Nevýhody: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Instead of waiting for 22 hours for the next available flight, or driving for 7 hours from Atlanta to Cincinnati, we had to fly into another city and drive to Cincinnati from there AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. It was a rebooking nightmare."

Delta has a new policy that these tickets are not allowed to have certain privileges that tickets purchased on their own site have. Unbeknown to us, one of these is the ability to select your seat. On the ride from CVG to FLL we were assigned seats in the back of the plane, but at least we were next to each other. On the way back, we were not assigned a seat at all. We arrived to the airport almost 4 hours before the flight and were still not assigned a seat and were told we would have to speak to the gate agent. Even we when spoke to the gate agent, they still did not have a seat. It was not until we had already started the boarding process that they called us up and told us that we were going to be sitting 5 rows apart, both in a middle seat."

Our departure was delayed by 1 hour. Seats in economy class are really cramped so when seats are declined person behind can not eat without banging head into the back rest. Difficult to get in and out of seat as well. Arm rests do not come all the way up so one has to squat to avoid being hit by arm rest. Not very pleasant on 11 hour long flight. Joe"

Nevýhody: "Prague to London flight First I was surprised and disappointed to find out there were so many extra fees. They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."
Nevýhody: "flight delayed over 1.25 hours because we missed our runway time due to being "unable to get a head count" of the people that are on board. This should be embarrassing for BA. And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

We sat on the runway for over an hour bc there was a technical glitch on the ground related to baggage. Very annoying and a lot of folks missed their connection.

Worst experience ever. My carry on was checked in and I had to carry all my electronics (laptop, etc) as if I was lost. No food. No proper AC. It was clearly stated that I have a carry on that I could bring with me and I wasn't allowed a carry on upon boarding. I flew many airlines (International and domestic airlines) and this by far is the worst experience I've had.

Business class and first have been upgraded with new features."

Nevýhody: "Almost missed our flight home because American Airlines lost/screwed up our round trip tickets. We were not able to check in quickly or efficiently, & service was appalling, staff was either poorly trained or uneducated. We tried using the kiosk to check in, to avoid the long line. That didn’t work, so we found help. They told us to retry, wasting time, finding out what we had already informed them of. They passed us off to another gate/service counter, who’s line was closed off. So we had to duck the divider. They then redirected us to the kiosks after we informed them it couldn’t find our reservations, so they tried (wasted more time) failed & sent us back to the line we were already in. After that wait we talked to the person at the desk, who also couldn’t find our reservation. They said “I don’t know it’s not in here, what do you want me to do?” I had to tell them to call a manager to get it fixed, we were going to miss our flight. They called & found the problem, then at 3:15ish reissued us tickets for our 3:30 return flight. Still had to get through TSA! There was also NO phone call to hold the plane or to arrange an airport people mover cart. They talked with the TSA agent who told us to go 2 checkpoints down where the line was shorter. So the American Airlines attendant told us to run. Turns out in Miami Airport there is almost a quarter mile of poorly labeled counter space. Went through TSA having 12 min before our reassigned flight left. TSA was helpful, & did their best to get us through quickly. We were then informed we were near gate 22 & our gate was 3, so rushing down another concourse we barely made our return flight home. Where we were forced to check our carry-on. My girlfriend was crying, we were sweaty (from hustling when we never should of had too), hungry, embarrassed, enraged, & not sitting together for our 3+ hr flight! Unacceptable after a 4hr drive to the airport in traffic & returning the rental car at 1:40!"

Extra kudos for crew for creative swapping to move me to an emergency row seat when I discovered that my **extra-charge** aisle seat was damaged and unusable. Food & beverage service -- adequate, timely (though some nutrition concerns.) Good, current entertainment selections."

Nevýhody: "Our flight was 'delayed' and as a result had to be put on another connecting flight. Many people on the same flight missed their connecting flights because of it. Because of all the re-booking they had to do, we nearly missed our flight as well. AA is also horrible at boarding."
Výhody: "It got me home in one piece."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed after some passengers began boarding. The boarding process was also all over the place. When i finally got on the plane, the seats were very uncomfortable and I felt like a sardine being crammed into a small tin. the crew was at best, mediocre and boring. The in flight snack was two crappy pieces of cookie? Or was that a cracker? I did not eat it. The entertainment was one shared screen that I did not have a headset for, nor was I offered a headset, free or for a fee. The screen in front of me was too close and the screen behind that was further away and barely able to see it. I choose not to watch it for these reasons. The landing was rough at the end, everyone jolted forward when we hit the ground."
Nevýhody: "Customer service was not great. They canceled my flight without any great reason. While I learned about another situation regarding my flight, I was not treated well on the phone by costumer service. I don't think I want to fly with American Airlines again."
Výhody: "The friendly flight attendant."
Nevýhody: "The flight was late boarding and leaving Dallas but we arrived on time. And the plane is very narrow. Two ladies with hips sitting next to each other can be uncomfortable."
Nevýhody: "The flight out of Dallas was delayed. We hustled to our last gate and the person was incredibly rude about last call a d is just arriving to the gate..."
Výhody: "The gentleman at the departure desk was first rate. Polite and accommodating he was just what you would expect from an airline. Especially American Airlines. The crew was the same and I was happy to have decided to use AA."
Nevýhody: "The departure was delayed approximately an hour."

Výhody: "Not the most pleasant crew. Also, entertainment system has unresponsive screens. Must repeat touching until it gets your selection. Others said the same thing. Sticky system apparently. Food was surprisingly digestible."

