Výhody: "The crew was friendly"
Nevýhody: "Maybe not have my luggage lost and get rebooked to a later flight for no reason"

Výhody: "Flew Business Class with miles program (United). Lufthansa always gives good basic flight experience. Watched two movies so saved some time at home. Lounges are getting better every time I fly. They are especially good, understandably, in Frankfurt."
Nevýhody: "Nada. They get the job done."

Výhody: "The crew was great. Very friendly and provided excellent services. I was surprised that they serve food (a cheese sandwich) and drinks for a 40 mins flight. That would have never happened in the US"
Nevýhody: "We had to take a bus to get to the airplane from the terminal, which was no big deal. The bus driver was a little rough though."

Nevýhody: "No proper wheel chair assistant and made passenger miss the flight. Airlines have to take extra steps to make wheel chair passengers to reach the gate safely and on time."

Nevýhody: "The single most cramped and uncomfortable flying experience of my life. The chair in front of me recliner lined to 4 inches in front of my nose. Couldn’t move legs or arms for 10 hours because it was so tightly packed. I couldn’t believe it was legal to fit that many people that closely together."

Nevýhody: "Crew was not nice at all. They would skip us along the way while serving others, or even drop ice on us, and never said sorry once (instead, they would say it's only ice, or if I want 2 since they skipped me already twice when serving tea unlike the passengers around me on both sides). We paid nearly $6k for the 3 of us, but the crew made us feel as if we paid nothing. The entertainment system did not work well, and most of the time the movies refused to play. We were always suggested to restart, and were not even given free access to internet as an alternative. No one ever apologized for anything in the entire flight, it felt like this flight was a favor."

Nevýhody: "On my flight from Seattle to Frankfurt I had one stewardess repeatedly skip me. She was a bit older. I thought after the first overlook she would take extra care but did not. This resulted in me having to ask the crew to repeat their previous steps just for me. "Hi, I know you are serving coffee but I wanted red wine". She was a bit clipped about having to repeat steps but what was I to do? She never looked up enough to see my hand and clearly didn't look at my face. She also didn't pick up my hand towel. I essentially had to rely on the rest of the crew but the care from this lady started to feel purposefully negligent of me. The rest of the staff was friendly and efficient. I also thought we were supposed to get an appertiff...one was never offered. Couldn't check in online. Was fine once I got to the countr but could you trade space with Asia air? It makes sense to have them at the end as they have a huge hoard of people it would be nice not to have to go through and several spots to check in. Check in at the desk otherwise was smooth and professional."

Výhody: "I appreciate that Lufthansa sends updates about the flights and gate changes before every flight. The crew was excellent."
Nevýhody: "I like the food that was provided but I thought the portion was not big enough. Delta Airlines provides more food/ snacks between the main two meals. Movie selection seems outdated."

You have to pay for booze in economy for international flight, seats aren’t that comfortable but the selection of movies and tv is good. I will probably look elsewhere next time"

I noticed that passengers could actually make out pa announcements both at PDX and in flight. Doesn’t bother me anymore when I can’t but can be very concerning to anyone who rarely flies. Never understood going to the trouble of making announcements both pre-boarding & on-board pre-flight, that no one can even make out. That was not an issue here."
Nevýhody: "Better lumbar support is always appreciated, adjustable lumbar would be very nice and could make or break an entire flight. No seat on any flight should ever be even the slightest ill repaired. Again, this equipmemt all seemed great. Lastly, since I prefer to always have a water, coke or coffe and or snack in front of me during entire flight, a bit of self serve (grab a water, coffee or snack yourself without having to make staff work a simple task would be nice on every flight. The flight from SEA-DUB was basically great and equipment is always of the utmost importantance."

Výhody: "The service from the flight crew was excellent. On board meals were good, too. Although my luggage never made it on my flight to Chicago due to a delay arriving in Dublin, Aer Lingus provided me with tracking information, and I received my suitcase at my home within 48 hours."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed for 6 hours due to a mechanical problem. For 6 hours the passengers were told little or nothing & were eventually given a voucher for $10 to redeem on plane. Mechanical problems can of course occur,but how the airline,Aer Lingus,dealt with this was appalling."

