Great flight. everything was good but food. Pasta for breakfast. Beef flavor dish(not much beef to be found) with rice and couple of small salads.
I would fly this airline again, I would consider one step upgrade from economy for a flight over 5hrs but at 6ft I was still comfortable in economy

Flying Moscow to Delhi via Qatar Airways turned out bad , firstly the flight from Moscow to Doha is full and that's the reason for crew to not serve foods of choice for some passengers on board. Second bigpoint is doha to Delhi is operated via code share by Indigo. In short IndiGo is a shit airline to fly even domestically in India with because the planes are as bad as the service staff. Don't fly qatar India route in code share flights , especially it is codeshared with IndiGo

Better boarding system than just 4 zones. Within each zone, boarding needs to be done with specific rows at a time.
Wasnt full so that’s a plus. Staff were outstanding. Patient, curteous, responsive. Masks were enfoced which is great. I’ve travelled with young kids of my own and have had some rough experiences with them but there is ALWAYS some way to pasify a screeming child. Many parents on this flight didnt care at all. I was awoken by a toddler running past me, bumping into my elbow, screaming “tee non, tee non, tee non”. On these transcontinental flights, parents with little children should be given a special section, and parents need to be more reponsive to the issues causing their little ones to scream and cry nonstop for 16.5 hrs. Its not the kids’ fault. Also, why cant airlines get rid of static charged fleece throws? All that said, Qatar remains one of the better international carriers out there.

They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

Nevýhody: "Lufthansa cancelled my flight on November 23rd a few hours prior to departures because their pilots went on a strike. When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."
Výhody: "I like the friendly crew. They give refreshments at no charge on a 40 minute flight and get it done in time."
Výhody: "Food/drink choices and portions were very generous on our long haul flight over the Atlantic into central Europe from the west coast of the the US. Efficient boarding. Lots of entertainment options as well."

Nevýhody: "I wanted to check 2 bags, even though you only get one free checked bag for economy international. The desk agent at check-in wouldn't check my second bag and didn't know how much the fee even was for the second bag. She was not exactly pleasant, which might have been because it was 430 in the morning but still. I just ended up carrying on two pretty big bags. The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

[ ] Chaotic is an understatement! I was flying from Helsinki to Los Angeles via Stockholm and eventhough I booked everything directly thru finnair, they gave me only 35 min to change planes that required crossing accross terminal 5 and going thru customs. I asked helped to different staff multiple times and no one cared. Finally when I made it to the gate the flight had been delayed because finnair did the same thing to other flights yet the app and website never updated. Finnair made several of us think we had missed our flight! [ ] Then when I got to the gate, the staff checked all of my documents again eventhough I had been checked in Finland less than 2 hrs before. If you fly with Finnair get ready for chaos. [ ] Messy online presence. Too many emails saying the same thing but hard to find relevant information (for example, I couldn't find any information about the trip from Stockholm to LAX) [ ] they provide the option to check in online and tag your bags at the airport but then have no bag drop line at some airports. [ ] Luggage information in Helsinki was never clear and caused us to step out and have to ring the doorbell to get our bags. It took forever for someone to open the door. [ ] Staff are careless about customer comfort. In rovaniemi, we had to board thru the tarmac and the attendants didn't care that people had to wait outdoor on freezing temperatures while the passengers were taking forever to put in their luggage and sit down. [ ] the only positive is that the airplanes are in good condition.
It was a small Regional plane. Not much to expect
good service on site, but limited ability to contact the airline directly. Kayaks ability to make changes in a reservation is non existent

Výhody: "I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now."

Výhody: "The original flight was canceled, the stroller was taken away when boarded the airplane, and not seen until final destination. With a 1-year-old and 2 and a half year old, this was the worst ever flight. Take us 35 hours total travel time to get home with 2 small kids, it is a nightmare."
Nevýhody: "The flight was cancelled and changed to 2 stops from one. We purchased a 1 stop flight because of the kids. In mid season a week before departure, we were notified about the change and it was impossible to get a same priced ticket so close to departure. We bought insurance but even with that was impossible. Looks like a scam. Very upsetting, messed up the whole thing."

Also was a delay because they're waiting for a some passenger from a connecting flight . Seats haven't enough leg room for person 5"8 but crew and food was amazing."

Výhody: "Finnair's Planes are high quality and standard. I am an Aircraft Mechanic, and frequently when boarding planes I try to look for bad repairs or bad maintenance. The Interior was clean, and the leg room in economy was absolutely excellent. The Staff was outstanding, and showed the utmost professionalism at all times."
Nevýhody: "All my complaints are things neither Finnair nor the Crew could have helped. Turbulance was minor but constant. Some passengers rude enough to cut in front of the bathroom lines, and pretend not to comprehend English when they do. The Pork Dish and Breakfast dish were awful, however I recognize it isn't Finnish food, but a Korean variety. Two babies kept crying and screaming, for almost a solid 4 hours. I wasn't aware infants had the lung capacity or developed vocal chords to do such a feat. It also seemed like the parents were ignoring their babies not even trying to console them. Absolutely out of the hands of the staff, and I do not blame them for that. The only reason why the flight was so low, was simply because of things out of their hands. This is just a review of this specific flight, not the company itself."

Nevýhody: "The flight was 1 1/2 hrs late!!!! This seems to be a regular pattern from what I understand from others who have travelled the same itinerary. Not good if this becomes your reputation. The crew was not very attentive during good service. It was more of a routine / rush job rather than making sure that everybody was served and got what they needed ( had to ask for my dinner as my row was skipped and was never offered coffee before landing). The crew seemed rather young and inexperienced. The food was below average!!!! Especially the chicken patty before landing - seriously!!!!! Why not include a little bit of Finnish / Scandinavian cuisine to emphasize the Finnair brand!!! Entertainment was also below average. There needs to be more variety - especially for the TV selection, which had only 2 options!!! No music and no games?? Also, it would be nice to have access to a flight map. Too few accessible WCs"

Helped me stow my banjo in a closet instead of under the plane wich really was great because of its value to me...great food and entertainment options made the trip fly by...hah....kinda freaked out by the whole black glove thing but maybe it's sexy, not sure."

Výhody: "I was a bit surprised by cabin crew 's welcoming words that were my native language ,which ware very familiar and joyful . I didn't feel well at that time with a severe cold and I endured during the entire fly . I know it's kind of bad but I made it to my country safely. The food was Korean food and I really enjoyed and loved it so much .The Helsinki airport is great with smoking booth and warm ."
Nevýhody: "Nothing but I wonder if they could change my seat to upper one despite my additional fare because I felt bad the day and they had cold pills like medicine."
Výhody: "Plane was on time Checked luggage arrived I slept for the duration of the trip which made the 5 hour flight OK."
Nevýhody: "Legroom and seating in general is cramped. But unfortunately that is the case in today's travel experience with US carriers."
Výhody: "Food was provided when the flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hours. I also really liked the text update from kayak about the delay. The airline did not keep me updated but kayak did."
Nevýhody: "The delay when it was already a 6 hour flight. I also was not able to reserve a seat because I had booked through kayak and not with the airline. Finally of the most irritating of all annoyance was that there was no movie. This was an international flight and there was no entertainment. I will never fly American Airlines again."
Výhody: "It was an Iberia flight, sold by Finnair. Pretty full but I had two seats by window to myself. I really liked the personal entertainment system at each seat, with lots of choices for viewing and listening, plus usb port for charming my phone. Food was not bad for economy class airplane food. Crew was efficient."
