Výhody: "The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again."
Nevýhody: "Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea."

We got to Zurich with 30 minutes to go. We literally ran to get to gate E. We got no help from Swiss employees and got to our gate with 10 min before flight. They said gate was closed. Went to transfer desk, next flight was next day at 1 pm. Missed very important meeting at work that I had planned around for months. Very upset and disappointed. Felt they could have helped us a lot more and got us on our flight."
Nevýhody: "Booked four flights from Zurich to Prague, but plans changed. No way to get a refund or cancellation although I tried two weeks beforehand. Disappointing to say the least."

One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
I have one comment for this trip, sardine, pandemic and everything, and plane was maxed. It was horrible. Staff was great but, this was horrible.

Výhody: "Once again the crew was great and helped me find a place to stow my carry on since I was in the emergency row. The snack was also very tasty."
Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

I don't believe such an early morning flight, which should be the origination flight, should be held/delayed so long...it made my connection in Frankfurt very tight and others missed theirs altogether."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

The flight was first class the experience on landing in Edinburgh was not Crammed into a bus and held on tarmac for 15 minutes followed by just under 1 hour to clear passport control Only one flight at that time Disappointing!!!

No help or information from airport staff who promptly vanished at the 1st sign of trouble. Edinburgh airport really needs to have a long hard look at itself."

Nevýhody: "When a 30 minute delay was announced (13.45 instead of 13.15), I was fairly philosophical. However, we didn't board until 13.45. Once settled in our seats, another 25 minutes went by when the plane did not move. No information's given. I asked a member of the cabin crew what was going on who said she didn't know anything. I then heard her ask (presumably the captain) on the intercom if he could make an announcement as 'passengers were enquiring' We were then informed that we would have a further delay of up to an hour. We eventually took off at 16.00, over two hours after scheduled time. Thank goodness, I had left plenty of time for my connecting train. I was equally unimpressed for different reasons with Jet2.com on the outward flight on 12 July. I will not be flying with them again."

Nevýhody: "The thumping 'music' as we boarded, the over-jolly announcements which treated the passengers as if they were all mentally deficient or poorly educated. The information they conveyed was clear and comprehensive and obviously, safety instructions are crucial, but the format and tone of delivery were so patronising I thought they were a parody. They also assumed everybody was coming back to the UK after their holiday - the flight had a good proportion of French passengers and some of us don't live in the UK. Make the announcements more neutral. I fly with a lot of no-frills lines, especially Ryanair and EasyJet as well as the larger carriers such as Air France, BA, SAS and Air Canada, but I have never come across such grating and irritating announcements. I will think twice before booking another flight with them rather than endure this again."
Výhody: "I actually found the seat quite comfortable, compared with other low-cost airlines. I was glad that i could take my hand luggage onto the plane, allowing me to exit without having to wait at the carousel. There was plenty of space in the overhead locker. I liked the sense of humour in the announcements - it proves that even serious things can be said in a pleasant manner"

It was an okay flight, but my experience was more comfortable and the feeling of being dealt with as a person was more evident on my flight to London w BA. I appreciate that the flight went well but American Airlines still has a long way to go in customer genuine service and experience."

Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

People taking this flight and expecting to do work or watch the in-flight entertainment shouldn't. There is not enough space to use your laptop and when the person in front of you reclines while you are trying to read, not only won't you be able to read but you won't be able to watch a movie either (unless you are very short) since the screen is tilted accordingly."