Nevýhody: "Before we boarded this plane we arrived at Aer Lingus for a 2 hour layover. The airport only had a snack bar open and an express bar with only drinks. There was cafes upstairs but that was closed off to hundreds of people with a layover between flights. When asked they said it was closed off by escalater and elevator to all of us. They blocked the escalator with a giant gate sign. People waited in line at a snack for over 20 mins for a bite to eat that was express food or a choice of 5 sandwiches that came hot that actually sucked not worth the money at all. People were pissed! I was looking forward to a nice meal for my layover but that definitely did not happen! They only came around once with drinks on a 6 hour flight, then twice for coffe and tea. When I asked for a sprite they said they ran out of things completely"

Výhody: "Lots of entertainment. Spacey seats and plenty of bathrooms."
Nevýhody: "The food wasn't great and I wish they would have picked up the dinner trays way sooner"

Výhody: "I loved that they had blankets and pillows available, and the seats overall were comfortable. I also loved the in seat screens so we could watch movies. The select was a little limited compared to other airlines, but they still had some brand new releases. They also fed us two meals and a snack, and the crew was super nice."
Nevýhody: "The boarding process was a little confusing. It was done by row numbers but not very well announced, so I wasn’t actually sure when my row was supposed to board."

Nevýhody: "We lost a day since we supposed to return on Monday but because the outage we were forced to stay one more day in our hotel at our own expense We had pay for insurance but not sure if was cover at that moment we were tired and frustrated since they block the entry to the airport and we were force to turn around and go back to our hotel witch was hrs away , couldn’t Get nothing near by everything was bucked and all airports around as well The return was very stressful but we enjoy our stay in Germany"

Screw job!"

Not sure what I was supposed to with those other than wipe the residue from the tray as it was now all soaked into my jeans"

Výhody: "Comfort. Missed connection and reassigned to next flight easily. Short delay."

Was under the impression i was paying for a British airline flight, not Aer Lingus - feels like a budget airline at a premium price - broken everything from chair to very poor seat design and situating, bathroom door was broken and was exposed to the toilet the whole flight -flight attendant service and attitude was beyond lousy. - never will i book from kayak or webjet every again."

Nevýhody: "This flight combination was a tough one, yet it did, in the end come together. The meal(s) were good enough (but not better than), though the stews could spend precious little time with any given passenger. Oh, the meal choices ran our such that we had a 1 choice choice. Odd. Though we got across the Atlantic pretty fast, the turbulence the pilots were unable/unwilling to evade was pretty frightening..."

Nevýhody: "We had a terrible experience at the Aer Lingus desk in Paris. We got there two hours early for our flight and there was already a long line at the desk and no agents at the counter. Finally some agents arrived started checkng people in. After 15 min in line, they told us that if we were flying to the U.S., our flight was delayed and we would not make our connection, and to get out of line and wait. After 20 more minutes, they said that was a mistake and get back in line. I waited for approximately an hour and a half in line there, and had to run to my flight. There was no effort made to hurry us through security or any apologies."

Výhody: "Every single crew member on all 4 of my recent Aer Lingus flights, as well as the Aer Lingus staff at Dublin Airport were all very friendly and very helpful with catching our connecting flight. I've never met a collectively nicer group of people and wil definitely fly with Aer Lingus in the future. Food was also great."
Nevýhody: "I didn't like that the arm rests do not extend all the way up. We were lucky enough to not have a full airplane coming home and we couldn't lay down because the arm rests don't stay up."

Nevýhody: "Most airlines do boarding by letting people who seat in the back of the plane first. Air Lingus let all people go in at the same time which causes chaos."

Výhody: "Air Lingus is my favorite airline, never had a bad flight with them."

Nevýhody: "International flights usually include wine with their meal but this would have been an overpriced purchase. The selection of food was marginal and too spicy, only the dessert was edible. Not the quality of the last trip on aer Lingus. There was a second snack sandwich although soggy and unappealing with a minimal slice of chicken."

Výhody: "The flight happened and no incidents on the flight."
Nevýhody: "Was actually RyanAir. Won't be flying them again. The checkin experience was a nightmare. Only had three very long lines. My line closed when I was almost to the front. When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."

Dijo que si el levantaba esa maleta el podía dañar su espalda.. y el seguro no lo atenderia.. le dije al señor que yo había solicitado asistencia.. pero el dijo que para otra vez, pusiera mi equipaje en carga.. un pasajero vecino de mi asiento al ver la negativa actitud de ese señor.. levantó mi equipaje y me ayudó. Yo soy viajero frecuente de Iberia y se que una mala actitud no hará cambiar mi preferencia."

