The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Výhody: "The availability to go from Ireland and Scotland was very nice. The cost was cheap with an additional fee for everything else. I did purchase an extra bag at 20kg before. I also paid 5 GBP for priority seating. Your ticket is your phone or a print out. There is no entertainment, possibly with the exception of conversation. You could purchase limited food items."

Once we got to the airport, we were bandied about from one desk to another, then told we would have to go spend money at a computer/printer station, or else pay 15 pounds."
Nevýhody: "Printing my boarding pass at home to make sure I didn't have to pay a 50 euro fee. It's hard enough to do it right before you leave, but we couldn't print anything for the flight back to Brussels."