Nevýhody: "The Airbus seating in the tourist section is terrible. The seats are very close together, making it very difficult to get in and out, particularly if the person in front of you puts the seat back. On long flights we like to get up and move around a few times, and not only is it hard to get out of our seats to do this, there is little room to walk or stop to stretch. Heathrow London is tolerable if one is going to London, but as a place to change planes, it's exhausting. The various walks feel like mazes, and going from one terminal to another, even by tram, is time-consuming and tiring. We fly to Europe often, but we will try to avoid both British Airways (Airbuses, at least) and Heathrow."
Nevýhody: "I added a quick trip to Austria while I was in Europe and timed it so I would fly back to London and then back to LA on the same day. London had a huge wind storm on 10/21 so my flight from Austria landed 1 hour late, with that I missed my London-LAX flight on BA (that I purchased via Kayak). The BA agents tried to help me but were not able to use my Kayak ticket to re-book me or at least recover some of my investment. There was no phone number provided on my reservation and after an hour of trying to help me, they said I have to buy a brand new ticket. The cost for my return and my seat reservation both were lost and my new ticket was $1,600 (and I had to spend the night in a hotel at Heathrow as at that point all US flights left for the day). I usually book directly with the airlines because I want to avoid situations like this, so it is too bad that the one time I come to Kayak I end up having to buy a new ticket that was twice as expensive as the original one. Výhody: "I haven't left Miaimi. American Airlines employees are horrible. After arriving from London they told me to pick up my check in baggage proceed to drop bag near exit 5. When I arrived it was crowded nobody know which line is for checkin and which line is for dropping the bag. I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."

Was surprised and disappointed at the price. Also, was never served water during the overnight flight. Am accustomed to flight attendants coming through the cabin a couple of times with water."

Nevýhody: "First a large number of the flight was flagged for special screening which meant that they had to do additional procedures and were very understaffed as many of us talking near 100 people had to stay behind and wait for over an hour as three employees screened us in detail. This while the rest of the plane was already boarded. Thus the flight left late and arrived very late to LAX. Secondly the refrigeration on board for food was broken thus spoilong the food so we only received one meal on an 11 hour flight which we were starving and not what we paid for during this flight. They did offer snacks but when not having a full meal as paid for it is a huge let down. Thirdly why is Wi-Fi not offered on this flight. Due to the late departure and late arrival we missed my connection to TUS and was not able to make calls or email during the flight. Not acceptable. Very unhappy and will never be flying with British Airways again. I WILL ALSO NEVER LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY FLY WITH THEM. An airline as prestigious as BA needs to work better at ensuring the minimum on offering wait we the customer pays for and this did not happen. Staff was amazing and very friendly but we were very dejected and felt that your brand suffered a lot with this experience. I do hope to hear from airline about this incident as my wife and I travel constantly."

Happened last year on my flight back to the US, too.I had to get up and walk back to get water(2016). breakfast Breakfast used to be better with fresh fruits and cheese.and roll The pizzas are like cardboard, I do not care about. Nevýhody: "The BA crew was awful. I was not feeling well and wanted a cup of tea. I didn't realize you had to purchase it. I gave a member of the crew my credit credit card she said out loud "your card is declined" several people heard and then proceeded to hand me my card and walked away. I was mortified. I, of course thinking my bank had put a hold on my account because I was outside the US, called them to find out why it was declined and was told they had no idea and they did even see the $2.00 charge go through and therefore it wasn't declined on the bank's end. The way she handled it was awful, no discretion. I was visibly ill and just needed something warm to help me feel better. Needless to say I will never fly BA again and will let my company know how I was treated."

Nevýhody: "Their delayed flight from Milan to London caused us to miss our flight from London to NY, and thus our flight from NY to Denver, which was standby. When we explained how difficult it would be to catch another flight to Denver from NY with it being the weekend, and attempting to get a flight to another airport with higher chances of getting us home, their customer service rep informed us that as long as they 'fulfilled their contract' to get us to NY, it wasn't really their problem how we got home (or couldn't get home) after that."

