between them. From now on I will actively avoid taking any flights on a American Airlines unless I have absolutely no other option. Sadly, this may mean avoiding British Airways as well. It's sad when Allegiant Air offers better flights than such a reputable airline, such as this."

Nevýhody: "They charged me $90 for my luggage. Several weeks or perhaps even months after I booked, I received an e-mail saying I had booked Super Cheap Economy or some such. It had a link to pay for 'additional services' but not luggage. At the time of booking, I checked and the price given was $35. So, I have protested the additional $55 with my CC company and will see what happens. BTW the luggage was not overweight. They turned off all the lights, including my personal reading lamp, so I could not read and had to just sit there doing nothing. That really blew big chunks. I only got two small glasses of wine."

Everyone started vomitting because the landing (both times) were so horrible. Our first flight was late, we landed when the second was 'closing the doors', they never updated the monitors or informed the crew that the second plane was also delayed (by over an hour), so we rushed through customs and ran through the airport only to discover they hadn't even started boarding yet, even though the screen said it had departed. Completely disorganized."

I had to tell 3-4 crew members for them to at least broadcast a movie to my seat to make the flashing stop. I was also seated right next to the bathroom, which usually isn't so bad, but since most of the passengers were elderly, it was being used literally nonstop for the majority of the flight. The crew only briefly cleaned it once... I was seated next to a screaming toddler as well. This isn't really the airline's fault, but it certainly didn't help. I felt like I did not get my money's worth for this flight and that it was a poor experience."