Nevýhody: "We get to the runway, wait 10 minutes and go back to the terminal. The captain announces an engine failure. Maintenance inspects the leaking engine, do something and declare it fixed. 2 hours delay and my nerves a bit shaken during take off. We arrived safely."

Výhody: "This was a good flight with good service and a nice crew. It was especially nice to have actual silverware to use for the meal."
Nevýhody: "Changing terminals in New Yory was challenging because the route was not clearly marked. They did not honor the on-line boarding passes, so I had to go to the counter to reprint the boarding passes and then go through security again. I also would have preferred a clean blanket once I got on board. The flight attendants seemed hesitant to speak to me in Spanish, which I speak pretty well and they also seemd uncomfortable talking to me in English, which is my native tongue. This made it hard to interact with them in my normal good natured way."

The food was also tasty and I technically had two meals. Great job, TAP!"
Nevýhody: "The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process in the Lisbon airport. The boarding time for the flight was one hour before takeoff and the gate area was too small to hold the total number of people taking the flight. We also didn’t board until 30 min before the flight so passengers were waiting in one big crowd because it was impossible to find a seat or to even form clear lines for boarding."

A tiny link buried in the information section "See baggage information for additional fees that may apply" doesn't make it abundantly clear that you're going to be hit with an $85 charge each way (ultimately $380 for my wife and me round-trip). Sneaky and dishonest!"

Nevýhody: "Had to check 2 of our luggages, and it cost $95 per piece. Never flown an airline where I had to pay more than $50 per piece. Also carryon has to be less than 8 kg. Our small luggage that we had to check never had any problems with any other airlines about being a carryon but since it was over 8 kg, it had to be checked. Took a 7.5 hour flight and the entertainment screen was not working for anyone, as the system was broken. Will not be flying with airline ever again."

Also, Jet Blue, the domestic carrier, could not change our flight because it was booked through TAP."

Nevýhody: "Some not so friendly crew members on this flight. There was one tall, blonde flight attendant who wore so much perfume that I could taste it every time she walked down the aisle. You can't have that in an enclosed space. In this day and age of so many people having food allergies to nuts, why would you serve a dessert with almonds?? My daughter almost ate it because there was no warning label. It scares me to think what might have happened at 12,000 feet."

Nevýhody: "They cancelled the flight, losted the baggage and couldn't help to resolve the problem. They also lied about the flight they wanted to replace to solve the problem which even didn't exist in their company. So, I will never ever take the flight from this compound again."

Nevýhody: "Their 11 hours flight converted to 2 days flight with long waiting time between the flights. They also lost my baggage and there was no organization process in the airport as well as they couldn't resolve any problems related to their flight."

Nevýhody: "The airplane was small for a 8-9 hours trip, the seat were super small, I'm not a big person and I was very uncomfortable in them, the crew wasn't very nice, the food was a mess the girl next to me was a vegan and they give her a cheese sandwich, entertainment didn't work well there were only 4 channels, comparing to AirEuropa very mediocre and awfull airplane, really I'm from Venezuela and even there the airplanes are better, not worthy the 600$ one way ticket I got."

Výhody: "I lost my luggage from Rome to N.Y . I definitely will not recommend and I will tell all the people in social media.The worst pilot I don't think you should put a risk you life with student pilot."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed by 3 hours making me late for the next two flights and ultimately costing me an entire day longer in transit. While I understand these things happen, Air Canada's response to me asking for help was abysmal. Ultimately, they didn't care and told me it was my problem. Sadly, one of the first people I talked to really did want to help and arranged flights that would have gotten me back on track but he was prevented from confirming the changes due to management. I will never fly with Air Canada ever again."

Nevýhody: "Boarding in the rain is definitely not a good experience! The flight delayed so long that some of us who had connecting flights had to run from gate to gate (including clearing Canada customs) within 20 mins. Last but not least, Taipei Taiwan should NOT be listed as China."

Nevýhody: "We paid an extra $100 for each ticket for premium seating, supposed to be a step above the basic coach ticket with more leg room (my partner and I are 6'+), but our seats were no different than anyone else's. In fact, the seating chart the agent provided for selection when on the call to add this was not for this plane, as it turned out. We will be requesting a refund!"

Nevýhody: "2 hour delay. Missed the connection in Vancouver in which crew could not be found and were not helpful. Ended up using another airline's counter for help to catch another flight out. Luggage was left in Vancouver. Eva Airline helped with luggage location and shipping to final destination."

