Výhody: "The whole Business experience on SQ"
Nevýhody: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

Výhody: "The aircraft was clean, new, spacious and quiet. The bathrooms were regularly maintained. The food quality, selection and quantity was excellent for the economy class. Even the serving utensils were solid metal and had a very high quality feel to it. Having an endless supply of mid flight snacks was also appreciatd I always like the warm wet towels, which were offered at take off and landing. The entertainment choices were endless, but because it had USB and regular power, I was able to work on my laptop and listen to my podcasts on phone without worrying about running out of battery."
Nevýhody: "The crew lacked its usual pep and cheer. For some reason they seemed very introverted and tired. First time on Singapore Airline that I noticed. The amenities kit was a bit on the cheap side. Also, only the supplied two prong headphones could be used with the entertainment system, I would have preferred an option to use my high end ones -- this was the main reason I chose to just work and listen to my own music/podcasts instead of watching a movie. We boarded and disembarked through the business sections and the aisles were too narrow. The announcements were hard to hear and the temperature was set too low for half of the flight (to kept fluctuating requiring constant adjustment of blanket/jacket). Having said that will keep flying them."

Are we saying that Singapore Air do not have any proper repair kit to fix it without using scotch tape?? Nevýhody: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

Výhody: "I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."
Nevýhody: "Other rude or snotty passengers taking up the crews time and attention for no reason. But as I stated in the "positive" side of this review, the crew handled these impolite individuals with a smile and polite attitude. Kudos to Qatar Airways."

Nevýhody: "I felt that the service was slow and the food was poor. Water was not offered during the flight as is the norm with other airlines. Toilets should be cleaned more regularly. Advertising at the beginning of the inflight entertainment became very repetitive when watching short tv shows."

And snack offerings were ice cream, potato chips, candy bars and a few apples (ran out of apples). Need more healthy options. There needs to be a more full meal/snack offering around the half way mark if you are going to keep people from grumbling."

Upon our arrival in Doha, checked bags did not arrive until 2 hours after we landed! How does an airport receive a 5-star rating, but takes 2 hours to return baggage to its guests? Overall, a poor experience from Qatar Airways."

Too bad, as I would have been prepared to pay extra for a seat upgrade."

There was one announcement made 10minutes after boarding was suppose to commence to say the boarding will be delayed. No details as to why, approximate time."

Plenty of leg room on the flight and the cabin staff were fantastic, only thing that let it down was the food choice, but, as it was only a 3 hour flight this wasn;t really a problem. Nevýhody: "The second meal, a small noodle box was dry, overcooked, and bland even with the dressing. The crew was not very friendly during the flight (I understand maybe they had a cranky passenger before and it was a long flight but smiling isnt that hard!). Inflight service was inconsistent as one side came down to serve 15minutes after the first side. The headphones looked quite dirty so I used my own. Boarding was quite slow and then takeoff was late but it was nice that the captain explained it."

Nevýhody: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Nevýhody: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!"

Nevýhody: "The airlines didn’t even notify the passengers with the connecting flight. As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

As many airlines charge now for any and all food items it was nice to again experience fast and efficient food and beverage service without the tedious hassle of ordering and paying. I’d gladly fly Air France again. First time, but likely not the last."

Výhody: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."
