To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

The seat size was more like a domestic than an international flight. In fact, i would compare the ammenities, quality and service to a short hall ryan air flight, which was unexpected for an international flight. The plane was extremely hot so sleeping was difficult. My biggest complaint was that they are very strict on carry on luggage only allowing it to weigh 10kg/22lb. I try to limit myself to a carryon so i don't have to mess with bagage claim, but the wieght restriction made it impossible. I have never had a carry on weight restriction (at least enforced) on an international flight. Will not be including them in future searches.

Nevýhody: "The connector for my headphones did not work on the 8 hour flight, every other airline will provide, at a minimum, a complimentary snack where as on this flight you needed to pay for everything, seat assignments were changed (booked with a group of 6 and we were all sitting with each other when we booked it but when we got to the gate everyone was scattered. In fact, I heard a man say he was on his honeymoon and that they changed his wife's seat so they were unable to sit together."

Nevýhody: "I barely made my flight because I was rebooked to an ealier! flight via Switzerland instead via Iceland and that only three hours prior to regular departure, and without any notification on my cellphone. If I had not been more than two hours early at the airport I'd miss my re-assigned flight because it was leaving more than an hour earlier than my original flight. In the meantime I still got messages that the flight via Iceland would be delayed (which could have mislead me thinking I might have even more time than I actually had). Due to the subsequent rush at check-in my bag got pulled out by TSA and arrived two days late at Frankfurt! Meanwhile I had to travel to France without clean clothes and medication."

Výhody: "Once we got to the shuttle, boarding was quick and efficient. Flight was not expensive. Flight from Reykavik to Chicago had numerous movie/tv selections. Many were older, but plenty to choose from."
Nevýhody: "Seats very close together--if the person in front of you reclined all the way, you had to as well. Seats were a little stiff (not terrible, but not very comfortable). Boarding at Reykavik was chaotic. Airport was boarding 4 big flights all from the same small (but new?) end of the terminal and it was hard for people to figure out which line they should be in due to the placement of the screens and the sheer number of people all boarding simultaneously. This is not an IcelandAir problem but likely an issue of Reykavik airport being under-prepared for the ginormous amount of visitors and layovers."
Výhody: "I enjoyed the leg room. There is also enough room to comfortably walk down the aisle between seats. I appreciated the little bottle of water handed out as I entered the aircraft. The crew was quite friendly."
Nevýhody: "Icelandair apparently has no schedule they stick to. We were consistently late leaving the airport, making us miss EVERY connection. I was not aware this was a no frills flight, meaning exactly that! No food or snacks, even for overnight flights. They charged $10 for a small, cold sandwich IF you preordered. Other than the water given upon entry, drinks were doled out sparingly, just a tiny cup per passenger."
Nevýhody: "3 hour delay causing me to miss the car rental in CPH. Very uncomfortable seat. Extremely poor communication about the delay. At 4:10 pm the gate still announced departure by 4 pm despite boarding hadn't started yet"

Furthermore if buses are needed to take passengers to the train baotding should start earlier and buses need to work more efficiently. I was only on the bus at our departure time. more airport issuesthan flight."

Upon arrival the flight that was due to leave in 45 minutes (if on schedule), wasn't even shown on the board, causing panic and confusion. When we did learn that the flight was delayed and it showed up on the departure board, we settled in for a long wait. As what should have been boarding time arrived, no announcements were made, and we ended up queuing for almost an hour before the flight finally departed 30 minutes later than the delayed time. Biggest gripe? No announcements were made acknowledging the delay, providing realistic expectations, or giving us updates regarding new departure times."

Nevýhody: "Procedures at schiphol airport for Icelandair are disorganized and chaotic in order to Simply drop a checked bag, it is necessary to stand in a very long line of Travelers who are conducting every manner of flight busines. The route for departing passengers Criss crosses the entirety of schiphol airport at least twice making it a very long walk from the front door to your boarding gate. While much of this is not Icelandair fault, they should look at it closely for improvements as it is really bad"

Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

Nevýhody: "Dear Sir or Madam: My two colleagues and I bought our tickets from BWI to Geneva, via London Heathrow, through Kayak as I have many times in the past. However, the Kiwi.com travel agency did not flag that the ticket from BWI to London Heathrow allowed for one piece of checked luggage, but the ticket from London Heathrow onwards to Geneva did not allow for any checked luggage. Also astonishingly, we had to pass through Customs, reclaim our checked suitcases from the baggage carousel, and check in again through Customs to board the onward flight, both coming and going through London Heathrow. In addition to the extraordinary inconvenience that we could neither transit at London Heathrow to our connecting flight without going through Customs twice and that we could not check our luggage through to our final destination, we also had to foot a higher baggage charge to allow for checking in our suitcases, now that we had arrived in London Heathrow only to discover this that our onward ticket did not cover one piece of checked luggage. Had we known that the seemingly better price posted by Kiwi.com on Kayak’s comparative offerings came at such a high price of inconvenience and additional expense for the luggage, we would have taken our business elsewhere. It was deceptive of Kiwi.com to engage in such practices, even if it disclosed these conditions in fine print (for no one would expect, nor have I ever seen previously in the hundreds of flights I have taken as a Million Miler on United), without flagging this. And similarly, it was irresponsible of Kayak.com to allow this “apples with oranges” comparison on its website. I’m making three more international trips in December, but I’m inclined not to use either Kayak.com and most certainly not Kiwi.com for future airline ticket purchases."

Nevýhody: "Never took the flight because BA would not rebook me on a later flight after delays on their side caused me to miss my original flight, even though there were seats available on the later flight. This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Nevýhody: "British Airways did not have a plane available in timely manner. They were jerking us around with the departure time. They changed the departure time over 6x. The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."
Nevýhody: "definitely a significant downgrade from my first flight from dallas to london. this flight from london to bangalore was outdated, with old entertainment systems, no usb connection, no snacks available. also we were shuttled from the boarding area on a crowded bus to the plan and had to climb several stairs with our heavy handbaggage up to enter the plane. crew was ok, nothing special. i've traveled british airways quite a few times from the USA via London to India and always notice the downgrade on the flight to India."

We were delayed leaving Berlin, which made us delayed getting to London, they rescheduled us, delayed leaving London (we paid for direct route to Dallas, we were rerouted to Chicago), delayed getting into Chicago, missed flight to Dallas, had to stay in chicago overnight, delayed leaving Chicago, arrived in Dallas 23 hours after supposed to be home."