Výhody: "We arrived safely at our destination. Our bags arrived at our destination. Plenty of room in the overhead compartment. Due to a security snafu unrelated to the airline, we arrived at the gate after boarding was over but the gate crew were gracious and welcoming and let us board. The male flight attendant was quite nice. The entertainment screen choices were decent, and the hand-held controller was a great improvement over the touch-screen variety. There were multiple lavatories available. There was a decent amount of space by the lavatories that we could use for stretching and exercising. The wrap they gave us for high tea was pretty good."
Nevýhody: "Seats were very cramped. I was sitting on the right next to the window, and there was no room for me to extend my right leg while facing forward; I had to twist to my left and extend my legs under the middle seat in front of me (fortunately my wife was next to me so I could do this). In addition, the passenger seated in front of me decided to recline his seat, nearly knocking over my drinks in the process, which left me with very little usable space. I haven't ever felt that cramped on an international flight. The main meal was very low quality. I had the pasta and it was quite awful; the sides were quite bad, as well. One of the female flight attendants was rather testy and unpleasant throughout the flight. She, and another female flight attendant, seemed put out when passengers asked questions about the food offerings, as though we should already have known what was being served. One passenger had just woken up and seemed confused and the flight attendant was quite impatient with him. The flight attendants were quite stingy with the water and only poured out a little bit at a time; they also came very infrequently, which meant that we had to keep pressing the call button to ask for more (which made us feel bad about bothering them). They would not give us a whole bottle of water, saying that there was not enough, but did, when we asked, provide multiple plastic cups of water at a time, which just seemed wasteful (of cups, not water). The timing of drink service was also perplexing: they did not offer drinks at least 45 minutes before or after bringing the boxes of salty "movie snacks"."

Výhody: "My flight going to the UK was rough, but the flight home was as solid as being on the ground. This is my third round trip with BA and while the trip home last year I experienced poor customer service from the flight attendant assigned to our side of the plane, both my inbound and home bound flight crews, this time were exemplary. Very kind and caring. The pasta was very good."
Nevýhody: "The single Halloween size kit-kat bar that we were given as a snack. Was so small that I naturally believed that we could take more than one. I was politely told that the singe 3.5inch twin wafers were all that we were allowed per person. We have a candy jar, in our office and with the extra supply in the supply closet, we would have been able to give everyone at least two. So, my recommendation is if you are flying transatlantic, to stock up at Heathrow for extra food. Also, the seats were very very small. I was lucky and the plane was not sold out, so both flights my seat mate and myself were able to put a seat between each other. I found myself reasoning that for the price of the flight I was paying for transport to England not for comfort."

Nevýhody: "At JFK there was a long wait for the luggage, which ended up not being delivered to the carousel, after we had waited for almost 2 hours. Granted, there was some snow and some technical issue since the fire alarm system was flashing the whole time, but still, there were only two announcements made during that time, and the second one to let us know that we'd have to arrange for delivery of our luggage on the website. By that time, it was past 11;30pm and everyone was dead tired, when the flight had been supposed to land at 7:25pm. I think the blame is to be laid on the JFK installations. Everywhere I travel in Europe, airports are in brand new condition, and not only departure areas like in the US. No wonder baggage delivery was a mess after just a little snow/"
Nevýhody: "There was a loose screw on the plane and they did not detect it until the flight was about to take off! We had a delay -- though not too long, this was preventable."
Nevýhody: "Boarding process atrocious! First a gate change from A to C gates, requiring a train to transit. Then, after walking down a jetway, we were sent through an emergency exit, down two flights of stairs and herded onto buses, and I mean herded. We (including elderly and moms with infants) alongwith our carry-ons were harshly ordered to squeeze together on a bus until there was literally no room to move. A lengthy bus ride with very disgruntled passengers to plane was followed by another set of stairs up to the cabin door. Finally, our departure was delayed 30 minutes while the bags of 2 passengers who got lost in the airport (probably on a bus or train) were retrieved. Not sure whether the fault lies with Heathrow or British Airways, but the experience was bad enough to avoid both in future."
Nevýhody: "BA lounge sucks big deal! Awful food, full of old and sleeping people, felt like a nursing home."
