It was excellent. Great airline. Very attentive staff. Seats are a little tight, but it is the world we live in now. Unless you get lucky and get the bulk head seats or are wealthy enough for first class it is cramped. Overall an excellent experience.

Hopefully same ordeal is not repeated while returning from Zurich to Los Angeles via Montreal on June 30, 2016. There was a long queque at Montreal to board the place as it was not organized in zone wise."

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

A "Muslim meal" was offered to a christian passenger. - The interchange was hilarious."

The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

So it's one thing that you have to cancel the flight because of fog; but rebooking us the next day on a flight through New York that doesn't exist, was way below the standard of care I would expect from any airline. Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

Poor communication from boarding staff, airport staff not a clue. Communication on board was un decipherable and airline lost baggage.

And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Nevýhody: "I am not sure why this happened, but our daughter, travelling away from home for the first time, was targeted at every step of her journey. From the terminal in DCA to Cincinnati, to CDG. Delta/Air France clearly singled her out. i am outraged! I have traveled many, many times and have sent hundreds of students on nearly the same trip -- and none have had as rough a time as she had. They will be hearing from me."
Nevýhody: "The food was the worst airline food I have ever been served. I could not eat it. This is very disappointing for an airline like AirFrance which usually serves very good meals."
Nevýhody: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."
Výhody: "The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"
Výhody: "Food was Fantastic, Air France the Best on Air."

Nevýhody: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"
Nevýhody: "Waited a while before take off."
Výhody: "Yelling, cheering and literally rolling in the aisle made for a really annoying flight"
Nevýhody: "Infusions bad behavior. Also, flight number was changed and AF. Was understaffed to handle questions on squirrelly luggage check."
Výhody: "Flight was smooth"
Nevýhody: "Booked assistance and got dumped at the gate 3hrs before departure, no English spoken and didn't even ask if my mum needed the bathroom or if we wanted to do some shopping. Just in a rush to get rid of us. Flying only KLM from now."
Výhody: "Staff was nice"
Nevýhody: "MD planes are old and not very comfortable."
Výhody: "This is what happens when you get roped in by a low price."
Nevýhody: "Disorganization which led to not being able to pre-purchase baggage. Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!"
Výhody: "It was on time and the crew was good"

Výhody: "On time...comfortable, clean, newish A321...good leg room...friendly crew...pain au chocolat for breakfast"
Výhody: "I liked the way a fligh attandant treated me and another two passengers. At the end of the flight he gave us a cup of strawberries for all. The food was delicious specially that pasta, it was yummy."
Nevýhody: "TV was too slow."

Nevýhody: "I was told the wrong flight time, wrong terminal, wrong gate, and wrong airline. I couldn't check-in online. It was horribly inconvenient and I nearly missed the flight. We got there with 5 minutes until the doors closed."

Výhody: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."

Výhody: "Boeing 777 had a lot of space. Good legroom. Timely departure and arrival, hassle free, safe trip all the way. Enjoyed the red wine; very delicious!"
Nevýhody: "Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important."
Výhody: "Although plane was full staff moved us through quickly"

Nevýhody: "Vegetarian food choices are too limited. Snack and beverage availability on long flights like this are too few and far between."

Nevýhody: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."

Food - disgraceful “tapas” dish of literally one scrap of ham, an equally small piece of cheese and half a scotch egg. Crew - disinterested to the point of surliness. Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Nevýhody: "Our trip to Vienna from London was less appealing than the one from Montreal to London. No food, no entertainment and seat space was cramped which reminded me of my Air Transat experiences."
Výhody: "Food was good , very comfortable seats and the time we departed to the time we arrive I will rate it 10 out of ten I felt as if I was on a 2 hours flight . It’s was just one of those wonderful BA flight I can’t forget"
Nevýhody: "It’s was just the hassle to get from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3 with luggage but made it all in all"

Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Nevýhody: "No complaints about BA here! Only thing is that there was a group of rowdy young men who were very loud the entire flight, and I'd wished the flight attendants would have asked them to quiet down. But I really don't know if that's appropriate/part of their duties!"
Nevýhody: "No free food even though international flight. Plane delayed on Tarmac. Luggage was left in London and did not make it to Prague until next day."
Nevýhody: "Forced to check carry on bag upon checking into gate despite being among first to arrive and having proper size. Then saw many with larger bags enter after us. There was room in the overhead bins. Frustrated that no reason was provided for mandatory checking of baggage, especially when having alliance priority status."

The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

Nevýhody: "I was sleeping during meal time and when I woke up an hour later they told me that my meal was now below the temperature that they're allowed to serve it because it's dangerous. so I got bread instead. It's ridiculous either they serve me half the meal still frozen and the other half too hot too touch or it's considered unsafe."