Nevýhody: "The new controls built into the armrests are HORRIBLE! You accidentally hit a button constantly because ITS AN ARM REST! Get the engineers building something to cover it up. We landed early and I was so excited to get a jump home. I then waited for 35 mins for my bags to appear on the conveyor AFTER walking all the way to the baggage claim from the gate. I arrived home later than I expected.....This is not the first time that the United baggage was so slow. This needs to be an improvement area."

Nevýhody: "Comfort is so so, food is plentiful and tasty but the overall quality has gone down over the past several years. Fees for luggage and other services are absurd."

Nevýhody: "So it was annoying that the seat that was assigned to me..airline assigned that seat to someone else because that person asked for it. And nobody bothered to ask me( no email or call or anything) even though there were lot of empty seats. But the passenger was polite he moved to his original seat."
Výhody: "Boarded a little early and everything was moved along smoothly and efficiently. Quick and painless. Very smooth landing."

Nevýhody: "Checking in crew were not friendly. Boarding process for IAD->CVG flight was very confusing and staff did not really appear like they wanted to help. Once on the plane, the crew there was excellent. Net - airport staff in Cincinnati and Washington Dulles (not good)."
Výhody: "Seat 7 A on this type of aircraft - and United's configuration - had the most leg room and space, esp. when the seat next to you is empty. The flight crew was friendly and great!"
Nevýhody: "Boarding gates/ area in Denver airport for these small aircraft was almost as bad as a bus station! Crowded and most cramped/ uncomfortable. Denver United staff at customer service center was most unhelpful, unsympathetic and dismissive about the fact that in spite of a flight delay that completely their fault (no weather delay), which made me miss the memorial service for my friend's daughter - my main purpose for visiting Cincinnati - they refused to even give me a patient hearing much less consider my request to try and put me on a different flight!"
Nevýhody: "The plane was so old that it just seemed like it should be retired. My flight was also delayed 45 minutes. They made passengers get off the plane because of a weight restriction it was absurd that my luggage took 40 minutes to come off the plane"
Výhody: "The crew was amazing. I was traveling alone with an infant and since the flight wasn't full, the ticketing agent moved seats around and gave me an entire row! It was so nice to have the extra space with all my things and to get up freely when needing to change my sons diaper. There was also a changing table in the bathroom which was much needed."
Výhody: "The flight attendants were fairly nice and understanding .!"
Nevýhody: "At first the flight was okay with minimal tuberlance , later in the flight the pilot seem as if she lost control at one point . Not to mention the landing was by far the worst landing ever . We were late and the landing was horrible , I thought we were going to crash. On top of that we were late which was a big inconvenience to find out my flight was a four hour delay and I had to be at work. I'm very unhappy . No reimbursement , no change of flight no courtesy flight. This is my first time flying and I'm NOT impressed at all.! I watch the girl throw around our luggage with mine being damaged as I watched her throw my bag around .! That is unfair and by far the worst experience ever!"
Nevýhody: "Waiting in Newark airport for passport, custom and security check too long, almost missed next flight. After boarded waited almost 1 hour in a plane to take off."
Nevýhody: "Upgraded to first class the trip to was great the return was terrible even the first class seating was old and uncomfortable then my bag was not at my final location (direct flight) was told it wouldn't scan!? Same bag used numerous times then I was told I'd have it the next day by noon call at 2 pm and it says it's on its way them receive a call at 430 pm saying he just left the airport wtf?! Just over all very bad service and didn't get a damn thing for my troubles."
Výhody: "The terminal was well supplied. I was worried because the line for security was so long, but it was automated and fully staffed - it was so seamless!"

Výhody: "The gate agent was so nice and polite my connecting flight was late but he still allowed me to grab something to drink. He saved my life I had been sick since I left Dallas and needed something as I felt i was maybe dehydrated."
Nevýhody: "My Stewardess on the flight seem despondent. I am for some coffee she replied that they had that in first class but it was crazy cause I just looked thru the pamphlet and it said Now Serving Illy coffee which I love. Then I saw her give another passenger a cup of coffee she looked at me with an attitude like I just made that... Then she brought it. This was crazy because if she wasn't black I would have called her racist then again done black people are racist to they own..SMH"
Nevýhody: "They lost my bag.. I checked two bags and one bag did not make it on my flight. Very frustrated."

Nevýhody: "Boarding went quickly but then waited almost 35 minutes on the plane to take off. Once the plane landed there was again a wait to pull into the gate. Spent more time waiting on the plane than the flight itself."

Výhody: "The boarding staff in the airport were excellent and very helpful. Wish I would have got the gate attendant name because she was great. There was a 30 minute delay for departure due to a maintenance issue but we arrived in Cincinnati only 10 minutes late."
Nevýhody: "The aircraft was very cramped and uncomfortable the seats were terrible. The flight crew was being very unprofessional laughing and giggling while giving the mandatory safety instructions. The pilots did a great job getting us to Cincinnati only 10 minutes late after 30 minute delay in DC"
Výhody: "Flight was delayed because they couldn't get their passenger count straight! 30 min delay just to leave the gate!"
Nevýhody: "When we arrived 20 mins late and then no one was at the terminal gate to put sky walk in place! After 20 min wait we had to walk down the aircraft stairs outside and go thru a door and climb two flights of stairs just to get into the airport"

Nevýhody: "We boarded on time but had to wait about 25 extra minutes because luggage went to to wrong gate for wrong plane. My luggage was not there when I arrived and the next day I still don't have it."
Výhody: "The stewardess offered me a free refil"
Nevýhody: "No wifi, we sat 15 feet from the gate for 15 min waiting for someone to move the jet bridge. Did they not know we were showing up? Was it a surprise? Then I had to wait 30 more minutes for my luggage to arrive."