Výhody: "Wifi was great with very little disruptions. Service on the flight was expedient and frequent. In seat entertainment was excellent"
Nevýhody: "I had the only seat on the row with no power for devices. All seats have USB power, but I was working on a laptop and had no AC power. The other seats did. This seems to be the case for the window seats on the right side of the plane and the aisle seats on the left side of the plane."

Nevýhody: "The unending stream of excuses and explanations failed to convince me that this was anything but mismanagement that caused a delay of 5 hours. We'd be told something, and told the exact opposite, or a contradicting statement 15 minutes later. You botched this one bad Air Canada."

I asked the flight attendant about it (when I passed through the gate after most other customers had boarded) and she flippantly responded with something like, "Yeah, maybe I didn't call your boarding zone. I don't know. Whatever." This left a terrible first impression on me."

Nevýhody: "It took two hours to check my bag at the airport. The plane engine needed to be jump started, and I missed my connection flight to Paris. I had to spend an entire day stuck in Toronto, sick from terrible Hotel and airport food, cheap vouchers for terrible food, I missed my traveling companion who made the flight to Paris. I left my hat on the plane after the terrible flight in which they refused us any basic courtesies for the numerous passengers who were about to be stranded, and then the grooming crew kept my hat instead of turning it in to lost and found. Best part? Customer service told me that since I booked via Kayak, that I was not a valued customer and that they would not extend any courtesies to me for destroying my work trip itinerary."

I just would have been a problem for someone else. The steward made me feel as though I was at fault because I should have payed the extra 100 to have emergency exit seating, they tried to get me to sit in the very back row of the plain and sit sideways across the two seats which means I would not be able to sit next to my fiancé. The whole thing was embarrassing and very rude, maybe people of 6'6" should be charged for emergency exit!!"

Výhody: "I was not charged overweight for going over by 2 pounds since I had a Business Class ticket connection to my final destination."
Nevýhody: "For an almost 4 hours, 400 USD international flight I would have expected to have at least a snack to eat a one luggage to check in on the price. I am an international traveler which doesn't have a choice but to carry a suitcase. Not to say that once on board I was requested to check in my carry on because there was no room on the plane and that I had to travel with my personal item on my feets since there was no available room at the over the head compartiment since I was identified with Zone 5 boarding."

Nevýhody: "Boarded an hour late, made us miss our layover even though they said they were holding our following flight to Tokyo. The both of us along with 10 others on our flight got to the gate 10 minutes after the flight was supposed to leave and they wouldn't let anyone on. Missed the first day of our honeymoon trip along with unrefundable hotel fees. I travel a lot and never had an experience like this before."

Výhody: "The crew was nice and the brownie with dinner was tasty"
Nevýhody: "The plane didn't have video screens and didn't warn us to bring any entertainment so it was very boring. The plane smelled like urine. the crew had like tissue boxes sprawled on the floor. Bathrooms were not cleaned during the flight and there were tissues everywhere. The dinner was terrible. I had the pasta and it was just gross tasting. I don't even know what kind of sauce they tried to put on it."

Výhody: "I accidentally left my tablet behind when I disembarked. The crew located it and brought it to me speedily while I waited in the baggage area. I'm truly grateful and impressed. All of the flight crew were delightful and thoughtful."

Výhody: "I liked having the pillow and blanket giving to us. So great!"

Nevýhody: "When I flew to Toronto the plane left 15 mins late but arrived an hour an twenty min late. No turbulence or trouble, just late. I stepped off that plane to my connector to Paris when boarding was suppose to start but that plane was on an hour delay. The food is just horrible, anyone who has flown knows this, and on both flights first class was the only priority. They got to everyone else when it was convenient. This was my first time flying with Air Canada and will certainly be my last. I'll happily pay a little more for the other airlines. So if you fly with them, good luck to you."

Výhody: "Air Canada has the best food, most leg room for economy class and super efficient. I will be using Air Canada often in the future."

Nevýhody: "Delayed for almost 2 hours but keep saying just 50 minutes late"

Nevýhody: "Check in was ridiculous. I went through al the on line procedures and was even able to print out my luggage tag at the kiosk... but then had to wait in line for 45 minutes just to drop my luggage! I came more than 2 hours before as instructed, but the agent at the "baggage drop off" (really the all-round agent for both checking in and baggage drop off) did not show up until less than 90 minutes before the flight, and then there was only one to handle what had become a very long line."
