Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Went to Delta's website, entered my ticket number and card number but I was not in the system as I was given all WestJet info (not Delta's). Luckily the baggage check in people figured it all out."

That same plane, upon taking off back to DTW blew a tire upon take-off, had to do an emergency landing and everyone had to spend the night in NOLA after being delayed all day."

I was told that the chance of my losing the new seat was minimal, as the computer was very overbooked and rarely wrong. I was then told at the gate that I had to wait there, and did so, despite having already checked into a lounge (for a fee), because I needed to print a bank bill (my reason for going to Moscow from Vienna, not directly home from Vienna to New York, is to pay a fee into an account at the bank). So I waited, and in the meantime contacted my friend in Moscow to tell him I'd be arriving 10 hours later than planned. Then at the very last minute that 2 people who had booked for the flight had not appeared, and that I had to board it. Hugely frustrating on account of the endless assurances made."

We had a delay of about 45min, boarding was not done by zone, breakfast is really not good. However, we were well treated by staff, everything went well and we will surely fly again with Lufthansa.
Food was the most mediocre I have experienced on a transatlantic flight. Crew and staff were superb. Comfort was OK. For the first time ever, my luggage was misplaced between Lufthansa change of flight number and a replacement United flight.
Boarding in Munich is so did organized.
My flight was cancelled and Air cañada said they didn’t even have that flight number or my name in their computer. Does this mean Kayak somehow messed up with the letters/ number sequence? No one would help me at the airport. Lufthansa said it was Air cañadas fault and I had gotten two messages from Kayak, one was at 6 am(I had already called a ride so I was going an hour earlier ) then after 2 hours at airport I get my message from Kayak(Ricky) saying sorry your flight is cancelled? Then, like I say, no one would even put me on standby for another flight as my numbers you gave me did not match. Can you please get me on a flight home? No later than Monday, please? I am out of money

It didn't seem right that some of us had to stay in our little crowded area while others used up 4 seats and I don't mean for laying down."

Výhody: "The Air France service was ok. Got me to my destination on time and alive."
Nevýhody: "I flew out on KLM on what felt like a new plane. Amazing service, seat, temperature, entertainment and food. In stark comparison Air France’s plane was old, too hot, poor entertainment choices and system and average food which for the French was surprising!"
Nevýhody: "The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."

Nevýhody: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed by 1h30min, so we arrived very late"

Nevýhody: "There must be lice on the plane, either from the customer or on the seats. Got bitten 6 times on the leg and butt!!! And this is not the first time hearing same story, Air France definitely needs to disinfect the plane more thoroughly. Media center is outdated, touch screen isn’t working well, felt being punched in head every time when ppl behind you tries to touch the screen!"

Nevýhody: "Everything. AF changed seats without authorization or notification, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. Their entire attitude was "nothing to be done, now board plane and leave" no compensation was offered, nothing done to remedy their mistake or rude behavior and treatment"
Výhody: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Nevýhody: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Nevýhody: "we paid for two seats together (one aisle and one middle) an exit row with extra legroom from paris to LA. but when we got to Prague they had one of us in the middle seat in the exit row and the other in a completely different part of the plane, also a middle row. The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

But when I asked LOT employees to insure that my luggage is on a plane to Toronto too, I received arrogant answer that I have nothing to worry about... In Toronto I found out that there was no my luggage on the plane..."

Nevýhody: "The gate agents were forcing random people to check in their hand luggage, even before weighing that luggage. They also check the hand luggage to make sure it fits in the "template" and weigh it (a second time) at the gate. Once on-board, they then announced that they were waiting for other connecting passengers. Took about 45 minutes. It would be nice to know that before booking that they do this, and also before boarding, even if it makes more sense to start boarding before they arrive (but 45 minutes before?). The live map on the public screens in economy showed a dummy/overview map with "waiting for data" the entire flight, rather than the actual live map. Premium did have the data on their screens, and the individual screens also worked fine. Not sure what happened there..."

Nevýhody: "Boarding at WAW was a joke - very disorganized and cramped gate area. Simple remedy is to give passengers guidance on where to line up for their assigned zone prior to boarding. No individual air ventilation - got hot and uncomfortable at times. Cramped economy seats - and if passenger in front of you fully reclines - your TV screen is almost in your lap. Hot meal included very rubbery chicken - obviously either overcooked or nuked too much. Attendants seemed indifferent or annoyed if you asked for individual attention outside of their normal rounds of serving drinks/etc (all I wanted was a Coke). I was essentially told to go to the back of the cabin and get my own drink... Upon arrival - de-planing took an eternity. We had a large group of teen band members traveling - who had scattered their instruments in overheads all around the plane. So anyone that was behind them had to wait until they figured out where all their stuff was stowed. OK - not necessarily LOT's fault - but again - a little thought and some hand's on guidance by the crew would have made it easier for the other passengers to get off the plane quicker after a 9 1/2 hour flight..."
Výhody: "Could check my suitcase earlier (arrived at airport too early). I had a bit off over 23 kg but that did not pose any problem. Boarding was quiet fast and almost with timetable. The food was good and service provided pleasant. I was happy that we landed safely providing bad weather in Toronto that evening."

Nevýhody: "the fact that my carry on bag was broken when we landed in Poland and no one from the staff took even a second to guide us about what can we do about it. the entertainment system was not good at all and the movie section was poor. our flight from TLV to Poland was canceled and they didn't know about it until 4 hours before the flight!!! Not sure I will fly with this airline again in the future."

Nevýhody: "Messed up security clearance arrangement. Total confusion about secondary clearance requirement, only informed at boarding at gate that a lot of travelers needed secondary clearance. No objections to secondary clearance, but procedure a joke. Machine was half way down the terminal. Half hour wait, and you could have left your carry on with somebody else, get cleared by machine, pick up your bag again and get on board."

Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Nevýhody: "I travel internationally regularly on business. Lot Airlines was hands down the worst airline I have ever flown with. They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."
